By the the time I went in and talked to someone it wasn't 5:30 when I took these pictures.Told appointments only, after I called on 18th to get amount for 2 tires . 5 days later the 23rd. I call in the morning make sure same price. Told some nonsense. Mind you THEY CLOSE AT 7. Not dissing the workers but the rude manager who decided to deny me service because they booked. See the lovely pictures of them with NO CARS the workers got done with ONE CAR when went in. Management says they can't help me WHEN I took pictures he comes to carOh now he gonna help me but JACK the price for service and price of 2 tires they had in stock.This is a five day spanTim no longer working there assisted me on the 18th and JEFF smh said he left two weeks ago.Needless to say I DID NOT GET TIRES. Thank goodness my tire didn't blow on way home. NEVER IN MY TIME WITH CENTRAL WALMART HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT. So no I will never use auto at Walmart in central EVER. Look for the signs not posted MYST M AS KE APPOINTMENT

Ordered tires online as they didn't have my size ..I showed up about 45 minutes prior to my appt. So I could do some shopping. .they happened to have a slot open ahead of me I was unaware of and an employee delayed his lunch to finish my job so I could leave faster...I was surprised and pleased as the job was quick and efficient!

I called this location today because I wanted to speak with someone regarding a "possible" oil leak. Soon as the attendant answered the phone and I mentioned the word leak, he automatically said they did not perform that type of service. The person didn't even let me finish my sentence, which was very discourteous and unprofessional. You do oil changes, but you do not inspect for oil leaks? Anyway, maybe that was a blessing in disguise. I will do way better finding a credible auto care facility that's more skilled and respectful to potential customers.

Shop should call you if there is something else possibly wrong. Don't let me leave with a hazardous failed windshield wiper. They claimed to have vacuumed the floors, but they did not. Same with other claims. Check your car. Don't trust them.Nice employees.

Slow to have someone come assist me. Had to make appt to buy tires the next day. No longer have Michelin tires in shop to buy. Waited too long to get someone to help me. Car repairman not really that knowledgeable. Gave me inaccurate information. Had difficiculty locating my paperwork.

I had an appointment for 2:30 and I arrived on time. I called customer service on my way there and explained that I am disabled and heading to the tire shop and asked if someone could bring a handicap scooter to the tire department. They politely obliged. The employees in the tire department were just fantastic. It didn't take them very long at all to put a new tire on. They are more efficient since they are by appointment only. Way to go guys and thank you very much for your professionalism.

Arrived at the shop and stood in front of techs while they saw me and walked by me for 15 minutes. They clearly saw me standing there and did not even greet me. 5 guys were working on one car and when someone finally approached me they acted as though they were inconvenienced by me asking for service and acted like they couldn't fit me in. When I pressed them because they only had ONE CAR, they finally agreed to help and said it would take 30minutes to plug a tire. Almost an hour and a half later they finished PLUGGING MY TIRE. I sat for another 15 minutes as techs walked by me and as I continually asked for someone to help me check out. Y'all provided the most trash service ever.. it shouldn't take 5 men to change tires on 1 vehicle and it should never take an hour and a half to plug one tire. never coming back and I would never trust them with actually repairing something serious on my vehicle.Service: Tires

The auto repair department is great. They gladly check the air in my tires at no cost. They also let me know the condition of my tires while they add air to them. I have never come across a rude employee or one that is aggravated for having to stand in the cold or rain to check my car out. If you need repairs I totally recommend going to Wal-Mart Tire Center. They will take good care of you !!!!

If you cannot replace parts that potentially break you should NOT be able to work on them. Don't know how many cars I've seen or heard about that had broken lug studs, bad oil plugs, missing center caps etc. from this place. Any mechanic shop is liable for the parts they touch. Get a grip and get trained properly or don't do it at all..

Took my truck in for a nail I had picked up in a tire. Left truck in parking lot over night and called in the morning. Chris was very helpful. By the time I arrived at the shop the tire was fixed and my truck was ready. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. I have not had a bad experience at this place, yet.

