The employees were knowledgeable and super helpful. When I asked about a part, instead of telling me where it is the guy went and got it for me which I don t feel we see much now a days.Thank you all and I ll be returning

Hey there! So I recently visited this parts store and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the level of expertise from the employees. It seemed like they were a bit underqualified and didn't have the knowledge needed to run the store smoothly.

Jasper at this location is very rude. I ordered a starter for my car yesterday. My brother went inside to purchase the starter. My brother asked him a question about the price. He responded to his question by saying, "When YOU figure it out, let me know." I will not EVER do business here again. He belittled my brother in front of a store full of people. He was very upset and I had to calm him down. Word of mouth spreads fast and I will be letting people know not to patronize this establishment. I am going to another auto part store to make my purchase.

Wow, I was so impressed with the Staff and Everything at O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS STORE....I called ahead and went in with my Old Mower Battery and WOW....WHAT GREAT SERVICE....Not only did they take my Old Battery but had the one I Needed Right There.... I'm so Loving this Store ..Friendly Knowledgeable Staff... Quick and Efficient and Such An AFFORDABLE PRICE.....AND IN STOCK...HOMETOWN SHOPPING AT IT'S BEST....And since I am a Woman in a store associated to a Man's World, They were so welcoming....Thank You So Very Much...Mary Desrochers,Conway, SC

Store was nice employees are nice but why 3 stars. Getting my part wrong and making 2 trips instead of one comes top priority. They get it wrong a lot of times so I m wasting my time driving 30 miles r/t to exchange a part is careless. Past few times I ve taken the old part with me cut down a lot of un necessary miles and wasted time.

I just left their competitors store as I posted a little earlier, they would not help me at AutoZone .But here at O'Reilly's I received excellent service, they bent over backwards to replace my remote batteries, I am disabled and was not able to do myself but the gentleman behind the counter again bent over backwards to help me and was completely successful granted it was not something hard but his effort was great and customer service was wonderful. The store is always clean and organized, That's why I will always patronize this store

Just another auto parts store....nothing special,I miss the old days when if asked for a part it didn't depend on the computer screen if you got it or not.....it seems like once it doesn't show up there then your asking for something that doesn't exist.....at least at a few other parts stores they will ATTEMPT to figure out what you want and try to search other ways to find it

Very unkind older gentleman with his uniform exposing the top of his hairy chest rung me up today. I asked him if he could put the windshield wipers I had just bought on my truck, to which he proceeded to answer, with an attitude - I mean I can but not with all this hold up. I can t just get up and leave the store when there s 12 people in here. There were not twelve people, there were 7, one of whom who was being checked out by another gentleman with one person behind him. I would not have minded a simple I can t at the moment as we are a bit busy. I did however mind the way he decided to respond - making it seem that I was bothering him. I will not be returning to this location.

Since my husband recently passed from Covid I now have to all the things he did. Went to OReillys for a new battery for my car. Besides installing my battery the man that helped said he will check my starter to make sure that was not bad, plus my alternator and few other things. I was was greatful as I am going on long trip for Christmas. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will highly recommend!

They knew enough about motors to correct a order plug wires for 383 stroker double checked and had the correct parts! see the feller with a red beard he wont steer you wrong

UPDATED (bottom)Because of the worse commercial service I have ever received this Saturday... 11/2/19, my store will now only use o Reilly's as a last resort. Your parts were defective but you didn't want help... so we'll take our business elsewhere. For how much money we spend with you guys weekly and to be treated like this and have excuses made is absurd...Signed, techs at JL**UPDATE** store manager came to speak with us and apologized for the lousy service on said day. Went from 1 start to 4 because of this. Three reason for not giving 5 stars is because it should not of happened in the first place. Only trained employee's should deal with commercial customer

They fired the wrong guy for something he wasn t even part of, not only that he was the best in customer service and very knowledgeable, Carl was the only employee I dealt with for over a year and always found the time to assess the situation and would do everything possible to make sure I got the right parts the first time, every time! time to boycott O Reilly auto parts

O'Reilly Auto Parts beats their competition hands down! I first went to Auto Zone (the absolute WORST!). The clerk at O'REILLY was pleasant, helpful, and knew his stuff! I highly recommend the location on 501 in Conway. Note: I am a disabled, elderly female.

I ordered a part it came in damaged.A new one will not come in time for me to make my appointment. Then 2 weeks for another appointment.O'REILLY really let me down. Don't give them a chance to let you down .

Used to be a lot better a few years ago when Jim was around. Went down hill as far as friendliness goes since, but still a good place to get a good buy on parts
