The RUDEST people on the planet that buy and sell STOLEN cars! They re non existent on the Better Business Bureau website even as a unaccredited business! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Well, you know NOW sugar and yet you re an unwilling to work with me when I have offered to buy my own vehicle back bless your heart! You guys would rather scream at me and threaten me because that s really professional! You re not even on the Better Business Bureau website as a credited or unaccredited. I can see why! Also, I hope the man that you refused to do business with because he was wearing a skirt and lipstick sues the hell out of you for discrimination!

Rude customer service by a guy named Kevin. Came in to check out some parts for a truck and he told me he wanted cash since I offered to pay online money sending through our convo on the phone. Once I arrived he didn t even give me the chance to talk with him and Tell him that I got cash for him since that s what he wanted. Instead he walked away and declined me purchasing anything. Rude customer service wouldn t recommend, very unprofessional and gives a bad look for the company.

My vehicle broke down while I was at a job site and called for a tow, diagnostic, and repair for my truck as it wouldn't start and the transmission felt "sloppy." I gave this information to the secretary over the phone as well and it was diagnosed that a transmission shifter cable bushing was my issue and that I also had a leak in my rear passenger tire. I was constantly informed of what work was diagnosed and needed to be done and waited for my ok to proceed. Very open, very honest, 10 out of 10 would recommend.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

Brought my car in for an alignment, they had it done and put two really good used tires on for a very fair price and they had it done the same day. I had other issues with my car that they pointed out but did not try to upsale me what so ever. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Was visiting from Pittsburgh and got had flat tire on my camper. The staff was super friendly, took me right in, repaired the tire, switched out the spare and even put the spare back on the rack and covered it. Great price. I recommend to anyone in the Shellpoint, Beaufort or anywhere. Thank you for the great service.

Found ourselves out of town on vacation with some vibration in the tires when driving at interstate speeds. Had a couple of possible idea as to what the problem could be.Found Vertex by looking for highly rated companies near us. Called them before visiting and when I showed up they were friendly, up front about their queue, and accurate in their estimate on how long it would take to know what the issue was.We ended up needing new tires - had a busted belt in one and two that looked worse for wear. Ordered 4 tires, they arrived the next day, were balanced and installed as expected and without breaking the bank.Thanks for great service! Highly recommend.

Vertex has the most honesty and best workmanship of any car repair shop I've ever used.Especially as a woman (though somewhat car savvy), I'm always leery of auto shops trying to swindle me into paying for unnecessary repairs, but Vertex actually cares about providing a quality service to their customers for a reasonable price.They won't wow you with frills or flat screen TVs in the waiting area, but everyone from the front desk to the mechanics work like a well-oiled machine. They work hard to get you back on the road quickly-and keep you safe-all while protecting your pocketbook.Vertex is everything an auto repair shop should be: competent mechanics, quality service, and great prices. Can't recommend highly enough!!

I bought a car off a friend of mine. After having it for about 4 hours the front left ball joints and CV axle failed leaving me stranded on the side of the road. There speedy service has returned my car to me in 3 days. There customer care put me at ease and I know exactly who to call If I ever need work done to my car again.

Call ahead and scheduled to have my brake service at 2 PM was running late so I called to let them know and make sure that it was OK to still come in.Sat in there in the office with my two kids for 30 minutes to walk out to the shop and before I got to the tuck the tech was dropping the jacks. When I asked if he was all done he told me they don t have time to service my breaks that they were behind on other cars. I own a business and I if I don t have time to do something I tell the costumer. I also have seven trucks and they lost every single one of them I will never bring my truck to be serviced here again and I informed the tech that When I WAS LEAVING!

This auto shop has saved me so much money it's crazy. Your car gets inspected but they don't try to use fear or sales tactics to motivate you into spending your whole paycheck on unnecessary maintenance. I won't throw out names but Beaufort has several who will take you for an expensive ride (pun intended). Do yourself a favor and go to this group of honest mechanics. I highly recommend this shop for ladies (and men) unfamiliar with vehicles.

Hands down, excellent service. Kevin and staff are honest, professional, and extremely kind. Will be referring them to everyone i know! Do not waste your time shopping around for good auto care. Go see Vertex, they will get you taken care of properly and quickly. Thank you Vertex!

If you need your car serviced and serviced right the first time and would like to not be over charged look no further than Vertex s expert services. I have all my vehicles serviced here and I can always except that my car and bank account will be in proper order.

They have worked hard to fix a loss of power problem that I had with my Ford Freestyle when I broke down on Savannah Highway going above and beyond. I appreciate it more than they know! If you need something done to your vehicle definitely give them a call!

In a last ditch effort trying to patch my tire that was flat this morning when i went to check my car because my tire has been losing air a couple of day ago, but today was really flat. I called every place but was close due to hurricane Dorian and only vertex tires and brakes was there to patch my tire incase i have to leave. They did a good job and price was reasonable and honest. I never knew this place existed but i would go here in the future to give them my business and would recommend it to my familes friends.

Vertex does all my car maintenance. They are very honest and all work is completed promptly and on time. If you want an honest and capable experience go to Vertex. You want have to worry about being over charged or second class work.

Called them at 10:30 AM. Had a leaking tire. They said bring it in. Got there at 10:55. Tire fixed and reinstalled by 11:25. Outstanding service. Reasonably priced. I'm told they can fix most anything automotive.Highly recommend!

Vertex Tires and Brakes is hands down the best repair shop in Beaufort County. They are knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. You won't find better customer service or quality of work anywhere.

I called and talked to Ed, explained to him we were traveling and that I had a shimmy in the front end when I applied the brakes. Long story short great experience got us going. Reasonably priced too.

My company has a van that no one can seem to find information for to work on. I contacted Vertex and they were able to track down the makers of it and get the information they needed to properly repair it. A+ customer service at Vertex. Thank you!!

The best repair shop in beaufort. They guarantee their work and are great people. They will beat anyones prices. They even work on lawn equipment and are a Husqvarna dealer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !

Do not even deserve one star!! The women working at the office is probably the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever spoken to, not only to me but also to the towing company who came to pick my car up from them! This woman at vertex was so rude to the point that the first towing company REFUSED to go back and my insurance had to find a SECOND towing company to agree to go get my car! Such a DISQUSTING human being.
