An honest review of Fred Caldwell Chevrolet I have to say Fred Caldwell service is the best. Clean, fast, courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with. I don t ever leave there feeling like I overpaid or didn t need something done. I ve purchased two trucks from Fred Caldwell. I won t buy from my local dealer or have any service done anywhere else other than Fred Caldwell Chevrolet. Martin McKinley and all his staff are the best. Thank you Fred Caldwell!!!

Please if you are in the market for a truck or car make it a priority to stop at Fred Caldwell Chevrolet. You will not find a more professional and courteous group of people who will go out of their way to place you in the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. Robbie and Paul went the extra mile to ensure the transaction was as smooth as possible. 10 STARS will absolutely shop there again!

My recent purchase experience with this dealership was exceptional. As an out of state buyer you're always wondering how the transaction will go. Destinee, Martin, and Paul all helped me and were extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. From the moment my family and I walked on the lot we felt cared for and well attended to. The communication was clear and transparent from the beginning and the personal touch and attention to detail by the staff was unlike other car buying experiences I've had in the past. E.S.T. Ease, Speed, and Transparency like they advertise are the real deal. I look forward to working with Fred Caldwell Chevrolet of Clover, SC again in the future.

The Caldwell crew was very easy to deal with. Answered my many questions and gave me a great looking car that I am extremely happy with. Martin and his team are wonderful! I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado from them, and it was a complete breeze. I drove down to Clover from Charlotte to test drive the truck and knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Martin and his team did a wonderful job repairing some minor scratches, servicing and detailing the truck before delivering to me on a Saturday morning that worked with my schedule. Highly recommend seeking Fred Caldwell if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Will be purchasing all future vehicles from Martin and his team.

By far the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've ever had. Super easy, straight forward and quick process from start to finish (and most importantly, no games). Everyone I dealt with was professional, responsive and timely. From start to finish, I was out of the dealership in an hour with all of the paperwork. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I had a great experience purchasing a truck from Fred Caldwell Chevrolet! Honestly was in shock as the entire process from test drive to walking out the door with keys only took 45 mins. The staff were very efficient and treated to top notch. They even delivered my new truck for free. I will be back for my next vehicle and telling my friends and family about them!

I am very pleased to write this positive review regarding my experience with Fred Caldwell Chevrolet in Clover SC.I had the pleasure of working with Robbie Shepherd and Martin McKinley. Not only were both of these men courteous and professional, they also listened to what I wanted, stayed within my budget and treated me and my requests with respect and some good humor too. As many of us know buying a new vehicle can be stressful and at times aggravating. This was not my experience at all. I highly recommend Fred Caldwell Chevrolet and the outstanding staff!!I was able to drive my new vehicle off the lot the same day in a timely manner. Thank you

I purchased a 2018 camaro ss from this dealership on August 16th my salesman Greg Goode was absolutely wonderful he handled everything like a champ he is definitely good people thank you so much BR-549 lol. I love the car. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle

The people at this dealership are kind and helpful. I sold my vehicle to them in October, and although there were some bumps in the road caused by my title being lost in the mail, the owner Martin, put in extta effort to make up for the inconvenience and to ensure I felt important while helping me resolve the title issues. It is great to see a business owner who truly cares about the experience his customers receive.

Really enjoyed working with Greg Goode! From the first phone call to getting the keys in my hand, it was a pleasant experience all the way through. The whole team made what is often a dreaded task seamless and easy. Paul in the finance department was equally helpful and super efficient. Highly recommend this dealership!

The team at Fred Caldwell is nothing other than excellent. It s like working with Family, knowing they are there to help you with every step. No big dealer issues, just good old local friends the way it used to be. My purchase was a long process with all the crazy delays but they kept me informed and allowed me to inquire on a very regular basis. I have nothing but respect for them and wish I could use them for other GM brands.

I ve purchased my last 2 SUVs from Fred Caldwell. I ve been extremely happy with my purchase. I also use the service department on a regular. Never had any problems with service. They have always been good to me. Will purchase another vehicle within next 2 years and will only use Fred Caldwell.

I highly recommend this dealership! This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. I live in Southern Ohio and found the car I was looking for at Fred Caldweld. I sent an email and enquiried about it. I was contacted by Greg Goode (great guy!). He went over all of my questions and was very honest with me. Sent me everything I asked for. I felt very comfortable after talking to him. He sent me a lot of pictures and videos of the car. Even before it was detailed. We came to an agreement quickly (I need to let everyone know I looked at 3 other places and drove several hundred miles only to be disappointed by other dealerships). So after that I did something I have never done. I got a flight to Charlotte (closest airport to Fred Caldweld Chevrolet) based on this man's word. When I got there and saw the car I was more than impressed. Is was everything he said it was. But to be honest I did not doubt Greg at all. He made me very comfortable with my decision. The rest of the process was quick and easy. He had everything ready. Then I made my long drive home and he text and checked on me twice on my way back. I can't say enough good about my experience. Oh, and also the manager came out to talk to me to make sure I was happy and see if there was anything he could do. Keep in mind I bought a used car. Great experience and I highly recommend!!! I will be calling them 1st when I decide to buy another car. New or used. GREAT PLACE!

Our salesman Greg was a pleasure to make a Truck deal with. It was his day off and he sold us a vehicle, he is a great personality for the dealership and I would recommend him to anyone who sees a vehicle of interest at the dealership. He deserves 5 out of 5 stars because the truck buying experience with him could not of went any better for me and my wife. He treats you like a person not a number or a dollar, that s really rare in these times. Thanks again Greg!!! #1

Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesperson Greg made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. He made our purchase enjoyable, efficient and it was pretty much a breeze. We started out just looking and drove home with a new truck. We will be back! Nothing hard about this purchase.

I live in Virginia and found the Ram 2500 on auto trader. From the time I contacted the dealership to the time I picked up the truck and traded mine went smoothly. Robbie was was attentive and responsive. It was worth the 6 hour drive to buy from here. Great experience.

Above and beyond expectations. Vehicle was even better than I had imagined. Top notch service. You definitely will have a repeat customer. I have never had a quicker or smoother experience with a car purchase. Thank you again for all your help! Everyone I had contact with showed the utmost courtesy and made the buying experience great! Drove 309 miles to purchase my 2021 suburban RST and it was well worth every mile. Martin, Chris, and the finance department answered any question and I truly felt like a valued customer and not just another transaction!

It was great but there is on thing that bothers me. You guys charged $100 to change an air filter that takes 4 minutes to change and that is not right. You can buy them all day for 30 dollars and that is the AC Delco brand. Won t be having that done at your place anymore. I ll do it myself.

This is the way a car buying experience should be - Bill and Martin were helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and never once pressured me to move forward. Couldn t be more satisfied with the experience or the truck, and they will have my business moving forward. 10/10 recommend, go see them.

I drove a 2018 Malibu Redline before a deer jumped out in front of me and it was eventually totaled. I loved my Redline and wanted another one but there was none nearby. Martin and Robbie found one a few states over and was able to get it here quick!! The whole process was quick and easy. Which was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with the insurance for 2 months! I absolutely love my car and they show you all the bells and whistles. Thank y all SO much for being so helpful!!!

I bought my first car from Fred Caldwell and had such a good experience with them. I decided to go back and get my new car from them as well! I told them what I was looking for and even though they didn t have what I wanted on the lot, they didn t pressure me into buying anything else. Mickey and Martin were great to work with, and since I ordered a 2024 vehicle it was difficult for them to get it there, but they worked with me through the entire process and kept me updated throughout. When my car finally arrived the process was really smooth and I was in and out of the dealership, happy with my new car!
