Alan can be a little "gruff" when he's stressed out, but don't let that fool you. He and his team actually care about the outcome of your repair.We just had a slide repair done, and not only did Alan and his team keep us on schedule (we were in a hotel, since we live in our Cougar 5th wheel), but he also came in under budget for the estimate he gave us!Highly recommend them, much better than 9 months of repairs that we went through with Camping World, before they actually got the repairs right!If you need RV repairs don't hesitate, call LowCountry RV!

We are hosting at Hunting Island State Park. Friday, we had a lightning storm, and it messed up my air conditioning. We wasted time and money by trying to get a thermostat and fixing it ourselves. I called this morning, and the fellow I talked to did some trouble shooting, and was pretty sure that he diagnosed the issue on the phone. They came out today and had it fixed in less than an hour. They are reasonable, they came to us, and I am pleased with his work. I highly recommend them for their promptness, friendliness, knowledge, and price!

I recently contacted Lowcountry RV Repair for an issue and they told me over the phone that I was out of their service area. I'm located in Yemassee a mere 25 minute drive from them. I go to Beaufort for groceries and the such but it's too far for someone to drive to help another human in need with an RV issue. We had no A/C for a week and were finally able to find someone that was an hour and 10 minutes away that was willing to help. Do not recommend, check out American Freedom Mobile RV Services instead.

We have been going here for 10 years and would not go anywhere elseWe have recently moved and were having some issues and came back to see him. Wonderful service and great response and repair time.
