This was just the best service ever. Service at Flood Ford is always great but today it was exceptional. I had a family health situation and Matt was able to have my car picked up at my condo and delivered back. I was then able to stay home and care for my husband who could not be left on his own. Matt was great and called me with all the details about my car. But what was so special was the kindness that I was treated with. It was wonderful. Matt is the best! Thanks so much for everything.Deb

A new Transit Van costs so much more than I paid several years ago so I make sure only Flood Ford services my vehicle to protect this asset. I have just over 100,000 miles and it still runs like new. Fast efficient service dept makes things easy and I trust their advice when there is a problem.

Extremely pleased. Contacted Quick Lane EG after looking at other tire/auto shops. I called the day before and they had the tires I wanted at or close to the competitors prices. I got in early at 7 am and had my 4 tires replaced. I also had a rear axle brake job, including the pads and rotors, for my 2017 Ford Fusion. This had been recommended previously at a local quick lube franchise, but wanted a better shop to do that work after receiving a second opinion. So far, everything feels good with the car.

Took my daughter s vehicle in for an inspection. Service was great and they were able to get me in and out in around 45 minutes.Performed brake service as well and diagnosed an issue with the steering system that will be performed when parts become available.Communication was excellent and they explained everything in a clear way.Personnel were friendly and will definitely go back.Need to show up early as this is a very busy place and spots fill up fast

Dealers have come a long way in recent years as far as customer service, and reliability. Service was on time and everything was addressed in a timely manner (Air bag recall, ABS recall, and inspection). Car was originally purchased from Flood Ford, and have had no issues with there parts or service department.

The friendliest dealership in Rhode Island, very professional very clean. You can literally eat off the ground. This place has always invested in their customers as I have been one for over 20 years now and all I ve seen over the years is a constant improvement in quality of service from my view, the owner is obviously, not all about just money as I can see most of it gets reinvested right back into the dealership and that is a very rare thing nowadays!

Brought my car in for a recall. Service was amazing! The work took much less time than anticipated and my car was vacuumed and washed for me. The service manager was top shelf!! Extremely polite and attentive when answering my questions. He made sure my car was well taken care of and took the time to show me to the waiting area ensuring I knew there was coffee. Mr Lacey s customer service skills are certainly hard to come bye these days! Would highly recommend Flood Ford for any service needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great experience here for a recall service. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. They took me in well before my appointment. John was friendly and easy to work with. I couldn't have been happier.

Quick lane is fantastic. Lisa is amazing. Keeps her word, follows up. Does great work.Sales marks up their vehicles like the criminals they are.Service is a revolving door of employees. They don t keep their promises and don t follow-up well. I brought in my Explorer two years ago for a complaint that is now a recall, and they told me they get parts sporadically and the ones received have already been promised to others. They originally had my vehicle for 6weeks after I fought for weeks to get a loaner (which was initially tiny). Also, my air conditioner was leaking, had been every year since purchase. Never diagnosed properly. When it was, they wanted nearly $1000 before releasing my car though Ford was supposed to cover it. Rather than advocating for the customer, they forced me to pay and then fight with Ford myself and I had to call multiple days in a row to get the reimbursement check that was promised.I am going out of my way to avoid this place at all costs. A place that can t keep employees like this place doesn t says a lot, too. Lisa in quick lane gets these stars, otherwise avoid at all costs.

Brought my F350 there earlier this week to have the oil change and use the coupon to have additional services provided. Also had a front headlight out they replaced it I was in and out within two hours. It s strictly on a first comes first serve basis I should suggest getting there promptly at seven when they open they ran out.

Absolutely recommend their service department! Austin, Matt and the rest of the team are Amazing and always take care of their customers. They are professional courteous and efficient. The whole staff is...has been since we bought our Edge there in 2017.I also recommend their Quick Lane service center across from the dealership. Service department was great ! I had a check engine light and Paul from the service department got me a beautiful loaner car and had my own car back to me the next day! Thanks to the whole Flood Ford team

Service advisors always stay in touch while the vehicle is undergoing repairs. The final cost is in line with the quote given to do the repair. Flood stands apart from their competitors with attention to detail and setting expectations

Moved here from SC and I ve dealt with the Service manager named Paul and I couldn t be happier. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I ve recommended them to every one I ve come across and they re the only place I ll take my truck (did not purchase truck from them either)

I am extremely disappointed in Flood's service. I wanted to bring my car in for some major service (check engine light). I had to wait a month for my appointment. I dropped my car off and did not hear anything for a week. I called to check on the car and learned that they had not even brought it into the garage. It was still in the parking lot where I left it. I was very upset that I had waited such a long time for my appointment and they couldn't even look at my car for a whole week. I ended up just getting my car back because I didn't want to waste another week without a car. Service kept telling me they had "a lot going on" in the garage. If they can't handle their workload, they should not be booking new appointments. I will never take my car back here.

Had to wait a long time for service at Quick Lane but they were quite busy and once in, their work got done in a reasonable timeframe and I was on my way so all in all, no problems

The people working there are great and very helpful, but I m not happy with the wait time to get my transmission fixed. I can t get in for more than two months. My truck is getting dangerous to drive. It won t shift into gear sometimes and I am afraid of getting rear ended. I need my truck to be fixed

After checking all the local tire shops, I tried my luck with the dealership. Not only were the tires I needed, in stock, but the service advisor did some digging and managed to get me a price roughly 15-30% lower than the tire facilities I had contacted.Very happy with this service.Service: Tires

Very friendly advisor, expeditious with closing out the pay process. I'm inclined to return for future work needs. Past experiences soured me to the point of no longer dealing with Flood Ford. My last experience with the E.Greenwich dealership was rather strange hopefully I am not an omen to Flood Ford due to two people losing their jobs and an unusual diagnosis.Thank you for following up and for this questionare. 1st class all the way. I d never trust another service site. Austin is perhaps the finest, most trustworthy professional I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
