I am extremely pleased with my experience at Certified Import Repairs with Kirk and his team. They surpassed my expectations in fixing my car. Their approach is straightforward, honest, fast, and reliable. My car broke down at 1:30 pm on the side of the road, and Kirk had me back up and running by 4:30. The car runs better than ever, and they even addressed a rattling sound that I couldn't figure out its origin!

This is the absolute best place to have a BMW worked on. They did all my work in a timely manner. And informed me of any extra things. And there prices are the best in town. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Honest and reliable. He has done work for me twice now and both times done a great job first time! I have had trouble in the past with overheating and since he fixed it there has been no problems at all. I finally feel comfortable not having to look down at my cooling gage to be sure its not getting to hot! Thank you Kurt he is for sure my mechanic to go to!

Kurt is a honest person. No BS. I trust my car to Kurt. These dealers up sell like crazy make you spend 1000s for nothing. Dishonest they are Kurt is A1. Let me tell you . No better is a better technician than these guys. A1!!!!

I've been going to Kurt for over 20 years! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Kurt is honest, friendly, reliable, fast, and knowledgeable! He loves working on cars, and keeps up to date. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! AWFUL SERVICE!!Took my car here for an alignment and they fixed my gasket instead. No alignment was done when I picked up my car. They made me pay for the changed gasket I didn't ask for. They ROBBED me... will never recommend this place to anyone. Owner did not help at all. He said "there's nothing I can do, we already did it" no apologies either!

This shop was so helpful, and honest. I needed some work done to my Minivan, and they were able to get me in quickly, and finish it in a timely manner! They did great work, the problem was solved, and they were very upfront about cost.
