This is by far the best auto parts store in town. They are friendly, kind, and answer any questions you might have. They'll help you find what you are looking for, or have it ordered for no extra cost, and it usually comes the very next day. I had a not so good experience at the local Auto Zone a while back; as one of their employee was vaping right in front of my father and I last time we came in, and he was quite the rude little prick, blowing smoke clouds out, which was the last straw for me. It was so unprofessional I decided I wasn't gonna do business with them any more. You can't go wrong with O' Reillys!

Staff helped me find some touchup paint for my rim. Worked great. Saved a lot of time and money. They were a great help

I didn t get neither of their names, but I just left out their ten minutes ago!! I just have to say that I have not that type of customer service in a very long time!! They were very helpful to me and my daughter!! I just wanted to let them their service really brighten my really rough day!!!!!

We have a commercial account with then, yes call for a oil filter I went by to pick it up Scoot say he yes Sold it, in another hand I went to talk to the lady in commercial I stand fir few minutes in front of her she dint even spoke to me I wanted to by few cases of oil but they have a bad customer service, so I went to AUTO ZONE and like always nice people so I git everything from then and even cheaper so guess what I STAY WITH AUTO ZONE

Fast deliveries, from the management , Reps , driver's , in-store employees, and at my store Sandy my paint and body department go to person excellent color matches and always comes through with whatever I need . My only stop for paint body supplies , and mechanical needs . Everyone at this store is friendly and knowledgeable. Wes my paint rep always points me in not only the right but also the best direction. I will be sticking with this store for a long time . I am very happy and I thank every single one of you . Keep up the good no the best work and service

Awesome store! Great people who work at the Chesnee store! Tim and Kevin are always willing to help you figure out what you need, they'll order it and it'll be here, most times next day!!!

i come in here for anything i need for my car. very helpful staff they create a family feeling environment. i feel very welcome every time i come in. they are all also very knowledgeable about cars and trucks.

Went there today and was at a lost. The manager Tim was very patient and walked me through my issue. By far the best experience I have had at a parts store. Go see Tim.

I love O'Reillys there prices are I have an infinity and I am own my way to get get lifetime warranty brakes for 21.99 - 51.99. It don't get no better
