Chose to get my windshield replaced through South Coast Auto Glass; what a great decision! Service was fast, convenient, and competitively priced. They will drive to you and install replacement glass. The best part of all is the personal, professional, caring work done by Manuel. The kind of work that is only found in local small business. If you need any glasswork done I highly recommend this business.

South Coast Auto Glass is phenomenal all around. Communicating and scheduling with Lori couldn t have been easier. She had answers to all of my questions and coupled that with lightning fast responses to emails. When Manny came out to replace my windshield, he was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, explained everything in detail, and checked in with me on a couple of different occasions to see if I had any questions. I recently had a very small chip in my windshield in my 2022 Subaru outback. I was trying to avoid it spreading causing the whole windshield to crack. I called South Coast Glass and they came to my home to repair it. Manny was professional and explained everything to me as what needed to repair it. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. Total package! Great Service, Top Quality work, and Great rates! In this day an age it's rare to find Honest, Hardworking Professional people. I will definitely use South Coast Auto Glass again and recommend to anyone asking for glass repair! The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment was very sweet, helpful and accommodating. The repair man, Manny, showed up sooner than expected, was very polite and friendly, explained the process as well as other useful information, and took excellent care to leave the car clean and exactly as I had instructed. I feel like the customer actually is number one with these folks!

I have used South Coast three times and they remain the best. They charge significantly less than the company recommended by the insurance company and stand by their work. I had a small blemish in one of the installs and they promised to provide a discount to compensate for it on the next install, figuring it wouldn't be too long given I had two teenage drivers. Well, it took nearly five years before I needed another windshield. They remembered their promise and kept it. Unbelievably helpful and and honest. I will go to no one else.

First off, call SCAG first!! Most of the other "glass shops" that show up on google or apple maps are fake. They don't exist. They are just fronts for brokers. So if you call one and they say enter your zip code and they will find you a glass company, hang up.So on to SCAG, great company, amazing service. They answer the phone, quote in minutes, setup a time to do the job, cheaper than the national chains if you need to pay out of pocket and they take care of all the paperwork if you have insurance.They show up on time, do the job, clean up the broken glass, better than new. Courteous, friendly staff, can't recommend highly enough.Thanks for making what was a stressful event into a non-event.Service: Auto rear window replacement
