I had a marvelous job done by their guys today. I have a 30ft class C RV, and am surprised how many tire companies (Mr tire, for one) just won't work on it, even installing tires. This company-in my view- has the right attitude and men working on the job. There was NO oversell, and the three Firestone tires I got were 35.00 less than another competitor. A mechanic named Charles did the balancing, replacement and rotation just as it should be. I talked extensively with the owner of this family run business, and I love their service ethics. I am quite happy with the service and the tires. I can heartily recommend them if you want a good job at a fair price. I give them a full two thumbs up.

I would give a ZERO STAR IF I COULD!! Came in on 10/14 to help out an elderly friend because her tires were leaking air so bad. The guy doing the work was mad about having to do it because he was supposed to be getting off at 12pm mind you we got there at 11:15am. I watched as a few other customers came in and go out and Dave was rude!! I am very disappointed with the level of Customer Service from this place. Then to fix 2 leaks they charged $59.00. What a joke! I m sure part of that fee was charged as an inconvenience fee because they wanted to go home!!! Do better small business owner!!!

We are a local regional interstate and International moving company, that's stuck in a bind with the blown tire, and Bernard came to the rescue. We deal with mechanics entire people all over the country and theyre absolutely the best!!! They dispatched for the repair within 10 minutes.

I don't know if this shop is just lazy or stupid or both. They definitely don't pay attention to detail. I told David the code to get into the vehicle where I placed the key THREE times. Upon arrival all he repeated was we are closed. Car unfixed. All he had to do was own up to the mistake and do the fifteen minute tire fix. He did not write down the 5 digits as I asked. Then did zero extra work to make things right. He is clearly a simple clock watcher. He left me stranded

The service man came to our campsite on Hunting Island to replace a camper tire with my spare. He was quick and very courteous. He found and fixed the problem with my tire without having to use my spare. Unfortunately he left before we could thank him. Very good service. THANK YOU.

I had to get a new back tire and a friend of my sister told her about this place so I decided to check it out, I bought a new tire and was treated good and I paided 121.00 for the tire and getting it balanced. I would definitely recommend this place.

The employees are extremely slow and seem to like finding places to hide and sit. What should have taken no more than 30min took over an hour and a half because of the procrastinatin. Along with they left the caps to my tires on the bumper which I almost lost them do to their negligence, and a lug nut on my drivers tire wasn't secured. For the price they charge I feel I should have received much better service.

Great customer service! Had an issue with a tire 4 months later and the owners took care of the problem asap even know it was not covered under warranty. I've a loo ways had great service with this family run business! Highly recommend!

The good people at Barnard s hooked us up with a new camper tire for a reasonable price. I knew we were in good hands when one of the owners met us in the parking lot and asked how he could help us. As I explained about the blowout we had the previous evening, he took one look and rattled off the size of the tire before I could even pull it out of the truck.

I wouldn't recommend anyone here. They sold me a used tire that wasn't any good at all, told me I got what I paid for, refuse to give me a refund, and tried to charge me damn near $150 for a new one. I'm very disappointed in the service I received.

Barnard is the best! They re quick and have great prices, but best of all, they re honest. I never feel pressured or feel like they re trying to overcharge. I recommend Barnard to anyone looking for tires.

Buyer beware, when I asked for one used tire they only had a new one so I jumped on the phone to start calling around, 10 minutes later they magically had a used one. Nice team and a good final price, just be sure to be firm on what you want because they have a huge selection.

Only heavy wheel mechs in the area, took care of me and my old backhoe front wheel/tire, worked their magic and got me back to work in about 45min! And it mean a nasty, 40yo rusted out wheel and rough tire, somehow slipped a tube in it. Awesome!- Retired Marine using Barnards since '88.

Best Tire place in Beaufort!! I have lived in Beaufort for 40 years, have been in the Automotive business for 38 years. I also have, had most if not all the tire places do some kind of work for me. Hands down Barnard is the best. Thank you for your wonderful work and honesty.

Felt the staff was more interested in making a sale than answering our questions. Needed to get a tire repaired and they weren't interested in that. Which is typical of what I have always experienced in years past with them.

Couldn't give 0 stars. I have gotten tires from them before. But recently bought a tire that was bad that blew causing damage to my vehicle. They replaced the tire but when I asked about them fixing the damage I was simply told they wouldn't repair or pay for the damage to be repaired. My only option is small claims court to have the repairs paid for. They guys response to why the tire blew the way it did is it had probably become dry rotted from sitting under other tires on the ground. But wouldn't they have know that before putting it on. I will never return cause a tire blowing the way it did when going down the highway could have been worst than it was. I have advised my family never to get services from them and I never will again.

Quick, cheap and consistent....I only go here when I occasionally get a nail in my tires, friendly team, and quick and cheaper than any place else in town....so cheap that I always tip the guys who fix my tires....dont let the exterior of the place fool you

I had a truck tire blow out in my travels he was the only one that had tire an then made me a better deal on a set of 4 that I needed anyways. Very prompt an took care of me right away. Thank again very much guys.
