These guys are great!! I drove my son an hour away to just look at tesla cars with no intention of buying. The staff could have let me be since i was not buying but they did the opposite. They were beyond friendly and helpful with showing my son whatever he wanted and gave him a parting gift before leaving. Truly a great staff and I will send any clients their way who are looking to buy a new car!

Brand new 2024 Model Y with 1,173 miles had 7 alerts come up at once. Needed to find a safe parking space. Could not get vehicle to go into P. It was shifting between P and N on its own. I could not leave vehicle because I needed to keep my foot on the brake or it would roll. Waited an hour for Tesla roadside. When they arrived back wheels were locked and front were not. Due to electronic failure the vehicle would not engage tow mode. Roadside confirmed that tow company would have special equipment to properly tow as Tesla states you cannot drag the car. Tow company and local dealership service manager both said the only way was to drag onto the flatbed. Tow company had to shake the car off at the dealership. Google it. Kind of a violent way to remove from flatbed. Service manager, roadside supervisor both acknowledged this was done as I shared the videos. I am concerned about the longevity of my vehicle with the breakdown and tow. Service had it for a week. No explanation on what happened even though the service manager promised to share. My only contact was a message in the app saying it was ready for remote pickup. Service tells me to call roadside, but roadside tells me to call service. Obvious stonewall tactic as they do not take responsibility for anything. This was at Tesla Pittsburgh-Presto in Bridgeville, PA. I understand that a Model Y is a good vehicle. However, you are taking a risk if you use this location. Worst customer service experience that I have encountered. I will be happy to share videos as a warning.

Only reason I gave it a 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option.This is for the service department . Poor communication, lack courtesy for other peoples time, and repairs are spotty at best.To top it off they are dishonest so be careful what you are paying for and review your invoice carefully.The appointment times on the Tesla App mean nothing to them and good luck getting your car back on time.Now I know why my friends in the Youngstown area drive to Bridgeville and Akron. They warned me but I didn't listen. Now that the Wexford location is strictly a service center and can no longer deliver new vehicles, Tesla should just shut this location down.

Nice place to get a tesla serviced if needed. They have a full free coffee station and allow you to take vehicle for a drive while you wait.

Convenient location and friendly staff. I went there for service and found it was very efficient. All steps of your service appointment are noted in the Tesla app, so there is no question or concern. You also know exactly how much it is going to cost before you go in.Nice lounge to relax in with coffee and water provided. Easy to get to and convenient location.New process makes it much easier during the service process.

I purchased a new 2020 Model S performance with self driving in 2020 from Tesla in Wexford. I have always had it serviced the Wexford location. The day it ran out of warranty and I started paying for service on my own the service drastically changed. No more loner vehicle which I can deal with. However I was scheduled to bring the vehicle in on Wednesday morning in the vehicle wasn t even looked at that day when I questioned them. They said the car was not looked at and the soonest it would be done was Friday at 5:30. Absolutely Zero respect for my time or the fact that it is costing me $100 a day for a rental. I love my car but the lack of quality Service is completely disgraceful to its consumers. I will most likely go back to the previous manufacturer that I once bought from. When you text someone in service and you can only text service using the Tesla app, Act, though they don t care.Horrible customer service

I'll be coming back to buy my Model X at some point. Very techy; open floor plan. Extremely clean.The vehicles sell themselves. They also offer a kids Tesla for only $500. WHAT!? My newborn is getting one of these.Update: I have had my Model X for 6 months as of the update. Beyond incredible. The only way I can describe driving a Tesla is that it must feel like what driving the first automobiles felt like back when most people were still using horses and carriages.It's an entirely different experience than ICE cars.Update: had my Model X for almost 3 years. Paid for infotainment upgrade and it's on par with the brand new vehicles coming off the line. Incredible. You won't go back to any car after owning a Tesla.

I bought a CPO car and they delivered it to Wexford not cleaned and missing molding. The Wexford location jumped through hoops and had it detailed and fix within a half of a day. I could not believe it and they was busy. I also had a fuse blow and needed to ask which fuse I need to replace.. they took my car in and did it for me...even inspected the car to make sure everything was 100% this is why I will always buy and recommend Tesla. Can not say enough about the service.

