Speedy and friendly service on installing 4 All Season tires and saving the snow tires that were on my newly purchased 2019 Pathfinder.Minor ask that you fold the seats down creating adequate space to place the tires in the back.Thanks for the prompt response to my questions and concerns.

Kevin has terrible customer service. I asked him if they received the paperwork of the tires that we purchased so that I can schedule an appointment, he said well my guys said some papers just came through but we close in 20 minutes so I m about to leave and can t check . You can t just look at the name on the papers for one second? Then He was rude when I attempted to schedule an appointment after 3 and wouldn t take it saying they don t like late appointments (they close at 6:30) and they re already booked so to try to come at 7:30 am and just Uber to work. I told him I wasn t able to do that, so he said well you can try to come tomorrow but no promises. He had no concern or comment when I explained that I had a flat tire and some other issues. I called the next day when I got off at 3 and asked if they ll be able to do it and he said only if you hurry up I told him okay, I m 15 minutes away, but I m driving slowly since I have a flat tire but I m on the way. He said k, just get here . When I arrived he said weren t you supposed to come at 7:30? We don t like to take late appointments because my guys like to try and leave early if they can . You don t close until 6:30!? And Meanwhile there were no other cars there and every worker was just standing around joking and playing, but the day before he said they re booked at this time. Hmm. It took them 30 minutes to replace the tires, so they finished hours before closing time. Being that this was obviously an emergency his attitude and lack of care was appalling, this is your job. Fast service, but the customer service was terrible enough to make me never want to return. And I m not interested in the same copy and pasted reply that the business is making to all the negative reviews.

Nice group of people with no high-pressure tactics. I've been using them for 20+ years and I have always been satisfied with their work. I took my car in for an oil change and alignment and told them I thought I needed 2 tires, maybe four. Mike called and said the tread was still acceptable and could wait until the next oil change. Easily could have replaced them unnecessarily to make a little more money, but they did the right thing!

Made an appointment for 10 am, my car didn't get pulled in until 11:20-30, and I waited on it because I like to watch them with my cars. Not sure if I will be back.

Made an appoint late Friday for Saturday 9am. Came in 830am Saturday. My car was taken in for an oil change. I was in and out in an hour and a half. They also found a leak. Fixed it. Both Kevin and Michael were very attentive and informative. Courteous and professional.

Scheduled an apt on the website at 10:30 AM dropped off my car early at 10 AM. Man behind the counter said it would be and hour or 2. Okay come back at 11:50 and my car hasn t been touched not even pulled back. So rude when I asked about my apt time. I was late for picking up my for from grooming consequently. I just took my car without getting anything done. Do not take your car here. The worst.

Very unreliable , poor communication and they don't care about yout time . Left my car at 9:00 am and it wasn't even touched by time I went back at 3:15 pm. When asked, they were not sure if it could be done by the end of the day. Never had a place that took a whole day and still could not complete an oil change. They talked about staffing problem when asked, but my problem is them not having the courteousy to call me and let me know. You dont let someone leave their car the whole day and the servicing not done, why can't you be upfront that you cannot do it and I could get it done elsewhere. Totally disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Not stepping back into this place ever !

Tire rotation and balance or alignment it doesn't matter. You can set an appointment a week in advance but they still make you wait hours for completion. Sales staff in the front are rude and disrespectful. If you make an appointment at a specific time honor that appointment, people have limited time to get services done and schedule in advance for a reason not to sit and wait multiple hours for appointment to be honored.

Not a very trustworthy place. They don t always do the services they say they do. When I mentioned it to Kevin, he acted like it wasn t a big deal. I would recommend watching them do any work to your vehicle, to make sure it gets done. I take my cars to Brown Motor Works now. Much better customer service.

