Had an oil change here drove off and car starting blowing smoke. They overfilled it. Took it back in drained oil and second time engine lost power. Had to argue with the manager and owner that they had caused the issue. Engine light came on they read the code which came back to over filled engine and spark plugs were overfilled. They agreed to fix it they did the minimum got the car back drove it and engine gave out. now it s probably totaled according to the insurance. Now they don t want to take any responsibility for it.

I won t be going back to this location, as they try to scam you by saying you need extra things that you don t to make more money off of you. I wasted 3 hours going to the Toyota dealership yesterday after my oil change because they told me my car battery was bad and needed to be replaced after supposedly testing it I knew I had bought a brand new one last year at the dealership, even though it wasn t stamped on the battery. The guy came in and told me my battery was tested and registered at 105amps when is should be around 575amps. This was a mystery to me because, I haven t had any trouble.Took it to the Toyota dealership just to be safe (took 2 1/2 hours of waiting just to find out my amps were registering at 675amps and nothing was wrong). The guy I ve known a long time at the Toyota service said either his testing machine is broke or he was trying to scam you. I called back to the place back to speak with the guy and called him out for wasting hours of my time, and dishonestly to try to sell me a new unneeded battery. He didn t even apologize, just sputtered and stuttered, but I could tell his hand was caught in the cookie jar. I called corporate and the girl didn t even take my info or care, she just said she d pass along to upper management. Their car wash needs to be fixed and hasn t been repaired/opened since they were bought out . Their lobby is filthy and run down. They also don t even vacuum out your car ( like jiffy lube did, which was what this location, previously was) they also stand around and waste so much of your time. I will not be returning and I d warn you to stay away as well. There prices are though the roof and so many faster locations for cheaper.

I was really satisfied with the service yesterday. Technician Matt did an excellent job on answering my questions and concerns about my vehicle. I got new wind shield wipers blades. Got an oil change done. My air conditioner got checked. Tires looked good still. Checked all the other necessities as well. My transmission fluid he told me needs to be flushed right away. So I will be there tomorrow to get that done. I will be coming back here from now on to get service done on my vehicle.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

People were very nice and very professional. But the whole purpose of me going to the valvoli e express was to not have to go to the dealership. Last two time I have been here the establishment has not had my cabin air filter or the engine air filter. Also the last time I was there the guy didn't even know how to get to the cabin air filter. This time noone knew where the dipstick for the transmission, and didn't have transmission fluid for my truck to change per the mileage. Differential fluid was low and couldn't fill it either because you guessed it didn't have it. So as far as the service it was great but as far as getting what I needed done to my vehicle it wasn't even close. Two times in a row

I went in for an oil change and got so much more! The customer service was amazing! John and Jacob were so kind and were remarkably thorough. I also recieved some free entertainment when Jacob started singing songs by Queen as he worked (he sounded amazing)!I will definitely be a returning customer.Service: Oil change

Did a good job with oil change. Could improve with customer service skills. Was good on the front end with pricing but handed sticker for next oil change instead of putting it on windshield. Seems to have lost personal touch with corporate ownership.