I have not leased a car yet. However after I came here I must admit that I was totally impressed. After test driving so many cars in Pittsburgh area including Maserati, Mercedes, Range Rover, BMW, Lexus, Audi, The winner by far was Tesla. It's not only the car performance that impressed me the most but the courtesy of the people and the service here. They offered me to take the car for one whole day to try it. However the only reason I didn't use them is I live in a small apartment for now and charging the car Will be an issue. However I will get a Tesla in a year when I buy a house. Tesla is like your cell phone you have to charge it every night. It takes about three hours to charge full and it can drive up to 250 miles until it needs to charge again.

Absolutely the worst service I ever had. Brand new car has been out there 4 times for repair due to poor service techs damaging car. Bumper has been replaced twice and now needs repainted because it don t match. Quarter panel has 5 dents from them prying bumper off. Tech tried to cover it up with touch up paint. Never told me. Wet sanded through hood and now needs repainted. They scheduled a repair to fix all body work a month in advance and then called me 15 before my appt to tell me they had no rental or loaner for me. It is an hour drive for me. Had to turn around and go home now needs rescheduled. Now I m going to have a brand new car that s been repainted and body work done to it. I wish I could return this car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR TESLA IN GENERAL. THESE CARS ARE BUILT SO CHEAP AND PUT TOGETHER TERRIBLE. CHEAP PAINT, PANEL GAPS, SQUEAKS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worked with David the whole time. He was really patient and gave me all the details I needed before buying. When I had come to pick up the car, I forgot my title for the trade in and he was really accommodating and told me to come back first thing the next day (since they were closing at the time) and he would get things through for me quickly. I came back the next day and he did exactly that! Great customer service!

Great car experience. Not pushy at all and able to explore options at our leisure. Haven't purchased yet so it was nice to go, test drive, chat without feeling pressured to buy. Tesla is super high on list to purchase

It s next to impossible to have a discussion with any member of the service team. Every aspect of service must be done through the app. If you can t find it on the app then you are screwed.

The worst car dealership experience ever. We came there at 5pm (knowing that the place closes at 7pm) to check out a car. There was no one at the front to greet us so we went to the showroom to check the car. There was one sales person that was getting ready to leave. He didn t even say hi to us. We asked him if we can talk to him about purchasing a car and he said I am done for the day and there is nobody here because you need to schedule an appointment . I went to their website and there was an opened appointment for 5:30pm for me to book, however, he said that he has to leave, turned his back and left without saying anything We ended up talking to someone else, however the whole buying car mood was ruined

Good car buying experience. Somewhat confusing to keep track of all the advisers and specialists. Robbie in service is the man - he really tries to make the best of your service experience. I hope you don't need a loaner car, but if you do pray you aren't blessed with the brown one. 5 Star store if they invest in loaner situation...

I regret I bought Tesla. The service at Wexford, PA was horrible. I should say it was almost abusive. The staff were rude, held my car in hostage without telling me when I can pick it up. At first they wanted to cancel my service right at the shop, because I didn't know they were sending me messages to Tesla app that I suppose to respond to. There is no way to know unless you go through several steps to get to the messaging part of the app. Nevertheless, my appointment was confirmed by e-mail and a phone call. They never return phone calls too. I was told to stay and wait outside in cold, while they had a lounge available. I saw people at the lounge. They DID NOT fix my car. The guy at the shop swore at me, cursed and insulted me because I demanded the approximate time for my repairs. I was outside for 2 hours waiting. I used to have BMW for 18 years and had never had bad treatment. I am so traumatized by this incident that I don't want this car anymore. My car still has rattling noise and moisture inside the turn signals glass. I have heard people complained about Wexford service, but didn't know how bad it could be until I came for the service myself.

Don't let some of the poor service reviews deter you from this service center. I brought my Model 3 in for an appointment about a couple error codes I was getting. They remote diagnosed it and said that it needed a PCS (power conversion system) which would not be under warranty for me since I have over 50k miles. However, after performing an isolation test they determined that the rear drive unit was at fault. Due to their thorough checks they not only saved me money since my drive unit was covered under warranty, but also instilled trust that they aren't just throwing parts at the cars in order to try and fix them because their remote diagnostic team said so. The service manager there (Tom I think) was great and kept me informed the entire time. It took a day for them to find the issue and less than a week before I was back in my car with no errors. I should also mention that I wasn't without a car either, they provided a loaner Model 3 in the meantime. Very pleasant experience and I will always be coming back to this particular location!

