The guys that work here make this place great. I needed a battery yesterday and I called Firestone and they re like no you need to make an appointment. We only have one person working here blah blah blah. It s not something you can wait for when you have a battery that needs replaced so I drove my car to AutoZone. They were very knowledgeable, super friendly on point, they took care of everything for me. I highly recommend this location. Oh and the lady that worked at the register was really nice too. She just didn t work on my battery.

Awesome!! Juan (the store manager) spent well over an hour helping me replace AND rewire my boat trailer lights in the parking lot (on a cold day). He took the time to walk me though the process so as to pass the knowledge to me. Unbelievably knowledgeable, patient, and cool guy.

Loved it.... your manager there is the best.... I had a problem he told me to get some treatment for the problem first. He said if it doesn't work I need to get a new part a week later the problem was solved.... I came back to thank him and ask him if I need more treatment he said no give it another week to see what happens next

I came into the store with a simple need and was treated like I was there to spend hundreds of dollars. Excellent customer service and I got my part in two days. I will definitely use this store should the need arise in the future.

Put a refrigerant hose in the wrong place, I purchase it, find out it s meant for a different refrigerant, go inside to ask for an exchange and I m told it s mine. Holly would have refunded me in a second. Last visit

I came here for a new headlight bulb a few months ago and had no idea what to get, so I told the cashier the make and model of the car and he gave me a bulb that was supposed to work. I purchased it and declined the receipt assuming surely it was correct if the worker looked it up for me but when I got home for my husband to install it for me, it wasn't the right kind. I went back to return it and spoke with a different cashier and told him this was what I was given but it wasn't right, and he let me know they usually aren't supposed to do returns without the receipt but he would check with the manager because of the circumstances- so I watched as the manager (some young guy) walks by, and the employee I'd been speaking with began to ask him about the situation, and without even stopping to acknowledge me or hear the details, he yells something along the lines of "nope, we aren't breaking the rules today!" sounding very annoyed and dismissive, to the point where I could tell even the employee was surprised and embarrassed at his response and apologized, mentioning something about him "being in a mood" that day. I can understand and accept the policy, but it was unprofessional and downright rude the way the manager handled it, as if I was just some customer trying to "get one over on them". I wouldn't have even been in that situation had his employee given me the correct bulb in the first place, so needless to say, I will be going anywhere else for auto parts in the future.

My truck needed a new battery. Paul and Quinton diagnosed the bad battery and replaced it quickly with the utmost professionalism. I will definitely return here in the future for vehicle issues.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Jennifer Bailey at the James Island AutoZone. I needed a new battery so went first thing in the morning to get it replaced. The store opened promptly at 7:30am, and Jennifer efficiently rang me up, replaced my battery, gave me advice, and sent me on my way. I was in and out in 13 minutes! Highly recommend.

Needed my battery checked and turned out I needed a new one.Cannot say enough for the help of the ladies today at the James Island Auto Zone. So helpful, professional, efficient...and fun!! Had a new battery installed in no time and back to my day off!

Doesn't honor prices posted on shelf! Wanted to charge $8.99 per bottle. Got the same thing for $7.99 for a 20 ounce bottle at Advanced Auto. Didn't know what code was for battery ended up leaving with nothing.

Mark and Alexander were both extremely helpful and cordial. They assisted me in finding the correct battery for my truck and then proceeded to install it free of charge. Would recommend the place thoroughly!

I needed windshield replacement and fluid. Stanley recommended the correct wipers then put them on and refilled the wiper fluid. Excellent and friendly service and staff!

I was having issues with my battery right after my husband got out of surgery. All the employees were sympathetic and helpful! They helped me quickly and were incredibly nice! I seriously don t know what I would have done without them!

They're the best. I always stop by any time there is an issue with my vehicle and the guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Omar and Demetrius have changed my headlights, batteries, etc. Mrs. Danielle is amazing. All of the staff is exceptional. I won't go anywhere else!

I grew up with AutoZone so they have always been my go to parts store. I prefer the line of Duralast batteries they carry and their prices are usually pretty competitive. Great tool selection too.

Loaner tools are a lifesaver when you're 400 miles from home and need to replace a throttle body! Staff was helpful with the tools I needed and easily found the part I needed.

I had to get a new car battery and the staff was so kind and helpful. They didn't try to up sell me anything and I really appreciated that because often times that tends to happen. They were fast with the replacement and very kind.

Came here to have a brake light replaced. Called first and learned of free installation with purchase, which is awesome. Christopher Brooks was the staff member that helped me. Great customer service and speedy service, especially for a Sunday. Will definitely come back for any future auto part needs. Recommended.

Went to AutoZone yesterday purchase three calibers only needed to the young lady in the back found out that they change the part number the young lady that handle it she was amazing real good one of the best I ve seen yet but the parts I m not that great at AutoZone for Sophos customer service she s one of the best ever met

I had the best experience there tonight. My battery would not work so I went back there to check to see if it was a faulty battery. As soon as I walked in Dennis greeted me and immediately asked me if I needed any help. I told him yes and explained my situation, he quickly handled the situation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He made my worried night so much better. In my opinion every establishment needs employees like Dennis. Bought a transmission back in October/November, it has failed 3 times so far and every time it gets warrantied I have to cover the full amount of labor to install and none of them made it past 300 Miles. They reimburse you half the cost of install, and it's not my fault they keep failing. Now I'm just hoping they refund my money because I can't afford to keep paying someone to install them if they're going to continue to fail. P0700, P0733, P0734 indicate incorrect gear ratio meaning the unit itself has an internal failure.

Excellent customer service!! Our battery and alternator died and staff were kind enough to deliver our new battery to our truck and replace it without hesitation. We always shop here for best service and knowledge!
