Deserves 10 's!! My daughter bought her 1st Car(2015 Dodge Dart)here today with the most pleasant & charming assistance from Tyler with making her first experience enjoyable and comfortable (no pressure) l! I've dealt with many Auto Sales and none compares to the service & respect I received from Drakes. Tyler is an awesome salesman and a wonderful guy with a great personality and down to earth sense of humor.Cathy is committed in making sure her customers receive the best out of their warranties. I absolutely love that they pull your vehicle up to the door,wipe it down and put a big beautiful red bow on it for you to receive

Truly enjoyed buying a RAV4 at Drake Auto Sales. Tyler and Mike were outstanding. They make the whole process easy and comfortable. I drove almost 2 hours to look at it because it has everything I was looking for and the price was perfect. Highly recommend them for your next used vehicle!

The staff was incredible, they even greeted me before I came in the door. This friendly family-owned business made me feel at home. I was especially impressed by Darryl, the mechanic. He presented the cars in perfect running condition. I would definitely return to buy another vehicle.

My experience at Drake Auto Sales was incredible. I lived two hours away and Mr. Mike and the team effectively communicated with me. I only saw pictures on the website of the 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum I purchased from them. I wanted that vehicle that much. I arrived on Saturday to pickup my vehicle, and it was immaculate inside and out! Meanwhile, on the way back home. I was blown away how smooth the ride was. I had it checked by a mechanic and he was impressed by the upkeep of the vehicle, and how well it was running. Mr. Mike, Tyler, Mrs. Sarah and Mr. Tom made my day! My experience with them was well worth it! By all means if you're in search for a quality vehicle don't hesitate to go to Drake's Auto Sales. They will get you RIGHT! I sincerely appreciate this team so much!

appreciation post :i want to thank tyler and mike for making purchasing my first car so easy for me! i was in a time of need back in february after being in a bad wreak i had no transportation. i walked in and said i need to leave with a car today and tyler looked at me and said let s get started ! ever since i have had no problems except 1 and they have worked with me every step of the way! such amazing people and i will continue to purchase my cars from them!

If y all want a $16k parked paperweight then go on down to Drake s where you get one right off the lot with the engine blowing!! Don t forget if you take it back because it has problems within DAYS of having it, they will be JERKS TO YOU. so much so that even their own mechanics apologize to you for the ownership s actions. Oh, and do not worry if you have a trade in! They WILL NOT do the paperwork properly, so you WILL HAVE SPARTANBURG COUNTY SHOWING UP AT YOUR DOORSTEP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! Yeah, that s right. In turn for buying two cars in one night, my family has a useless truck with a blown engine, and the cops are looking for the owner of the car they traded in because drakes did not do paperwork properly. Therefore when whoever tf has your car now, does bad things in another county, the cops come looking for you!!! Even though you haven t had that car in months!! Wonderful. Spartanburg county will be seeing you soon, JERKS.

This dealership was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. The sales staff was relaxed and not at all pushy. I told them what I was looking for and they sold me a great car, exactly what I wanted. Didn't try to get me to buy anything more or less than what I wanted. Car was a great price and spotless when we drove it home.

Outstanding Customer Service from the moment you walk in the door!My husband found the 2015 GMC Denali truck on car gurus. We drove upFrom Pelzer and were welcomed by Jenny a sales representative and the owner Mike when we arrived. Mike took us out himself for the test drive and was extremely considerate and explained everything about the vehicle. We loved the car but more importantly their approach to satisfying the customer was the best I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. We had a trade-in and Jenny, Tom a manager, with Cathy the finance manager made the paperwork process extremely easy and efficient. Drake auto sales works directly with SC Telco forVehicle financing and we also had a great experience with Terry Adams at the Spartanburg Branch. We picked up our vehicle the very next day and it was fully detailed. Cam another associate at the dealership went as far as to take pictures of us with a red bow on the hood to celebrate our purchase! I would actually do the entire process over again if I could work with this great group of people.

They didn't try to upsell me on something more expensive and let me choose the car that felt right, then made sure I got the best financing they could find for me. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Drake Auto sales! We went in shopping for an SUV and had one in mind and left with something FAR better than what we had planned. Service was excellent and everyone there spoke to us as if they had known us forever. They weren t pushy or salesman minded, they were just there to help us find what suited our needs. We drive a hard bargain and they met us on every request and issue we had both during the shopping and finalization of our deal. A very pleasant and quick experience and whether we ever buy another new car or not we have definitely made some new friends!

Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Drake Auto Sales! Everyone there was so helpful and kind assisting me with finding a vehicle and helping with financing! They worked through all of the financing options until they found the best option for my specific circumstance. I have always hated going car shopping because of the typical car salesman experience, but all of the staff here were so down to earth and never pushed me into anything I wasn t comfortable agreeing to.

Let me start off by saying, we met a great salesman. Tyler was very informative to us in helping my husband look for a truck. Even though we didn't have plans to purchase today. He was very transparent, patient and allowed my husband to test drive a truck and model he was interested in. Most salesmen would put hard pressure on a customer to purchase that day but Tyler allowed my husband to make a delicate decision with timing. This alone would be a reason to purchase from Drakes Auto. They're not just about making a sale. They seem to care if their customers can handle what their getting themselves into. He do plan to follow up, so hopefully by that time, my husband will be for sure if this is the route he'd want to take. This company deserve 5 stars souly because of great customer service and transparency.Thank you Tyler-Jamie& Tysha Kelly

Let me start by saying I hate car dealerships! But, Drake s is no dealership, they re like buying from a private party. I told them what I d give for the vehicle. Told them that was final. The owner Mike, spoke with me directly. He said he wouldn t waste my time. That I needed to come look. I had already decided to, buy a cheaper for sale by owner. But, I gave my word to Mike earlier in the day. So I kept it. Sure glad I did. It was exactly what he said it was. From the owner to his entire staff treated me with respect!!! No pressure!! And gave me a warranty. Id like personally thank Mike, Tyler, and the rest of his crew! I was in and, out in 30 minutes that says it all!

Absolutely wonderful service and honest people. They saw the wrong and made it right. I had a light go out and I just drove it back up there and they fixed it on the spot. Love my Chevy Colorado

Stopped by to check out the SS they had and was greeted by Tyler. Very cool and laid back. We didn t end up getting the car. Not the right time for us but if you re looking at one their vehicles, ask for Tyler. He s awesome!

Our car buying experience was great from the beginning to the end. Christopher Morton is a great sales representative! He listen and delivers outstanding service. He was very informative about the vehicles and cared about me choosing the right vehicle. He did not want me to choose just anything but he wanted me to choose what made me happy. No other dealership I ve been to cared about my happiness! Drake Auto Sales is the place to be and Christopher Morton is the man to help with your car buying needs! Then, you ll get the pleasure of meeting a great sales team that cares about their customers! They want your experience and outcome to be favorable! My salesman Christopher Morton patiently helped up with a sensible purchase that satisfied a young person and the parents! He guided my son in what things to look for when taking a test drive, and what should be concerning. I was so impressed with his honesty! Everything he told us and the way he guided us even in the purchase of insurance was favorable to us as customers! So, go and get Great Professional Service and have a wonderful experience! Wow is all I can say. Be careful of what you buy from here. My engine went out a month into buying it, and when we took it up there for them to diagnosis it we were told to take it to Hyundai. We asked about getting it towed there and were told "no, we can't do that but here is a number". Keep in mind, the car was pretty much not drivable at this point and we have two small kids who definitely did not need to be in a dangerous car.Drake Auto Sales wouldn't help UNTIL we made a bad review about our experience. So then they "help", get it sent to a mechanic in Gaffney that was supposed to replace the engine. We got it back two weeks ago and what do you know... the engine is going out AGAIN. Leads us to believe the engine was not ever really replaced, but i'll leave that thought alone.We gave them the benefit of the doubt to make the situation right, and the owner said they were not helping anymore. A hands off situation if you will. Absolutely ridiculous! Here we are 8 months into having this car and we have gotten 1 month of drive time out of it. I do not recommend this car lot to anyone. If you have bought from here and have not had any issues then you were one of the lucky ones.I understand the car necessarily isn't your responsibility once the customer leaves the lot --Michael Lindsay-- but what is your responsibility is to not sell lemons to your customers and actually put them and their safety first. :)

I was very nervous coming in to buy my first car but Chris walked me through everything and was great the entire time with helping me find what I wanted and Kathy was great with trying to get me the best deal with my financing. They both made it a lot less stressful and made the experience better. I'm very glad I came here to get my car and will recommend them to anyone looking!

I bought my first car purchase here and I couldn t be happier with the service. I was able to be financed and see payment options before committing and my holding payment counted towards the down payment. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. 100% a fantastic place to get a car!

My husband and I bought a truck from Drake Auto Sales, and it was absolutely the best car buying experience we ve ever had. Christopher Morton, with sales, was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we received the best financing option! Cathy was also very helpful and worked so hard to help us!