Had a 10:45 am appointment and was told it would be fine in two hours. It s 1:00 pm and they haven t even started on it. What s the point in having an appointment if you are going to completely disregard it? On top of it all, they never put the vehicle on charge while it sat over two hours and then had to wait for it to charge after the repairs were done. Ridiculous!

Poor service and poor customer interactions. Just had my car serviced because the cabin air filter was two years old and needed replacing. The mobile app told me that the car would be ready for pickup at 1pm yesterday. Drove 1 hour to pick it up and the service department told me that I shouldn t have driven there until I received a message (which I m okay with, my bad). Dealer then messages me that I need 2 new tires. I give them the green light to replace them but then notice on the invoice that they replaced my all-season tires with summer tires (at the end of summer in Pittsburgh, PA). I call the dealer back this morning and they informed me that they do not carry all-season tires in stock and that if I want all-season tires I should purchase them separately with rims from Tesla. I cannot adequately state how disappointed I am in this dealership and it s service department. This is a $60,000+ Model 3 Performance and what they fail to tell you in the buying process is that the 20 rims have almost zero options for all-season tires. Then when you need your car serviced they don t mention they do not have direct replacements doe the equipment you have on your vehicle and instead replace them with illogical equipment (summer tires for winter). 100% will not go back here for service and 100% will not spend another dime at this dealership. How can a service department think it wise to replace with summer tires when that was not was on the vehicle? We own a Toyota Highlander (nearly the same cost) and Spitzer is light years ahead in their service department and customer satisfaction.

Their service is terrible, you can never get in touch with them, and they blatantly lied to me.I had my car towed in on Friday for a flat. They called me Saturday saying they could not get the tires and asked me to order them on Tire Rack. I ordered them and let them know they would be in on Tuesday. They followed up and said they would have my car ready on Wednesday. After that, they shut the messaging off to the app, so there s no way I could get in contact with the service center. I tried calling and emailing all day Wednesday but never got a response. They finally called at the end of the day and blatantly lied to me, telling me the tires just came in that afternoon. I know they got them the day before because there was a tracking number on the shipment. This is the second time I ve had my car at the service center and neither time was a great experience. It should not take a week to get tires put on a car. Looks like it s time to pull the trigger on the Rivian.

I scheduled service on my year old Model Y for brake maintenance and a warranty camera replacement. I also had a seat concern. The service manager Jessica was extremely helpful in taking care of this issue as well. They supplied a loaner S while waiting for the part to arrive. I am very pleased with Wexford s service.

This place makes me hate my car.I own both a 2015 and 2017 Model S.While living in San Diego, service was incredible. They would bend over backwards to make you happy -- well beyond what was even reasonable.Pittsburgh is the exact opposite. I've had to contact them with over 35 issues. They not only return your car back to you unfixed, it is often in worse shape than you gave it to them. And that's after you wait a month+ per appointment window. And when you arrive expecting a loaner car? Sorry, we don't have any. And that's despite Elon's repeated promise that "you'll always be given a nicer car than you drop off". You'll be lucky if they give you an Enterprise rental.Let's talk about some of the scenarios where you get your car back in worse condition. Well, for example, they've cracked the glass on my sunroof. Or one time they just forget to put screws back in -- my rear passenger's interior trim was falling off and the screws were lying on the floor. Or how about my friend who took her car in 5 times in 1.5 months and then got her Model 3 back without the frunk! Yeah, you pop the hood and should see usable storage -- instead it was raw access to the internal workings of the car.I would say that it's like they don't even try, except that it's so bad that I genuinely believe they do try -- to infuriate you.Out of desperation I started working with the Columbus, OH center and the difference is day and night. But as you can imagine, it's woefully inconvenient to do that.The Pittsburgh Tesla Service Center is, without hesitation, repeatedly the worst automative experience I've ever experienced.

Went to the Tesla service center to test drive a vehicle. The staff here was very accommodating and made my experience very pleasant. They allowed me to come and do an overnight test drive and leave my car there. The showroom is well designed and comfortable. There was no pressure from the staff here. I am likely to purchase a vehicle from Tesla based on my positive experience and the quality of the vehicle.
