From the first time walking in to ask some questions, they were very accommodating. Tom was able to take the time to answer them all. I dropped off my truck and let the professionals do their thing. Tom communicated with me throughout the time it was there. When my truck was ready to be picked up, I met the technician Mario, who had worked on it. He told me that I would be very happy with the results, he was right.I am so happy with my 20 year old truck running like new again. I highly recommend this shop! The staff and crew are awesome.

Best place to go for your vehicle needs! They are amazing & care about their customers. A good family owned business that you don t see anymore! Where do I start?The just bought a truck from a mechanic, when I bought it I drove it and everything seem to be fine. When 2 Weeks in I had no third gear, I was mad as hell. Because I asked the man I bought it from, about the transmission, engine, and everything else. He said it was fine, which I believed coming from a mechanic and all. I called around and did some homework, and everything in me said call Action Transmissions. I called Friday, and spoke with Mr. Jimmy he was so sincere and helpful. Not only did he comfort me, he made me feel like I was in great hands. I brought in Monday morning early 8:00 am I received a call about 2 hours later I received a call from Mr.Jimmy telling what was wrong and what him and amazing team is gonna do. Bottom line I needed a rebuild, he said they would take care out my baby for me. And look out for a call no later than Thursday. To my surprise I received a call from Jimmy tell that my truck was ready and running like new. And man let me tell you, he was not lying, it was the best ride home since I had my new baby, my truck that is. If you have and Transmission issues please bring it here, best in town please believe me. They know what they are doing........Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

I am not one to write recs but I have to give high praise to Action Transmission. The transmission in my daughters car needed to be replaced. When I called Jimmy & gave him information over the phone, he was able to give me an estimate. Although his estimate was the middle of the three we received, two mechanics recommended Action so we felt that was the best choice. And we were not disappointed! Jimmy was so nice to work with. He helped arrange for a tow truck to get our car. Then they finished the repair a day ahead of schedule & slightly below the estimated price. We were very pleased!

Mr. Jimmy and his staff are honest, genuine and down to earth people who were completely upfront after their initial free diagnostic on my vehicle. The work was completed accurately and very timely ahead of my expectations. I highly recommend for all your automotive repair needs.

I was referred to action Transmission by my family's mechanic. I was a bit sceptical at first because I needed a complete rebuild of my 1999 Chrysler Town & Country transmission. I thought it was going to be more than the van was worth. But to my surprise it was very reasonable and the rebuild came with a 3 year warranty! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! Great service and a great friendly staff.

This an amazing shop, I would refer them any time without a doubt. I took my car to AAMCO Transmission and they try to steal my money charging me over $2,000 to replace my transmission. After thinking about a second opinion, I made decision to have my girlfriend car tow to Action Transmission Service and there we're able to save me the money. Mr. Jimmy was very polite, professional, and explained by details that he recommend me to take the vehicle to the dealership. I love this shop, very very professional, and not trying commit any fraud.

A good friend of mine recommended Action Transmission to rebuild and beef up the transmission on my 2007 Dodge Ram with the Cummins 5.9. Glad I listened to them, this trans is a beast, received fair pricing and they were done the job early. The truck runs mint, better than it ever did with nice firm shifts and the lockup works great!

I had a large truck transmission rebuilt by Action and now she runs smooth and shifts firm. These guys go above and beyond to earn your business. They are extremely honest and a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Action to anyone in the Columbia area that needs transmission work done!
