We had to make an emergency stop because our lights went out on the highway. Being that both lights went out at the same time my fianc� and I were thinking it was an issue with the fuses. After getting the fuses we thought we needed. I went back inside to ask Mason a question about reading the fuse box and he offered to come out and assist us. Yes I know that s what they re supposed to do but Mason went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue. He was helpful, kind patient, and found the issue that we had overlooked. Mason I cannot thank you enough for your help you are a true angel. Being hours away from home you were a true life saver to us thank you again.

On numourous occasions no one answers the phone and hangs up on you when u let it ring just because u want customer service. I am mechanic and getting anything over the phone is impossible.

Don't know what everyone else is on about. Employees have no idea what they're doing, can't help with anything, and are disrespectful. If they weren't the only auto parts store open past 9 in this city they'd be out of business.

Mr. Russell was very helpful. Everytime need a part from this store it on site & no hassles or drama. Professional at its highest form. Will surely visit again. I'm Glad Heyward & Son Business, recommended to this North Main Street location.

I just pulled up to the store and arrived at 9:51 9 minutes before the store posted close time at 10:00 and there was a man standing at the door guarding it to prevent customers from coming in and another guy walking back from his car and I asked if they were still open because the scene was awkward and the guy told me they were already closed that's poor business when you don't even close at the time you say you close.. you close earlier because you don't want to be there in the first place meanwhile you're running an auto parts store which is a place where you have people that may need an emergency purchase and in my case I needed some antifreeze and because the workers there were lazy and couldn't stand to work an extra 9 minutes to accommodate the customers and stay true to their posted close time at 10:00 p.m. I was not able to get the item I needed and I think that that shows a lack of integrity in the employees there that needs to be handled.

Don't remember the technician name but he was very helpful with his assistance needed another battery promptly replace the battery for me and check my alternator will be back again very satisfied customer
