Andy was fantastic to work with and did so much for us to be able to get a vehicle and specifically the one we wanted most. His customer service was great and he made the process so easy. He definitely went above and beyond and I'll recommend him a million times over.

My previous negative review basically was from poor communication between Andy and me. Since then we've communicated and Andy has taking care of everything and has made it right. Would definitely buy another car from him.

Excellent seller and world class service, I bought my dream 1966 Pontiac GTO from Andy and he showed nothing but world class service and a very patient seller. If I have to repeat this experience I will do it again with not a single doubt.

The person who owns this shop also owns a junkyard. Extremely unorganized, and unprofessional. Bought a 5.7 from here and the number on the valve cover shows it s a junkyard motor very convenient for them to both have a car dealership and a junkyard. Do not recommend, would not purchase another vehicle from them EVER.

Andy was excellent to deal with, his operation is first class, the RV we purchased was spot on, exactly as he described, in the future we will check with Andy first, even tho we live 7 hours from his business, thanx again.

Andy was a true professional to deal with. No bull just straightforward. Got the price I wanted and took care of the issue we had after purchase. Honest and fair pricing. You can't ask for more than that. Answered all my questions & I had MANY, and didn't sound like he was bothered by it like typical large dealers. When we are in the market for a small car we will be back to see him. Thank you.

My wife and I just happened to find this place on Cargurus, and what I find it was! Andrew was one of the most genuine people I've ever dealt with in buying a car. They have quality cars at good prices. We didn't think they would have what we were looking for, but we ended up driving away in our new to us Infiniti SUV. Thank you Andrew and staff for helping us get back on our way!

Great place to buy a family car or a mans big toy truck! We bought 2 vehicles from them in 2 days and i love my car! Honest and friendly staff members. Recommend very highly. Keep up the great work an customer service

If I could give this place no stars I would. They're unethical, their customers are not number one. My husband and I were in the market for a used vehicle, we stopped at Wild West Motors in Waynesboro Pa.and I found the perfect SUV. My husband and I told them which vehicle we wanted. We were told to get online and fill out the financing application, before we could even do this,the next day they sold the vehicle that we wanted out from under us. Doing that was bad enough, but we were never informed that they had done this so we filled out the credit application and we're waiting for a decision and we noticed the car was gone and the only way we found out that they had sold the car out from under us wasn't because they called us, it was because we stopped in to find out where the car was and that's when we were told what they had done, no I would not recommend this place. Anyone that could do something like that to a potential customer is grimy there is no excuse for it.

I bought a Jeep here about 6 months ago, literally drove it across the country and it s still great. I paid a fair price and they went above and beyond even months after my purchase. Definitely recommend.

Wild West Motors in Waynesboro, PA Absolutely The Best Place Buy a Used Vehicles There entire staff is Wonderful plus they go beyond your expectations to make you feel comfortable from the start, they re not pushy sales people, there Moto is: they strides for you to be 100% Satisfied, be a Returning Customer & refer your family & friends !!We just purchase a Jeep Wrangler from Andy/Sales & we were 100% Satisfied . Over 30 days after purchase, we encountered some problems, we went to dealership, spoke to Ryan & he reassured us, not to worry & they would fix it at no cost to us, plus gave us a car to use while ours being fix & everything was done in timely manner. Then on11/1/18 went go away wouldn t start, so we try ourselves to see what was wrong & when no advail, I called spoke to Andy/ Sales he said was sending Ryan out to help us.Ryan look over, advise what was wrong, said we will fix it dnt worry, help us to get our Jeep to dealership so it could be fixed first thing & back to us by lunch time Friday.Andy called at lunch time as they promised our Jeep was fixed & they re going to deliver it to our house. These two men & the entire staff at Wild West Auto goes beyond to make sure you are 100% Happy & Satisfied no matter what they re doing at dealership, they just drop what they re doing to help a customer in need. This is hard to fine now days. I can speak very confidently on this, cause I have many years experience in car dealership & I know what to happens & what to expected. However that didn t matter to Wild West Auto, they just want you 100% Satisfied. !!!Thanks Wild West Auto your the Best !!!!

one of the honest used vehicle places I have been. We we pleased with the price and the vehicle was exactly what we needed. Just a little high on what we wanted to pay. But the vehicle was a good buy. So we purchased it.

A used car dealer wanting top dollar for mostly high mileage vehicles. I am not happy with the high mileage pickup I bought there, they painted over rust on the frame trying to make it look like it was in better condition than it really was.

I haven't purchased a vehicle yet but I certainly felt comfortable talking with the owner. I think his name is Tony. I will certainly be back to find a truck.

Never spoke to anyone there in person but most vehicles I have viewed stoping in or on there website are extremely over priced. Most of there trucks have between 150-250k miles on them.
