The staff at Sheppard s glass were very helpful with my new mirror! They converted a favorite picture frame of mine into a beautiful mirror! Can t wait to hang!

Sheppard's glass replaced the glass in a wooden sash of my doublehung window. I brought the sash in for measurement last week. I brought it back today and they installed the new glass. I believe the representative's name was Blake. Very professional and the job and overall experience exceeded my expectations. They definitely have me as a new customer for future glass needs.

Very frustrated with this glass company. They were recommended by insurance provider as a Premiere Provider . After reading other reviews, I figured why not give them a try. They were a lot closer to home from the previous company I had used in Lexington. They replaced my glass after it was broken by a rock. Two months later a stress fracture occurred out of the blue. They offered to replace it. After keeping my car for over 6 hours, I get a call that it is ready but a fracture happened again while they drove it to recalibrate the safety features. Now I have to find time to drop it off for a third time for them to try and fix it. Not so sure using them was the right choice.

Sheppards in Chapin did a great job repairing rock damage to my windshield. The appointment was easy to schedule and the work was done quickly. I highly recommend!

Blake and Joe did a marvelous job replacing my patio door glass! They were very amiable,careful, efficient and cleaned up the workspace and new glass nicely afterwards !! Thanks so much!!

Several jobs completed in a very timely fashion and at a better price than I was able to find elsewhere. Flexible scheduling and kept me up to date on progress. A great addition to our Chapin area
