We called and asked if they had what we needed before we drove 30 mins to get there. When we got there they tried giving us a 42in belt for our mower. We told them we needed one that was 103 inches. They totally disregarded what we said and told us that they needed the belt to measure it. We stated we knew the exact measurements. They all looked at us like we were idiots. They wouldn t even attempt to try and look to see if they had what we needed. One of the guys went up to the guy that was checking us out and started bad mouthing us as we are literally standing there. We will never be back. Honestly I don t think they have even turned a wrench before in their lives!

Go my parts super quickly as well as getting an exchange for a part I didn t need. Amazing Service!

I had a very good experience in Advance Auto Parts today. I needed a set of wiper blades and John was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He helped me select the blades I needed in my price range. After that, he even installed them for me. Excellent customer service!

They do a great job making sure I'm getting exactly what I need to do a proper job repairing my vehicle! Courteous all the time! Always a great place to get in and out of quickly!

Never shopping here again! Apparently a return policy that starts with any item purchased within 45 days can be returned doe not mean that! Apparently you can't return a battery that is half a day old and still in original packaging and everything! Call customer services.. rude as ****! I bet Walmart would have ruturetu it no problem! Way to go Advanced great customer service!

They are going to have to do better with their prices way to high rock auto is a lot cheaper
