Patrick was amazing! My mom and I were traveling on the interstate and our car started making a horrible noise. We pulled over and couldn't figure out what it was. We stopping into Tire Choice and Patrick was so nice. He put the car on the rack and quickly determined what the noise was andhad us back on the road in no time. Being a mechanic shop owner myself, Patrick is the type of employee you want representing your company. It was almost closing time, he was answering the phone and taking payments from other customers. He never got aggravated and never turned anyone away. We can not thank him enough for his kindness!!

A plastic piece under my engine came loose driving to Atlanta and was very loud driving town the highway. I was worried it would come off and hit a car behind me so I tried several different shops there off Highway 20 to see if they could remove it. Four shops said they couldn t do it being 6:30pm and they were closing soon. I pulled into Tire Choice and was greeting kindly and promptly told they would take a look and see what they could do. They were able to get it on the lift in minutes and removed the loose item for me to be able to continue my drive to Atlanta. Did not expect such friendly and fast service so close to closing time but I was pleasantly surprised, and very appreciative of their help. Highly recommend this customer service focused shop!

I came in three times, twice for information and the once for my appt. The first time i came in the guy was extremely helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I did some of my research before coming and yet he still was willing to go through all their vendors and answer all my inane questions. When i came back there was another guy working also answered all my questions and eventually helped me choose my tires (I'm picky). I made an apt to get 4 tires (driver tire on spare) with an alignment before i left. When i came for my appt. I came on time so a little late. However they took my car back immediately and my car was done in under 2 hours. This was an amazing experience. I had to come back once to get them to look at my tires as i smelled something and they were again great. I will recommend them every time. Thank you.

The guys at tire choice are amazing and so so friendly! I had an emergency flat tire and called near closing. They told me to come on in and they would fix things up. The service was quick, and they even did an inspection on all my other tires to make sure things looked good. They also helped me make a timeline of priorities to fix on my car. Thank you so much for saving my day!

Vontrezze Mack was the absolute best ! He took us in and made sure we got a tire on. After being turned away by other tire companies. Super polite ! I recommend this location 100%

Service here is spectacular. Called on the phone Sunday, July 24, 2022 and they said come on in. When I arrived at the store, the front desk person was super nice and helpful. They took back my car and started working on it. I had to wait, which is expected at any store but the service was great. Would highly recommend.

While traveling from Myrtle Beach to our home in North GA on a rainy Sunday morning, we experienced valve stem leakage in 3 out of 4 tires on our RV trailer. The acting manager went above and beyond in getting us in for service. He performed most of the duties himself and got us on the road home safely in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!

I went to Tire Choice on Dutch Square Rd after having a terrible experience at A1 Tires. I showed up with three mounted tires that hadn t been balanced and a forth that needed to be mounted. The two employees at Tire Choice were awesome to work with. They were easily able to mount the forth tire and they balanced all of the tires. Cameron was our main contact and he was very friendly and helpful. These guys saved me from problems on a long trip. My visit was in early May 2023. Cameron said they had recently changed to new management. My experience was wonderful and I was very thankful for the professional and friendly service.

Best experience I have ever received from a shop. We were on our way to Orlando from Canada and unfortunately we lost a tire and damaged our car a bit. We were taken to this shop with our CAA/AAAVonrezze the store manager, was amazing in helping us get back on the road. He personally worked on our car getting us in and out quickly and efficiently but also safely. He looked over everything to make sure we were good to go for the rest of our journey and gave us some great places to stop.If we were from around here this would be our new go to shop. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and friendlyHighly recommend for any service!

Lots of changes...The store is organized and looks good. Great place to go for undercar and basic repairs and they have a $15.99 oil change! Also they have a new location off Garner's Ferry on Greenlawn Drive rt off I77 near the VA. Todd went over there and he is running that one. Great to know now 2 locations in Columbia! They need to change the sign' though because they are still signed as "Walton's Auto" but it's legit. They are changing names soon to The Tire Choice, but same company

I highly recommend this shop! Excellent customer service. My window fell off it's tracking, I drove in because I work next to the building and Mr. Mac helped me. I waited for the part and went back for Mr. Mac to fix it and he also did an oil change in a timely manner and saved me money. I will not go anywhere else for as long as Mr. Mac runs this shop. I wish I came here sooner for all my oil changes. *Phenomenal work!

ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE SERVICE. Treated my mother and I with kindness and understanding the entire time. 100% will revisit this shop with any of my car service needs while in Columbia. VISIT, you will NOT be disappointed.

Went in on February 18, 2023 to see if I could get a tire repair or replace with a new one cause of nail in tire. I was greeted by Chris. I proceeded to tell him what my problem was. He said that he was busy at that time which was around 11am. I told him that I could leave my vehicle. He snapped back at me and reply that he had appointments all day. I left and was never going back there! My son in law called a had a few words with Chris. I took vehicle back to them on Sunday and Chris had a different attitude. I was not charged for my repair. Chris , boss apologize to me several times when I picked up my vehicle. I'm not sure if I will go back to this place. It was be a second or third choice if I do. I worked with customers in various jobs all my life. My motto was always treat others the way you want t be treated! That is friendly and respectful!

If you need quick, reliable, and quality service, this is the place to go.We lost a tire while heading to Florida from Canada and got towed into Tires Choice through AAA where the manager Vontrezze Mack took a look at it and jumped into action right away.He got my car fixed up with patience and care to get us back on the road.I wish he was local so I could have this care for every service I need.Thank you again Mr. Mack and the other mechanics at Tires Choice today.

I ve been here twice so far and the service is excellent. The technician waste no time getting the work done and works diligently, from one car to the next. Mac provided great customer service, and was very understanding when it came to my frustration from a mistake a previous technician outside their company made. He fixed the issue himself and got me on my way! Highly recommended

Picked up a nail. The rating on map did not disappoint. Hope was extremely nice and helpful. Got me right in and had my tire fixed quickly. The techs did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Good Atmosphere and technicians know what they are doing. My car runs smoother after the work they did. I recommend them over Firestone, pepboys and etc. Go here before you go to a dealership. Both locations are awesome

Life savers! After getting run off the highway and barely making it to the exit these guys stayed open to help me! They are incredibly accommodating, kind, affordable and thorough. Definitely recommend.

I am very sorry I thought this email was from my warranty on the tires not from Tire Choice so I am very sorry, because your manager is amazing, she is so helpful I went to 4 other tire places and only return to you because of the excellent employee you have Shawnta I watched her give helpful information to others, she is a star! I am in customer service and she is the only reason I choose you to do my tires, the price was more than the others but I went with it because of Shawnta only, she deserves a big raise the way she handles customer is excellent.

Dropped my Jeep off around 1pm on 1/2/23. Went in only for an oil change, was told I had a nail in my tire trusting the technician I didn t follow him outside while he did his inspection. Before leaving, I signed acknowledging my consent to repair tire and have full synthetic oil change, and was told my vehicle would be ready by 3:30. 3:30 passed, no phone call! 4:30 passed, no phone call!! I finally called 4:45 to be told my Jeep would be ready by 5. I arrived at 5:15. J.O Neal shows me 2 lug nuts he claimed were stripped and had to be replaced. He first stated he was too busy to call and notify me. He later stated he tried calling and didn t get an answer nor did he leave a message. I went in for an oil change that was only supposed to be around $100 (give or take) and only because I had my daughter with me and didn t want to cause a scene, I ended up paying $188. I was taken advantage and I m extremely disappointed. I stopped here because of the convenience of being able to walk home and finish errands while having the car maintenanced at the same time. I will never return nor recommend anyone to stop at this business.

I went to the location on St James and didn t have an appointment, they scheduled me in right away, serviced my tires and completed complementary top up services which was greatly appreciated. All the staff was nice and pleasant and made me feel welcome.
