New favorite auto shop! I called last minute due to a flat tire, not only did they squeeze me in but they were fast. They took the time to explain what was wrong, why it happened, and what they were doing to fix.Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this place if your vehicle needs any work!

I ve lived many places due to my careers so consequently had various mechanics. Plus I ve had issues with other local mechanics before I found Chris. I ve been going to Tresler Automotive for years now; they re the best beyond compare. Chris is knowledgeable & does excellent work on all my vehicles. He s pleasant & explains everything quite well. He s always honest & never overcharges. I m truly grateful!

Chris, the owner, is amazing. Fair prices and great workers. He makes everything so easy, and I've never ever had an issue with the way they do things! If they make a mistake or anything happens, they will make it right. Been taking my cars to him for about 2 years now, and I'll never go through anyone else unless I move out of the area. I know a lot of people that use him as their mechanic as well, and they feel the same way I do. If you're ever in doubt, don't be! Call him or go in, and he'll be more than happy to help solve your car troubles. Best, most personable, friendly, honest, and helpful car guy around.

If you decide to use Tresler's Auto, you won't be disappointed. Chris is fair, honest, diligent, and very personable. We couldn't be happier with the service he's provided us and our vehicles. In my opinion, you won't find a more fair, reasonably priced mechanic in Waynesboro.

I went for a inspection. They fit me in even when they were busy since I needed to get it inspected right away. It didn't pass but he did show me why it didn't and what I needed to get it to pass. He was very helpful and nice. He didn't charge me because it didn't pass. He also said he buys cars from people and then sells them and will call when he has one so I can buy a second vehicle.

I was referred to this automotive business by someone who works at an auto parts store, and I am so grateful for it. I had a coolant issue happen, so I called Treslers and Chris, the owner operator was more than happy to assist me on a last minute notice, fortunetly, it wasn't anything serious, and the whole matter took less than 30 mins. My second call to Chris was for a gas leak, I had my vehicle towed to Treslers Automotive, ( Chris had told me he was extremely busy, but would take a look at it, in his earliest convenience), the repair had been made, and the price was very reasonable. One of the reasons I am giving a 5 star to this establishment is because Chris took the time to explain the reason for the gas leak, and showed me the old fuel pump, and also the new one installed. The other employees there are also great, and very professional. They truly provide professionalism, and team work, and I totally recommend them for your automotive needs.

Best shop I have been to. Guys are super friendly and honest. Prices are really good and they don't try to push unneeded work. Very knowledgeable and even recommend other places for speciality work they don't do themselves and they don't try to do stuff they aren't familiar with and break your car more. Highly recommend them.

Hands down the best mechanic in the tri state area. They are extremely honest, very affordable, and super knowledgeable. The shop is also super clean and very well equipped. We never take our cars anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

Incredibly talented mechanic, does all my work, explains his work well and communicates effectively with people. Have used him since he first opened the shop and was referred to him by the guys at the counter at the local parts store. I use him for all things automotive and inspections.

These guys are the best in the business. They don't jack up prices or try to talk you into getting unnecessary work done. They are very straight forward on what needs to be done and just how much it's going to cost.

Got my car inspected. The owner was fast and courteous. He was very knowledgable about cars and trucks. I would recommend going here for further repairs. Hours were great after everyone else closes he is open.

I'm going to make a long story short: Go to Chris Tresler as your trusted mechanic. The longer story: I was an idiot and filled my gas tank too full to ship to Germany. So I went to Napa down the road from Tresler's to buy a siphon pump. The selection was not going to meet my needs, and I thought I had just lost my appointment for vehicle processing. Chris was in there paying a bill, and out of the goodness of his heart, he told me to follow him to his garage because he thought he could help me out. He had some siphoning equipment that he tried, but it turned out that the van was designed to prevent siphoning. Great. But Chris lifted the van and did some voodoo with something on the fuel line and was able to take out the gas I had stupidly put in. What a pain. But Chris was very gracious and I was very grateful. Thank you, Chris!
