Ordered a custom collegiate cart from Stephen Shealy and overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. They arranged shipping. Added items to make it street legal at the last minute at my request. Responsive. Finished product was as expected and looked and drove great! Price reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a cool looking golf cart!

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had dealing with these guys. I shopped around and decided to go with Club Car and not the other Chinese brands. They had the best price by far at of any other dealer when comparing similar equipment. I have gotten compliments from every one of my neighbors. Good job guys I will for sure be sending more business your way.

My husband and I made a trip from Lexington to this store yesterday. We were interested in buying a 6 passenger golf cart. Wes told us right off the bat that he would have to build one for us. Which is what we wanted and knew. We went there because it is "Custom". Length of time before we got cart did not bother us. He took us out to the front to show us a 6 passenger golf cart which he said had more features than we would want. First off, we had not told him what features we wanted so how did he know. We did tell him it was for neighborhood riding. He took us to the cart and then just stood there. If we had not asked questions we would have stood in complete silence. We asked a few questions which he answered without elaborating. It was obvious he was not interested in making a sale. It was one of the most awkward moments of my life. We asked about cost and he told us. We felt their prices were very good. If he had acted like he was interested in making a sale I'm sure we would have bought one. Since he wasn't excited about his product, it was hard for us to get excited. We left there and ended up buying a new 6 passenger cart from another dealer. Will be happy to show our receipt if Custom Golf Carts does not believe us. We went with high hopes because of all the great reviews, and we left totally disappointed.

Saw these guys at the boat show and stopped by their shop the following week to spec out a cart with Stephen. Super straightforward process and was able to get the color, wheels, and seats I wanted. The cart was put together really well and the price was very reasonable, even compared to used carts on FB Marketplace. Would definitely recommend!

Made the purchasing / customizing process extremely easy. We got lucky with an onward instock and had the seats and options we wanted installed and on our trailer within 2 days

Wow! I wish everyone had the kind of Customer Service that Custom Golf Carts provided. We live in Atlanta and they built us a golf cart and had it delivered in less than two weeks and we never had to go to the shop. Stephen and Wes always emailed back within a few hours and exceeded our expectations! We love our golf cart and would recommend them to anyone who is looking. Great price and great product!

Great company to deal with!! Stephen Shealy was awesome to work with...found and configured just what I wanted quickly...even reconfigured it for me, took pictures just to make sure it was what I wanted and then delivered it a few days later. Great experience..highly recommend buying a golf cart from this company.

Stopped by today to get a custom cart for my daughter s birthday, the sales guy at the front desk did not seem very interested in getting my business he kept telling me everything was going to take 6 to 8 weeks and that pretty much everything was sold in the parking lot. Another guy walked in and he even went outside with him as we were leaving to provide him with information on the golf carts so I took my money to Palmetto Kustom Karts in Lexington and purchased one today. Learn how to treat everyone equally because all money spends the same!

Wife and I bought our golf cart from these guys and I couldn't imagine going through anyone else. We talked to multiple golf cart dealers across the state and no one came close to the customer service we received from Custom Golf Carts Columbia. We couldn't be happier with our golf cart and I highly recommend anyone looking for one to check these guys out. I rarely leave reviews but thought these guys deserved one.

Very nice people, honest, customer oriented. They have an excellent team to build and repair golf carts. Amazing customizations. Beautiful inventory of new golf carts.Once you meet this company, you"ll find you"ve met the best, no reason to mess with the rest.

I bought a rebuilt 2011 Club Car Precedent from Stephen 3 years ago. We dealt entirely over the phone and he was very helpful in my deciding on which options, colors etc i wanted. When the cart was ready they delivered it 300 miles to my home in Georgia and it was exactly as i had expected it to be. Since then I have been very happy with the cart in all respects . This was my 4th Club Car and i continue to think they are the best cart on the market. A few months after i got the cart i had a problem with one of the tires going flat several times. It turned out that the problem was one of the steel wheels not sealing to the tire properly. I mailed the tire and wheel back to Stephen during the warranty period and he obtained and mailed me a replacement which solved the problem. All of this in addition to the fact that his price for my cart was significantly more competitive than several other companies i obtained quotes from.I have used my cart every day since it arrived in a community which is very hilly and i have also used it to pull my fishing kayak from my home to lake Lanier. Finally yesterday i experienced a problem with the motor so i will be having it repaired locally. When i purchased the cart I realized that the distance would prevent me from having the cart worked on by Stephen's company due to the distance and my inability to haul my cart to Columbia. The quality of the cart i bought and the price i paid more than made up for my inability to use them for warranty repairs. When i am ready for another cart i will definitely contact Stephen . Great people to do business with!

Great working with these guys. Helped me get a cart quickly so we could take it with us to the beach and picked it up from my house when we returned to customize it to our liking. Easy to work with and did great job! Great cart that looks awesome. Would definitely do business with these guys again.

Thanks to Steve and all of his team for great sales and service. I received my cart Saturday and have received many compliments. I like the fact that they are BBB rated which means a lot to me. Steve has always been available through sales process to answer any questions. I would recommend them to anyone whom is in the market for a cart or service. Thanks Steve.

Had a great experience until there was a problem. Buy your cart somewhere else. Within 4 months of of purchasing the Cart the Brakes stopped working, Brake Lights stopped working, Gear chipped off on motors, Blinking light stopped working and the Dumbest thing is the roof was spray painted instead of Being a solid Black molded part so that all of the paint flaked off and looks like a zebra see photos on company photos on Google. This company refuses to Replace the top at there expense. You know where to find me if you want this review removed.Updated review 6/3/17Upon alerting the company of my review I received an email back stating to read what I signed. Apparently they have warranty policy that requires the cart coming back to the store yet they are just peachy with selling me a new one.Stephen also made sure I knew that he would be turning me over to his attorney for defamation. So here this loud and clear. If you have a problem they have a solution threaten you with there attorney.

Columbia Golf Carts provide great service, helpful staff, and great prices for their golf carts. They took care of all my battery, tire and body needs and even gave me a low price on a new Club Car. They ordered batteries for me and they were delivered in less than 3 days! Now both my golf carts run amazing and never let me down. I will be bringing my golf carts back and recommend everyone take their carts to Custom Golf Carts Columbia!

I purchased my cart on Saturday when there was a limited staff. I told Wes (the employee who sold me the cart) I would be back by 3:00 to pick it up. When I ran into problems getting there by 3:00, he stayed even though he had plans right after work.I appreciate when a business makes the effort to accommodate its customers even though it is not convenient for them. I will definitely do business with them in the future and will send my family and friends their way. Of course it didn't hurt that he was a Tiger!

Custom Golf Carts is your one stop place for all your Golf Cart needs. Steve took care of my cart put nerw batteries, and horn instaalled, cleaned up all my electrical wires, inspected my brakes, and adjusted plus tightened numerous bolts.Its a 2005 Ez-Go, and now its a 2012 Ez-Go, for honest repair work, at a awsome price, there is NO NEED to go any where else. He blows the competition, remember you get what you pay for, and in this case YOU GET PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOM QUALITY AT A LOW PRICE.Good Luck in the Futrure I will be back with others...Tell him Chris sent ya....

It is the greatest golf carts I think.All the carts are very nice and gently handy to use.Painting,finishing and designing is very good quality.you can't find another Golf Carts center like this