I called 45 minutes a head of when I got there to have a new tire put on. Spoke with the manager Kevin on the phone and he told me I would get right in and it wouldn't be a problem, even though I asked if I should make an appointment. I show up and he acted like he had never received the phone call and that I didn't speak to anybody there. He acted like I was an inconvenience that I brought my tire there and seemed shocked when I sat down to wait for it. He promptly left at 5, but not before he told a different lady (who was told to come back the day before) that they wouldn't be able to get her in at all. This was at 4:50 and they close at 7 and there was nobody after me. Ended up waiting an hour for them to get to me.The service manager, William I think? Was very nice and was eager to help. I dealt with him a few days before when I found my tire was low, he pulled it off and unfortunately told me it wasn't repairable and they don't carry that brand. But if I bought one and brought it in, they'd put it on. So, since they were nice about it and got me right in to try to repair my tire, I wanted to give them the service to mount it. It's a shame you get different managers on different days who have different outlooks on how to run the place.I won't be back. There are too many other tire places in this area who are happy to provide service. Apparently, that isn't the direction this store manager wants to take.

While I wasn't able to take full advantage of their services, they provided excellent customer service. They provided great explanations and were able to solve a problem that another well known "complete auto care" company failed to after paying over a total of a couple thousand dollars over the year and being told the lights would go off automatically. My current situation requires dealership attention but I am strongly considering making them the primary servicer for my vehicle

I don't plan to go back to this location. The manager working upfront is always rude, unhelpful and frankly, a bit of a jerk. I have been a consistent customer for about 10 years (with multiple vehicles) but now I'd rather spend my money with a more trustworthy and honest place that appreciates my business.

I have taken my two cars almost exclusively to this Goodyear Shop. Billy and the rest of the crew here have always provided excellent service to me and my family. They know what they are doing and they get the job done quickly when they are not backed up. They usually have a good amount of work in house as they do a great job. You won't be disappointed with their service.

I brought 2 blown tires in to be replaced and it took less than 20 minutes. Which was great since my car was on the side of the nearby interstate without a spare! They really helped me get this done quickly.

Kudos to Michael DeWitt and his team at Goodyear Tire And Rubber Company on Harbison Blvd in Columbia SC for their excellent service and professionalism on Saturday when fixing our car. We are from Virginia and noticed on our way to Columbia that our car had some sort of problem which greatly concerned us as we were loaded down with items and people. We made an appointment with Michael and he quickly assessed the situation. He gave us great peace of mind because we were quite worried. I have never had a better team than Michael and his cohorts. If I lived in Columbia he d be my go-to person. I highly recommend him.

I got the impression that the person at the register either didn't like his job or he just didn't want to be there. I went to get my oil changed on Father's Day, after all. Other than that, I was pleased with the price. Only $24 including tax to change my oil.

Quick on our oil change and tire rotation. and Yes they do accept the coupon they email if you have their credit cards ( I think) Cost $34.00 for the extra two quarts the ram( 5.7 hemi) holds...

Horrible service. I have seen better service from McDonald's in the ghetto. Lazy, incompetent, and condescending. Do yourself a favor and try a different shop. I gave them another chance after they screwed my truck up the first time. Never again. I believe management is to blame. Get someone in who cares about their job. Warranty? Ha you mean buy my service so I can tell you it's useless in the future.

