Michael was very willing to help me over on the phone. He was very professional and was very kind enough to tell me exactly the piece that broke off from one side of my lawn mower. He also took his time and picked up the phone right away when I called him and even gave me an advice about the belt. I will give him 10 Stars since he went out of ways to help me and didn't charge me anything. He is one of the best respective person that you can turn to if you ever wanted to get your lawn mower fixed. It was awesome I can't thank him enough. Thanks a million.