I had gotten an oil change and tire rotation. Fair prices but when I got the message my vehicle was ready I had to go in search of an associate to ring up my ticket. Other than that it was a good enough experience.

The Central Walmart Auto Center is only ok. They charged me an extra 15 for a filter without telling me in advance. Then, my oil was down a little so they charged me extra money. This is an oil CHANGE, not a refill. I should get a refund

Don't buy a car battery from Walmart in Central!!! I purchased a new battery from Walmart less than a year ago; it came with a three year warranty. I started having problems with the car not starting several weeks ago. We took it in to Walmart to be checked. According to them the battery tested good, but low in charge. Had to wait another hour + for them to charge the battery on their machine. The car failed to start a second time. I went through the same two hour routine at Walmart in Central. The Walmart technicians even checked our alternator and said it was good. Next, we took the car to our regular mechanic for the alternator to be checked. Alternator and other car systems checked out fine. He said the battery was weak, likely a dead cell. My car failed to start again, this time 2 hours away in Columbia. Went through the same song and dance routine yet a third time at Walmart in Central. Bottom line, they refused to pro-rate and replace the battery. I gave up and went to Advance Auto Parts where they stand behind their products and don't stall, waste your time and try to wear you out to avoid making good on a bad battery!

Horrible. I will never come to this location again. I got there @9am was told it wouldn t take longer than a hour then change one tire. Its 10:40pm & they are telling me they are waiting on someone. It s been 5+ people waiting in line to pay for the last 30 mins & no one has yet to helpService: TiresService: Tires

Not only did I ask them to put the white letters on the outside and then failed to do so, they took all my brand new lug nuts and replaced them with their own, and they broke one of the lug studs without fixing it or telling me about it.Service: TiresService: Tires

Not a single person wore a mask or even attempted to despite me wearing one. They didn t even bother while test driving my car. Despite that, they were polite - which is why I gave them two instead of one. Just really frustrating considering America is losing 3,000 ppl per dat at this point but businesses like this can t bother to do the bare minimum to help.

They took 2 hrs to do my oil change. The fat tall white guy is lazy as hell. I got there one day 30 mins before closing and they had no cars there but he still wouldnt take my car in. It really doesnt take a long time to do it but i guess when you have a worker like that, you will lose money. Only went in the next day bc i had to be in town anyway and need some things. Also, they hit one ladies car when they reversed it and put her filter on wrong which made her oil leak. Just dont go to walmart. Jeeze.

Disappointing! The young man who checked me in did not listen to me! I asked for placing my new engine cover after oil changing.At the end, I found out they have not put my new engine cover! He told me they do not this but after checking out! I went to another car service shop and they did it for free!

Slow service, but did what they were supposed to. They have coffee, but no stirrers. Couldn't someone have gone to get some stirrers or spoons off of a shelf? Lazy staff, lol. Hope you like black coffee while you wait. Guess you get what you pay for. The coffee smells good.....

The people that work at this Wal Mart service center are simply lazy. I asked for an oil change and it took 2 hours to get the job done. A goofy obese character walked around scratching his butt and tugging on his genitals was attempting to do the job. I won't go back because they left my radiator cap off and I had to purchase a new one when I left.

they ripped me off on faulty tires and not tightening lug nuts cost me 300 for bearings after leaving and driving to south ga thank God tire didn't fly off on interstate

Called multiple times yesterday and today trying to set up an appointment for an oil change and got no answer. Used to be my go to for oil changes and now you can t even speak to them

At first it was not that bad but the past 3 times I have paid them for a oil change they have taken 2+ hours. Very frustrating when you are told a time it would be done and have other appointments that I need to be at

Poor knowledge of automotive skills.first question was what you need? Not may I help you. I need some new tires? He tells me all the things he can't do. Not what I wanted. I left right then. 600$$ loss to them. Boo walmart shame to you.

Have a no good bat.from Walmart and auto Care center bought it back with in two weeks WITH RECEIPT said batt, had to be checked before could exchange or replace eather one don't sound like good costumer service to me .
