The workers here are very nice. I needed my battery charged & system checked after my battery light came on. It was below freezing & the workers let my wife & I stay in the store to keep warm while we waited. I am so appreciative for that. They re great folks here!

They are very helpful and willing to help you. I am a single woman,as well as my daughter, and they've helped put in a battery, hooked up my water for my windshield. It wasn't working,and they were so kind to take time to fix it. We always go here because of the attention we receive !!

This store only hires incompetent workers. While out of town my wife s car battery was on the brink. She went to this store for a replacement. After purchasing a new battery my wife asked if they would install it. The associate told her it would take too long so NO! The associate was rude and totally unprofessional. My wife ended up going to O Reilly s where she purchased a new battery (which was even cheaper than Auto Zone) and the associate there installed the battery in 7 minutes. After the installation she returned to Auto Zone to get a refund on the battery she purchased there. She spoke to their manager and informed him of the rude associate from before. He had nothing to say. Since when is 7 minutes too long to install a battery? We have spent well over a $2500 at this store in the past but they will NO LONGER receive a dime from us anymore! Now our store for all our auto parts needs will be O Reilly s from this point on. The associate at O Reilly s was very friendly and professional. He too couldn t understand why Auto Zone refused to install the battery. My guess is Auto Zone only hires incompetent lazy rude workers. Pathetic!

As of recently, the employees working there have been very nice and helpful. Also typically have the better prices around the Chesnee area.

A few weeks ago we needed a battery for my son s vehicle. The battery terminal bolt was bad and required and impact wrench to get it off. I don t remember the gentleman s name that helped us but he told my husband what was needed and said if we would bring the vehicle back up there after we changed the battery he would help. I took the vehicle up there that same day and they gladly fixed the issue in no time! The gentleman was super nice and helpful and we greatly appreciated it!!

Auto Zone in Chesnee, SC is my favorite auto part store! I always get perfectly helpful and patient service along with quality parts! Marjorie is amazing! Every time I go there, she is ready with a solution to my problem. If there is a deal on something that I am buying, she makes sure I bundle what I need to get the deal. For example, I bought windshield wipers. She got me a bottle of wiper fluid because buying them together saved me money on each wiper blade. The guys there are great to, but she calls me by name, and is ready to help before I even ask. The store is very organized and they always have what I want in stock!

Most clerks are super helpful. Small Town friendly with the size and supply of a big city store. Mostly knowledgeable staff so overall a 4 but so close to 5 it ain't funny!

Stopped in today to get my ac checked out and my transmission fluid checked. One of the best places I have dealt with in a long time. Nick was so helpful in every way!! These guys know their stuff and take plenty of time to meet your needs! I would highly recommend if you need anything checked out on your car these guys are wonderful...please stop you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Nick...and thank you auto zone in Chesnee!!

Jon Bailey is awesome at the Chesnee ,SC Autozone. He will help me.Hes not out to take my money.He told me about the warranty on some parts I was buying for the second time.I hate you have to pay first before you order over the phone. They won't let you order a part over the phone.So now if they don't have my part or a local store don't have it.I take my business to a different store that meets my needs.

AutoZone has so much to choose from, and they had so e very nice working ppl there too! Me and my husband had fun looking at all the new car scents and stickers and eyelashes for vehicles!!

Excellent my radiator hose popped of while I was in the store, the guy went right outside and put a new clamp on it for me with out me having to ask him for help, really good people

Came for brake rotor, caliper & battery. They had to order the caliper & i lid about $311. Core charges for caliper battery. Over the counter service was functional, but no smiles. They started selling doorbells & security cameras. Weird, but okay.

They are amazingly knowledgeable. They always offer to go out to ur car and help any way they can. They even changed a ladies air filter while i was there. So 5 star service.

My boyfriend's been there twice now to return wrongly suggested STOCK parts for his Ford truck. The associate had an attitudeto begin with then argued with him. He tool the associate's word on both occasions evem though he was skeptical. I was proud of him for keeping his cool. He went back a last time where the associate was cold and ignored us so another associate had to help us with our return. Unfortunately, the correct part he needed was located at a different store over the state line and it was LATE. He wasted an entire weekend installing the wrong parts and now has to wait until the coming weekend just to go retrieve the correct ones. I'm so disappointed because this used to be an excellent store.

If you know what you want, they will get it fast.if it's not in stock,you will have it the next day, or they will around everywhere to locate the part you need now.they are five star to me.

For me this place is just like so many others and it's difficult to differentiate the many out there. Some folks have preferences but actually they are all pretty much the same.
