This was my first time and I will be bringing all my cars . I had purchased a Ferrari out of state , and the short version is I was up against the wall of getting the car inspected quickly due to how long it took to get my plates from the dealer . There are very few places I would take this car and after looking at ratings and speaking with Mike there is no question this is my new garage. Not only did he understand the urgency but got my car back to me ahead of schedule. Garage is clean and clearly quality. Thanks again Mike

After dealing with unprofessional and flippant service managers and outrageously expensive repairs at Mini of Warwick, IMG is my go to place. Had a great first visit with these guys. They were able to take me in on short notice for a tire repair, no problem. The guys at the shop were all very helpful and friendly. What a great place to do business with. Bobby, Lenny, Carl, and Maria are so professional yet down to earth and helpful. The prices and turnaround on repair for my car were on point. They treated me like family and my car was only tied up for one day. I will definitely be back!

This was our first visit and awesome job guys! The hood open warning was intermittently coming on without reason which also sets off the alarm (not fun at 1-4am). IMG took the Evoque in the next day and had it repaired within 5 hours. This will now be our "go to" service center for both of our vehicles.

As it turns out, IMG put an old catalytic converter in my 01 Volvo V70 and charged me $ 1500.00 and sent me on my way. My recommendation is do not let these grease monkeys touch your foreign made car. The got me for alot of $$$ before the final event

Outstanding Experience- After my electric Jaguar was at the Jaguar dealership for 89 days and still not fixed, I had it towed to IMG. Carl and his service technician had it fixed in two days for significantly less than what the dealership would have charged. Their personable employees were consice in their analysis and presented a clear solution. They prefer to use OEM which cost more but allows them to repair with confidence. They also were proactive in changing the serpentine belt as it was worn. Clear communication and prompt service was truly appreciated. It is a pleasure dealing with such a knowledgeable, attentive ,friendly service department.The entire staff goes above and beyond for each and every customer. I have been a customer for over 6 years and completely satisfied and one of the best decision I have made having my vehicle serviced here.The owner Lenny is a great guy and can't do enough to make it a wonderful experience .Service Advisor Peter is terrific goes out of his way to make sure your 100 % satisfied with the service.I know my vehicle is in great hands with International Motor Group Service Department!!!!!!

The convertible top on my 2007 Audi A4 ceased working. Brought it to the dealer for repair. $2200 later the top worked but only manually. They said I needed a new pump and motor. Quoted @ $3300.00. Went on line, bought a warranted used part for $200. Carl & Bobby Judge were great, part installed for way less than the dealer quote. My top now operates as it should. Great service, professional and friendly from the first phone call to the time I picked up my car. Will be returning to IMG for all my service and repairs from now on. Had a great repair experience. They provided an accurate up front quote and provided clear and effective communication. Very polite and professional. When some parts were unexpected delayed they communicated the matter quickly and provided a loaner car. I brought my new (to me) 2016 Land Rover LR4 for clogged sunroof drains. The technician solved my issue with no fuss and did a very thorough evaluation of the condition of the car. What made the visit exceptional was the communication and attention from Pete the service manager. Incredibly polite and considerate, he made sure that all our needs were met and was easy to work with. Great 1st impression.

Great experience! Such a professional and knowledgeable company! Pete helped me from start to finish with work that needed to be done on my Range Rover. It is a definite plus that they also provide a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced. Your foreign car will be in good hands here. Much better experience than the dealership! The team at International Motor Group (IMG) is one of the most professional and comprehensive teams I have met. Bobby handles the desk very well and tries to make sure all of your needs are met. One of the best parts of IMG is they treat you like family and stick to their word when they try to help service your vehicle. I believe they cover any repair that they have done for 36,000 miles. I have an all German 2006 Mercedes-Benz C280 with 560,000 miles and they have kept the car in pristine shape. Whenever I ve gone to get work done they always offer me a rental to use to still be able to get to work and do my daily routines. Sometimes they charge for the rental but when your getting the repairs done by them they have given it for free here and there depending on certain factors.When I had problems with my engine they changed my CAM magnets and when they realized it was causing my check engine light to turn on because the part was an american brand they redid the job free no questions asked and imported the part for me. When I visited the shop I left my sports bottle there and they called me and made sure it was returned to me on my next visit to the shop.They tend to remember you by name and the car you own as if it was your partner. I think that shows really how much they treat your car since they know how much it means for someone to have a comfortable and nice ride if they enjoy driving or spend a ton of time in their car.I would greatly recommend anyone to IMG if you want professionals to work in your car especially if you have a European car because their mechanics have a ton of experience with all types of car and especially high end Euro cars. Every time I leave my car with them, I always get it back in better shape and it feels incredible on the road. Thank you IMG for all your hard work!

Bob Judge and his team gave my car its life back! As soon as I called them asking if they work on Volkswagons (I have a 2012 EOS) Bobby was reassuring and confident they could help me. Otherwise, I was going to be in the dreaded search for a new used car. It turns out International was able to repair my car for half the price a Volkswagon dealer quoted me, and International gave me a 3 year/36,000 miles warranty on their work!I highly recommend International Motors Service and Bob Judge and team!Thanks, again!

FYI- welcome to share Don t bring your car to International Motor Group!!!!Brought my car to International Motor Group. They charged me $600 after telling me the total price would be $300.They wouldn t give my car back until paying the $600.When I got my car back in my driveway, it wouldn t start it was permanently locked in neutral and had a dead battery. This was not the condition I left my car in with them. I was told the charges were for putting my car back together after they disassembled it to do diagnostics.I tried multiple times to work with the managers -Bobby and Carl- who were less than helpful in trying to resolve this issue. Carl even stated that he forgot to tell me about the extra charge. When I asked to speak with the owner or someone above them, I was told I couldn t. I was told by Bobby that Carl is exceptional at his job and he never makes any mistakes, asserting I was wrong before even looking into the matter. He was incredibly condescending and defensive when I mentioned there was someone else observing this conversation since I felt I was being taken advantage of. He raised his voice and stated he did not need a third party present to our conversation and he would immediately review the tapes of our conversations (to prove I was wrong) and contact me with the outcome.This was almost a week ago. Because I hadn t heard from anyone, I called today for an update. I was defensively told by Bobby that they believed that I agreed to the charges. He stated that he thought it was very clear from the recordings that I was told of the charges that Carl already admitted to forgetting to tell me about.Since I did not recall or feel this was accurate information, I asked to hear the recordings. I was told absolutely not- we all listened to it and that s personal information of the company .Very disappointing. They clearly don t value their business or reputation and take advantage of their customers.Don t bring your business here.

I own two foreign cars a Jaguar and Range Rover and I'm always concerned about bringing my cars in for service and repairs. Most repair shops have issues working on these types of vehicles and it ends up costing more than it should. Bobby Judge and the team at International Motor group put my concerns at ease. Had never done business with IMG previously though they I knew their reputation. When I needed brake work done on my Land Rover, I thought this would be a good time to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Pete is the consummate professional in every sense. These guys are very buttoned up. Outstanding in every way. Highly recommend.
