I have purchased several vehicles over the past 40 years and this is by far the best dealership experience that I ve ever had! Brock the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable on the Honda products and extremely friendly . Jerry the financial manager was as equally professional and knowledgeable and friendly. He offered us all of the extras and even though we declined he was very exceptive of our decisions. I would definitely recommend this dealership.Andrew & Vanessa C.

Our experience buying a vehicle at Stokes Honda in Beaufort, SC was the best we've EVER had!!! I'd highly recommend seeing Tony! He wasn't pushy like many car salesmen are and was very thoughtful! He even called us a couple days later to see how the vehicle was working out for us and to see if we had any questions. No one has ever done that before from any place we've ever bought a vehicle! Dave in finance was great also and made the paperwork process easy! They're the BEST!!!

My experience was amazing Rob Williams is an awesome rep he took his time catered to all my needs and hands down a true man of his word. I love my new car and my experience with him was well worth it this guy has amazing customer service and he s going to go above and beyond to help you and make sure that you are satisfied my husband and I left with a new friendship Stokes Honda of Beaufort y all definitely have a gem on your hands. My husband and I purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot last night and had the best experience ever with our salesman Bert who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and our Finance guy Jerry. Bert and Jerry had impeccable customer service and I will definitely use them again for any future Honda purchases. I honestly felt like they wanted us to be happy with our deal and our vehicle. Jerry has been there for 30 years and that says a whole lot about this company. Bert, I can't thank you enough and I wish you and your wife all the blessings in the world.

I came in for a scheduled oil change at 2pm. Two hours pass and within that time frame, 2 other clients who came in after me left. I was checked in on once, with the claim that my car was next up to be serviced. 30 minutes go by and now it has officially been two hours , so I walk into the office to find out information on my car just to see it sitting in the parking lot having YET to be serviced. When I ask the Honda associate named Gregg, I am met with an attitude instead of an apology. I then get in my car and leave without getting it serviced and only when I am leaving do I get an apology. I might not know a lot about cars but I understand an oil change should not take over 2 hours. I am highly disappointed with the care and attention this facility has shown.

I like doing business with Stokes Honda. Decent and fair people especially Joe Smalls. I would have given them five stars on this deal if it wasn t for the awful way the truck was delivered to me. Whoever cleaned it put so much tire black on the wheels and tires it took me 2 hours to get the greasy mess off of the tires, wheels and wheel wells when I washed it. On the way home the day of delivery I had to stop at a convenience store and clean the inside of the windshield to get home. If the same person cleans yours you ll need to check behind him.

The service at this dealership very professional and the process was very quick with my car purchase. I especially enjoyed my salesman by the name of Bertis Gore. He was a pleasure to deal with and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and for that I'm grateful. I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone that wants to have a smooth and professional car buying experience.

Not even sure how to begin. A little over a week ago my family and I were headed to Disney from nc, roughly a nine hour drive. About five hours in, our car, a 2015 Honda pilot began shuddering and had very little acceleration. We called our local mechanic and he suggested getting to the nearest dealership. Stokes Honda was 20 minutes away and after calling and giving them a run down they said to bring it in so they could look at it for us. Mr. Gregg in the service department got right on it and they had us diagnosed within a very short time. The piston rings had gone bad and we needed to leave the car to have it repaired as it was not drivable at that point. We rented a car and made our way to Disney. Mr. Gregg stayed in contact with us the entire week and kept us posted on the needs of the car. We had to leave the pilot in SC past our vacation as it ended up needing a few extra days to have other issues addressed. I drove five hours this morning to pick up the car and it drove perfect. Mr. Gregg even helped in guiding us on how to make a claim for the warranty on the engine and powertrain. He also called me while I was driving home to make sure all was going well. Obviously the car was going to break down no matter where we were, I am just so grateful it happened where it did. I can t thank the service team enough for all they did for our family. Such a wonderful group and I hope our paths cross again!!

I will start off by saying. Im a first time car buyer(finance) and realize i shouldve been more diligent. This dealership sold me a 2017 Ford Expedition 91kmiles in late December less than 2 months later its in the Ford shop needing $8000 worth of repairs. With a defective check Engine light, two bad catalytic converters, rear shocks leaking. Timing cover gasket leaking. Some electrical issues. I brought it back to them for diagnosis when I noticed the issues and they basically turned me away at the door and told me to take my vehicle to ford. The nearest one willing to work on it being an hour away. The service history on this vehicle showed that stokes has been doing maintenance on this vehicle for years and has sold this vehicle before. But yet all the sudden It should be taken to Ford for service. The ac was making a clicking noise was told that it was a recall and turned out it was an actuator which is not recalled. At this point I regret using Stokes honda and will steer clear of them and I recommend that people who are looking to finance a car for the first time use someone else.

Bertis, at Stokes Honda of Beaufort is the most intelligent, amazing Salesman, I have ever had when buying a car. I have bought from Stokes for 30 years with my family being included. We will NEVER go to any other salesman but Bert. He is so kind, and really focuses on you, the customer. He will do everything to get you the car you want! He was a friend once we left that day, but is now considered to be one of our family members. We love you Bert!