Worst experience I ever had with Goodyear. I went to Goodyear yesterday for an oil change and paid $44.89. My oil change includes tire rotation. After my oil change the employee states my tires was not rotated because I need 4 brand new tires and I politely told him that's not right because I bought 4 brand new tires last year which are Goodyear brand. He then asked if Goodyear put the tire on. I told him Goodyear put one of the tires on and I bought the other 3 from Wal-Mart which was the same tire Goodyear put on. The employee looks it up and was like yea he sees Goodyear put that tire on in April of last year, then changes his statement saying that tire is fine and that I have an extra 30,000 miles on that tire. The crazy part is that tire that Goodyear put on in April is the oldest tire out of all 4. I got the other 3 tires after April of last year. He then states he will go outside to check the tires. I asked him outside does my tires need rotation and he states no. So now I'm frustrated because my tires definitely needed to be rotated. He then proceeds to tell me to check with Wal-Mart about the warranty on the other tires. I left to go to Wal-Mart to get my tires checked and they looked at me crazy because my tires were perfectly fine and they rotated my tires for free. Furthermore, I checked my Goodyear invoice and they did not give me a summary saying they checked my car for air filter, battery checked or anything. Not only that, it feels like they didn't even change my oil because I have to press on the gas pedal hard to go. My car feels worst then it did before I got the service. Worst experience ever and a waste of $44.89. I will not go back to Goodyear. Now on Thursday my car is making a noise it's never made before I came to Goodyear on Monday. Goodyear claims it's my transmission but if you claim my car was perfectly fine, wouldn't you be able to pick up on it. Did you all check my car properly when it comes to the fluids among other things. With my car being 4 years old and 60,000 miles. I will never go back to Goodyear.

My family and I have used these guys for almost 10 years and they re great. We know it might be cheaper elsewhere, but they seem honest and the price is reasonable for what they do and the peace of mind that they have competent mechanics working on our vehicles.

Came here to have a hitch installed on my vehicle. Herndon Chevrolet wanted to charge 3 hours of labor and pull the whole bumper off just to install it. The technician had it installed in an hour, and without removing the bumper. Will come here for future repairs.

I wish I would have looked at reviews before taking my truck there. They stripped the wheel studs on front left hub, after about 80 miles the entire wheel came off. Luckily this happened on a side road and not on the interstate. They wanted to tow it back for them to look at it, but truck was 2 hours away from this location and I did not have time to deal with it. Had local shop look at it, appears they either stripped the wheel studs when putting the lugs on or they did not fasten the lugs tight enough causing the wheel to wobble and damage the studs. Luckily, again, it was only the studs damaged and no damage to my truck or my wheels I just purchased. Also this place has an insane amount of mark up on their parts. I've never seen an autoshop have such a huge market up. I would stay away from this shady tree.

I got a screw in my tire a week after replacing all 4 with Goodyear. I waited over an hour for the guy to tell me they could not repair a tire that already had a plug in it ("according to the rubber association of america"). He said I needed to replace my tire which would cost me over $130. Drove back to Gervais (where I originally had them all replaced) they said they could do the repair (for free), but it would be in my best interest to replace the tire because it was just outside of the recommended repair guideline area. $20 to replace because I have warranty. AVOID GOODYEAR HARBISON AT ALL COSTS. This is the first time I've been compelled to write a review.

If anyone is interested in getting brake work done on your vehicle, avoid this place like the plague. They are so ridiculous on their parts and labor prices. You would be better to drive to anywhere else to get it done. Replaced 2 calipers, put on brake shoes on all 4 wheels, bleed the brakes, ($1,157.00) NO JOKE. If we weren't broken down, we would have driven back home and had a mechanic replace all these items. Parts were $505.00 there. NAPA and Autozone says $150 tops for all parts. $637.00 for 5 hours labor, and it shouldn't have taken anywhere near that long to repair. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Yes, the Better Business Bureau has been contacted. Not sure how much response we will get from them. They got me, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A VICTIM. STAY AWAY!!!

Good people working here. Easy to get along with. However, when they have to check Goodyear internet for tire availability via there distribution centers, they regularly have to check again later... I would highly recommend buying tires and getting auto service here.

Just wondering why anyone would say the manager is a "crook". That word certainly brings back the days of President Nixon..lol.Have been to this location multiple time for oil changes as well as tires and have found them to be very reliable so far as well as a store that will match the competition in a heart beat.Would recommend that if you become familiar with one of the tech's/mechanics and are happy with their work..request the same tech/mech regardless of what you are having taken care of.

Made an appointment 10 a.m. for that morning got the car 5:50pm that tire balance and change and front end alignment in the front end alignment didn't even get to it
