Recently got 2 tires from this place which my size is hard to find and they let me pay for them and come back at a later time and get them mounted and balanced. They are also looking for some more tires for me as well.. definitely went above and beyond.. thanks ppl!

Fantastic service. Clean waiting room. Got me in and out quickly and the customer service was top notch. Literally, every one I spoke with while waiting was incredibly friendly.

I walked in as a new customer and the woman behind the counter ignored me and continued to talk to the other customer (in having a private/personal conversation and not about business). I waited a few minutes and decided to leave. I left with the feeling that this tire company did not either want my business or like server people of color.

It's true that their customer service is excellent, and their products and technicians are top of the line. But little did I expect them to send me a thank you note after purchasing new tires from them! Now THAT is going the extra mile. It's those little things that speak volumes, and let you know that their attention to detail means you'll have a great set of tires, carefully selected and expertly serviced.Thank you Charlie and everyone else at Camden Tire!

Traveling in the area and had a problem with a tire. While they were unable to repair or replace the tire they were very accommodating as I waited for the tow truck. I was received as a neighbor.

Blew a tire on the highway and they saw us as soon as we got in and installed right away at a fair price. Pleasant conversation with the rep at the desk and those in the shop. Super friendly customer service. Expedient. 10/10 would get a flat near Camden again

Told my daughter to go there and try them out great experienceShe bought 4tires and got her oil changed and they called the next day to make sure she was happy with everything will do our tire business there from now on

Camden tire has been servicing my work vehicle for the last year and they are great to work with. I put about 40k miles a year on this vehicle so I need oil changed about every couple months and tires more frequently than most. They are very accommodating and do great work. Great customer service.

Awesome customer service! We were traveling through the area and had a flat on our boat trailer. Brought the tire into these guys, they got it out asap. We ended up bringing the whole trailer in for new tires after we replaced the flat and they stayed through their lunch break to work on it for us. Great guys. Go here for tires.

Went here based on my boss recommendation and they did not disappoint! I ended up paying more than 150$ less than what I budgeted for and they fixed my alignment perfectly. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth the trip.

Only place I called out of like 5 places that could get the tire I needed by that afternoon. They called around 2 or 3pm and put it on the rim as soon as I got there. Also had great customer service, super nice even though I called them like 4 times to figure out my order, and then very friendly when I showed up, they even knew my name and it's not an easy one! I'll definitely recommend them to everyone and come back here when I need another tire!

Just sitting in the waiting room, I could tell how well they cared about people. A few came in with problems beyond their services like a window that would not roll up. They still bent over backwards helping them get the help they needed even if it meant no money for them. I decided to try them out because of their reviews and was not disappointed. The web site was easy to use to narrow my search along with a video showing you the tire. After choosing a certain tire, I requested a quote. The next following morning I had an email waiting for me. The rest of the details were worked out over the phone. They now have a new and loyal customer.

Camden tire and their employees were life savers for our youth group today! Our church bus had a tire blow on the interstate on the way to Gatlinburg. The employees were kind, quick and efficient. They had us back on the road quickly and safely! We thank God that they were there for us today!

Bought my tires here for over 25 years. I tried other places in Columbia, BIG MISTAKE. I am better off taking time off work than going anywhere else.

Needed a tire for my car had a blow out on the way to work. Called bc they were the closet to where I was stuck at didn't have much money but wanted a price for a tire called and the women that answered the phone didn't even let me finish asking my question before she said I just had to come in to get help and said thank you and hung up shifty customer service don't recommend at all