Bert did a fantastic job finding me the car I wanted. He was a total pro and made the entire experience as easy as possible. We found the car, Bert went way out of his way to work with me to get the car I wanted, and then once the process of buying the car started, he made it so easy I was shocked. I made a recent purchase and am so happy I went to Stokes Honda. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, it was one of the most positive purchasing experiences I have been part of. Bert was genuine in helping me find the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle. The financing team was helpful in helping in finding the best option. Terry helped set my mind at ease when determining the best coverage. As a woman, it can be an intimidating when purchasing a vehicle but I can honestly say I was treated with the upmost respect! The General Manager was also genuine in his interaction. Thank you making me feel part of the Honda family!!

I have been to various other Stokes dealerships without much satisfaction. That is until I came to Stokes Honda North and was promptly greeted by Marcus. Marcus was very attentive to all of my questions and was one.the best I have ever dealt with. While many other dealerships are struggling to get new cars, Stokes Honda North has a HUGE selection, which is what drew me in. They had exactly the car I was looking for!!!

My Mother bought a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid from a the same exact dealership. She has been buying cars here for 20 YEARS!! The Sales Man seemed very nice at first once we bought the car from him. Once we bought the car we had to leave our previous car in the parking lot. When we returned to pick it up our cars battery was dead! We got out the car and tried to crank up the car a few times. We then spotted our sales man. He looked at us at least three times or more and didn t even bother to say Hi. Our jumper cables were not with us at the time. So, I (her son) went inside to look for the sales man for help. However the sales man told me the shop was closed and refused to help! This was extremely disappointing! I then went next store to Stokes Used Cars Center Beaufort, SC. They were very kind and helped right away. It took at least an 1hour and 30minutes but they got the job done. Thankfully to the Stokes Used Cars Center they got ushome safely with our previous car. The sales man was Anthony Pirozzi.

The team at Stokes Honda were fantastic, and did everything they could to provide me a great experience. The process of buying my vehicle was quick, and handled with total professionalism.Matt made certain that I had a vehicle at a great price. Juli took care of all my needs completing paperwork quickly, and treated me awesome while at the dealership. Jerry took care of my finance needs, and actually got me a much lower rate than I had planned for.I cannot think of another dealer that did so great a job of helping me purchase a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Stokes Honda of Beaufort, and the manager, salesperson, and finance person are awesome to work with.

Bought a 2019 Honda Fit in October 2022. In December 2023, I had to get all 4 tires replaced. The next day I went to drive my car and noticed a hub cap on my rear tire was completely gone. I went to Stokes Honda the next day and asked what they could do for me, as I just paid $600 for new tires and now I have a hub cap needing replaced. They asked me where I got my hubcaps from... like what do you mean? Those are the same hubcaps that came on the car when you sold it to me last year! They said the hubcaps were not Honda made and they would reach out to me later. They did NOT reach back to me. As far as I know, they didn't hold the mechanic responsible for failing to secure the hubcap after replacing the tire. I know the mechanic did not do something right, because these hubcaps were secure on my tires since October 2022 when I bought it and now after a tire replacement one of them is gone. I am disappointed that I was given no answer. I sure hope I don't have to pay for new hubcaps after an error someone else made.

They'll be super nice until you actually buy the car then thats over with. Don't let them handle any of your title and tag paperwork. Everything's cool and friendly until you sign that check then all of sudden nobody knows nothing about anything and there's nothing they can do. I'm sitting here racking up parking fees while these people figure out how to do their jobs. Maybe don't tell customers you can handle things that you turn around a couple weeks later and say you don't know anything about. Would have appreciated some honesty at how inept they would be at the task I entrusted them with. Such a hassle with the DMV trying to get the right paperwork from these people. Worst car buying experience.

February 2023. Pennsylvania resident. I broke down on I95 near Bluffton in my 13 Civic. I just bought the car the day prior in PA at a Honda dealership for fuel economy. Long story short, the dealer in PA did not do its job and caused me to breakdown. Roadside assistance had me towed to Stokes. I was towed in the later afternoon PM. As I arrived, they prepared already for my arrival and determined the issue immediately and determined fault at the PA dealer. My car was there for only 24 hours. They fixed the issues and did routine maintenance at my request. I picked up the next day (not even 24 hours) and was able to continue my travels. Thankful for the dealership and thankful for the service team for their 100% dedication. Since I am not from the area and just passing by on 95, I probably won't be back but it was the best experience that I had from a car dealership.

I just want to say how pleased I was with my experience with Bert. He went above and beyond what some sales person would have done. Bert was patient and caring and determining. He made sure I was able to leave with a vehicle even with a couple of road blocks. If you are in the market of purchasing a vehicle go see Bert, He will definitely take care of you.

I've been wanting a car for sooo long. So I decided today to come to this place, and as soon as I got out the car Roberto Greeted me and my grandma he was so nice and helpful and got me a good car for a good price with the help of Tati I recommend everyone to go there if you wanna buy your first car. Make sure you ask for Roberto or Tati I guarantee you won t be disappointed!!!
