I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle and was not looking forward to having to deal with the stress of working with most dealerships. The pressure...the haggling...its never good. I looked up reviews from several places and saw that Autoxpress of Beaufort had very positive reviews. I decided to give them a try. From the moment I stepped on the lot...I could tell this experience was going to be very different. Not only did they have the perfect vehicle for me...the service I received was phenomenal. No pressure at all. I was asked what my budget was and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. The sales team then suggested several vehicles that fit my needs. I literally walked out with the keys to my perfect vehicle in under 2 hours. These guys know their job and look out for their customers. I had THE best experience with them and I would recommend Autoxpress to anyone looking for their perfect ride.

Stay far away from this scam artist typicalcar salesman sheister. Over $20k and not one issue fixed as promised we drove off the lot and immediately back with the car and they lied!!! Fixed nothing they promised to, said they d fix it then said they d refund .sold our trade in car before the deal was done with this issue then retracted the offer to swap out for another vehicle. We spent $1300 extra in repairs they said they d reimburse us for and saw none of it. At the moment the car is still over heating and smells like burning under the hood and dealer owner claims we are past the point of a refund even though he had the car for weeks. Owner Layne said mechanic had it to fix but meanwhile it was parked in front of his lot office. They also lied that a warranty was offered! We were told there are none when we asked. BUYER BEWARE go elsewhere. We are good hardworking people who don t deserve this. He knows lawyers can t be bothered with these cases and is getting away with it. Will be reporting to BBB.

I m one satisfied customer. The sellers did everything they could to let me leave riding in one of the vehicles. No hassels, no stress, and no worries. Great customer service I ll recommend anyone to shop with them.

Love locally owned family business.We Headed back this week to buy a car from them and they were extremely professional and responsive to our needs and concerns. They were priced well and worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied. I wouldn t recommend ANYONE purchase a car from this dealership. Terrible customer service skills and very untrustworthy. They re plenty of great dealerships in Beaufort SC but please STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!! Check car gurus reviews to confirm and you will see!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle with this company and they were awesome!!!! Rob showed me the vehicle I wanted. He didn t try to up sale me. He didn t pressure me. He didn t make me wait. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I told him I wanted to look at other dealerships before purchasing and he understood and respected my decision. Other dealerships showed me cars out of budget and tried to keep there as long as possible. I came back to Auto Express because they had what I wanted and worked with me on the price. This was the best experience because of their great team! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Thanks Auto Express!!!!

I haven t purchased a car from here but I see A lot of great reviews I will Be looking to get a vehicle soon hopefully it ll be from here. I do However have one question do they go by credit or income because I see a car I really Want but my credit sucks but I m trying to get it on track hopefully everything will work out for me

Great guys, very nice car looked great. Only issue I has was about the headlights and moisture in them, was told it was just South Carolina and the weather. But, it s from the seal on the lights being wore out.

It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. AutoXpress is truly trying to help their customers. They are fast & efficient and so very friendly. I felt like I was dealing with family. I would recommend them to anyone even if you have not so great credit they make it happen and are affordable. I went to a Nissan dealership looking at a car same age same mileage and they had my payment at twice the amount. They are great go and see for yourself.

I absolutely ENJOYED working with Darryl Smalls! The whole team made me feel welcomed and didn t pressure me into anything I wasn t comfortable with! They will work with you as best as they can, just be upfront and honest with them. I have POOR credit with 2 repos on my report and they were still able to work with me with a short term loan ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 Marcus was a big help as well! He was transparent, and honest about the issues with the vehicle and did everything he could to get me in it!

While I didn't purchase a vehicle here, Layne was very helpful in answering questions and providing pictures of a specific vehicle I had been looking for. I live in NJ, and this dealership had the car I was looking for with really low mileage. Layne provided all the info I asked. I highly recommend this business, as friendly service sometimes can be the difference between a sale or no sale and this business knows this!

I went into Autoxpress to purchase my first vehicle, and they made it so easy. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone there has great customer service and you can tell they enjoy being there and helping out as much as they can. Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!
