Exceptional customer service! The staff there are very friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure that you have with you need and for a really great price. Jordan, one of the mechanics fixed my tire 20 minutes before closing. A lot of shops wont even care to answer your phone call approaching closing time, forget changing your tire. The people here at New Vision Auto LLC care for the customers that they are serving and that speaks volume! I would recommend anyone here!

Had my car towed here for a minor repair. Staff was very friendly and, they were able to get it fixed it the same day! My baby has been riding good ever since. Service seemed a bit pricey but it is what it is. I m new to the Columbia area so I m learning! I d definitely use their services again!

When I got off of work today, my tire was flat. I stopped by New Vision Auto because it was the only place opened, or so I thought, but I will definitely be doing business with them from now on. Jordan, the mechanic who put my new tire on, was exceptional. He stayed late (they were actually closed) just to assist me. That is what you call excellent customer service!

I had the exterior and the interior of my car cleaned. They did a wonderful job for a reasonable price and I didn t have to wait forever to get it done. I would recommend their services. Most importantly is the kindness and respect that I experienced.

I was in a bind and Jordan at New Vision Auto came through for me. They are open (by appointment) on Sundays so that is a HUGE plus! Also he was very nice and professional. I was in and out within 10 min. And they are very affordable. Offered information on additional services that was unaware that they offered. I will definitely be back! Thanks again Jordan!

The service was awesome. Jordan was nice and kind. I got a 20" tire for a great price and didn't have to wait long for the tire plus I got a car wash as well. Make sure y'all check them out. I was very pleased with their services.

I purchased a tire from New Vision! The next day it went flat! (I ran over a nail) The guy drove 30 minutes to my house changed my tire! I dropped my car off to them not only did he replace my tire he detailed my car from inside out! And delivered my car back to me at work! I highly recommend New Vision! They are fast and professional

I pulled over in my vehicle to this place of business due to some mechanic issues. I never ask for any help but they saw that I was having problems with my vehicle and they took matters into their own hands and help me find out what was the issue and they also offer condiments. The staff is amazing and if you re looking for hard workers and great quality please please shop with them.

Went there to get my low profile tires taken off the rims. The guys there had no problem taking them off and they were also very professional and helpful. No excuses just got the job done. Will be doing all my tire business with new vision!

Very awesome service, they do it all! Tires, breaks, oil change and car washing. I had my car washed and I must say it looks and smell so good! Very professional service! This is my new car wash place to come and also it s a one stop shop! Stop by to see for yourself. Ask for Jordan!

I appreciate everything Jordan did for me. I came to the store at 5:58pm on a Saturday for a flat tire. Knowing they close at 6:00 on the weekend. He said give me a second and he will get me back riding. He s a man of his words. Best place in Columbia.

My daughter had a bad tire on her car. I drove up from Augusta, GA looking for a good used tire. Here I found a brand new tire for way less than I expected. Unfortunately I could only get one, but I ll be back next week to get another one. The two gentlemen were very nice, courteous, and professional. Those nice smiles didn t hurt either.

I took my SUV in for a car wash and it looked better and cleaner than it did when I brought it brand new in 2013. Mr. Jordon is a professional and loves what he do. THIS IS A ONE STOP SHOP. Detailing, detailing products, RIMS AND TIRES. I call Jordan (owner) and asked for two new tires, his service Tech suggested I needed all four and showed me why... all for four tires were worn badly to where they endangered myself and family. BUT with THE speedy service and WARRANTY I was back riding WITHOUT WOBBLING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE!!! .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW VISION AUTO LLC. Tell them Tony Nollen sent you!

Just want to give these guys a hearty recommendation for a car detail. For $45, I got a virtually perfect detail job inside and out. They even did a basic engine clean, did protectant inside and shine on the tires, and removed my collection of about a dozen SCUBA stickers from the back of the car (haven't stopped diving, just got tired of having stickers on the car) and you can't even tell they were ever there. For $20 apiece they also restored my cloudy headlight lenses and now they're perfectly clear. It looks like I just drove it off of the showroom floor in spite of its age.

He came in on Sunday and saved me COMPLETELY. THOSE GENTLEMEN AT NEW VISION AUTO ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO AND THEY LOVE TO DO IT AS WELL ! Mr. McMorris has a great customer service skills and he is very knowledgeable with his work. I will be back and I highly recommend them.

I can't really speak on their service because I never received it. I made an appointment online because I got a bolt in my tire the night before. The appointment was for 10AM on Sunday morning. Hours listed online said Sun-Sat 8-6, I get there at 9:45AM and the shop is empty. I sat there until 10:05. The is a sign on the door that says hours changed to Mon-Sat 8-6. Although the guy next door at Brakes 4 Less offered to try and fix it, I just went elsewhere. I wish that would've been conveyed online to customers to avoid confusion and time wasted. It turns away potential customers.

I went to New Vision Auto, LLC to have two tires mounted and balanced, after none of the so-called big named shops like Rent-N-Roll (RNR) and NTB refused. Jordan McMorris took care of my vehicle as if it was no problem! I also admired his level of professionalism in making sure that my automotive needs were met! Wash n Wax on my Black Range Rover came out great. They got the hairline scratches and applied a high quality wax that has my truck shinning and looking new again. They will be caring for my Escalade next and my other cars as well.

Great customer service he gave me a quote. 1hr to an 1hr30min he called me to come pick it up. I paid him on the spot. I recommend that he gets a raise in pay he truly gets the job done.

Ladies and gentlemen Jordan is the man and New Vision Auto LLC is the place to go when you have the bigger sized tires. Came in he ordered them and I was out in less then 2 he. Now we are back on the road headed home.
