Always amazing service. Today had an inspection and oil change. I have trusted them with my car since shortly after I bought it. Originally had a coolant leak into the engine that the dealership of the brand that makes my Scion couldn't even detect. Strite's figured it out and fixed it. I call them anytime I need repairs or service. Always professional and great work. You will not be disappointed!

Strites Garage is easily the best shop in the area. Quickly found my engine issue. Discussed and offered different options for repair. Work was completed when they said it would be and to the highest standards. We use them for yearly inspection on our car. We also had them put on new tires a few years ago. We have no complaints they seem like an honest garage to do business with so we'll keep going back.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for several years now for both maintenance and repairs. We've been happy with the service. Prices are usually less than other repair/maintenance facilities, especially tires. We've also never had an issue with the work performed. If having maintenance work performed, like an oil change, don't be surprised if they're scheduled 1-2 weeks out, so plan ahead.

Oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner as I waited. Cost was satisfactory and the staff incredibly friendly.Looking forward to many years going back for regular maintenance.

I originally had an appointment for an oil change and head light replacement but my check engine light came on and I brought it in the day before my appointment. They tried to charge me $950 for a chevy S10 tune up when the average cost is $300 and the kit is under $100. They They tried signing me up for a credit card and charged me $169.95 for diagnostics. It was just a spark plug wire that caused the issue. They also tried to tell me my old mechanic uses cheap parts when he does all the work for government vehicles in the area I used to live at. I am never taking my vehicle here again and I strongly urge people especially women to stay away. I might be a young woman but I know my part costs and know how to look up repair costs. It is a 2000 Chevy S10 V6 crew cab not a Ferrari.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

I had a full synthetic oil change as well as a tire rotation and alignment on 11/8/2018. Total bill came out to about $150. Pretty typical price range for the work done.Very professional guys working the desk and extremely well-maintained building. I am very happy with the quality of service and after dealing with these gentlemen, it's very clear that they know how to run a successful business.

Took my truck in to install a level kit. They quoted me the best price in town. They got it done, did an alignment and adjusted my headlights. Great people. They even gave me a ride to and from home while I waited. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car to Strite's Garage after getting quotes from numerous other shops. Strite's not only had the most reasonable price, the customer service and work quality was top notch. I will literally not take my vehicles to anyone else from now on. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have already sent my dad to them for his car repairs. Awesome shop and it always looks clean!! Top-Notch Garage!! (original review)7-22-2017Ever since my initial review, I have brought a total of 3 vehicles to Strite's. Each and every time, I get the most impressive customer service available. Not only do they deliver everything on time, they also call you back when they say they will. Then Arlin will say something like, "I would be extremely grateful if you would allow me another day to fix this issue for you." For some reason, I really like that. I can't say enough good things about this place. If anyone has any car maintenance or repairs needed, you would be hard pressed to find someone better than these guys. I would drive an hour out of the way to bring my car to them. Again, thanks for all you do Strites!

The cleanest and most technologically up to date shop I have ever visited. Great family and group of mechanics. I do almost all my own work, but when I need alignments or inspections or something I just can't fix myself, they are my first go to.Started taking my vehicles there in 2001 and now I'm 45 minutes away I still visit them a few times a year for my auto work.They are not the "cheapest" you will find, but they are always fair in price and never left me to have to take my vehicle to another shop. They have all the new computers and equipment to fix it right.

Honest, knowledgeable, fair, friendly, and reliable. What else can you ask for at a service garage? I have been going to Strite's for years now and I have always had a great experience. They are up front and honest on what can be done, and how long it should take. They have never tried to "up-sell" me something I didn't need. Their advice is always on the mark. If you have to service your car, do yourself a favor and go to Strite's Garage! Highly recommended!

Had state inspection, oil change, and transmission fluid change done here. They will order and use Amsoil upon request. Friendly people, garage is easy to find. Waiting area is clean and comfortable.Prices seem to be reasonable for services. They explained things they found and provided an estimate. I don't think they are super pushy. I do, however, feel they inflate parts prices a bit too much, based on what they had estimated for me and what we found on searching.

Strite's knew exactly what to do with my electric hybrid vehicle, and they went the extra mile to clean the battery terminals and explain the system to me. They went above and beyond with a shuttle service and courteous customer care

These guys have great service. They are extremely nice and helpful. They are honest which is not something you get at most garages. I will never take my car anywhere else for service.

This place is a joke. Rude, and a rip off. I would never go back or recommend.Bad coil pack apparently costs $600. They kept telling me I had bad valve cover, nothing was wrong with my car except the coil pack. My car was left in the parking lot unlocked for 4 days. The mechanic snatched the paper out of my hand was raising his voice and very demeaning. I was skeptical about them in the first place. I should have followed my instincts.

Just a helpful group of people here, you know they are going to do what it takes to get the job done! Communication is key when your sitting around wondering what is going on with your vehicle, it can be stressful for sure especially when your account balance is concerned. I have faith (and experience) that they will give you all available options and not try to up-sell you a part or brand when something cheaper is just as effective. Total class operation here at Strites!

stopped by while traveling through town to have them look at whether my tires needed to be rebalanced or not after being on the post winter roads of NY.... he could have took my $ but instead he recommended against it.... said it'd be wasting funds... i respected his honesty

****WARNING****This place is not what it seems. I have read through some of these reviews and I don't know if these are friends of this business or not but they are not honest!!! 2 weeks ago my girlfriends 2004 Nissan Sentra refused to start. I spent that Friday night and all day Saturday checking everything from the coil packs to the fuel pump. Tried everything I could think of. Unfortunately advance auto didn't have a compression tester I could rent so that was the only thing I couldn't check. So, my girlfriend was forced to have someone else look at it. She chose Strite and I checked online to find they had good reviews so I trusted the assessment they made. According to them they had found problems in the 2 and 4 cylinders. Antifreeze had leaked into the cylinders. They said they blew out the antifreeze in the cylinders which was allowing the car to start again. Unfortunately, antifreeze leaking into the cylinders means that a head is cracked or the head gasket is bad. This seemed off to me but she was able to drive it home so I started looking to find a solution to this problem. After looking we came to the conclusion to trade in the car it was worthless at this point. Luckily, I had a local business that works on my companies semi trucks take a look before I traded it in. NO PROBLEMS!!!!!They let it idle for over 4 hours and ran the piss out of it getting it up over 100mph. Checked the compression which was fine. Cylinders were completely antifreeze free and there wasn't any smoke coming out of the tailpipe (this white smoke is indicative of antifreeze burning in the engine) Mind you the car had been stopped and started about 3 or 4 times. This wouldn't happen if there was anything wrong with the gasket or head.The quote from Strite to fix this "problem" $2100 to replace the head gasket, spark plugs, oxygen sensor, head gasket bolts after they had already charged $140 to "run diagnostics". I will let you decide whether this was an "honest" experience with Strite.It is because of shops like this, trying to take advantage of a young woman who doesn't know anything about a car, that there is such a bad reputation on car shops. I will be actively voicing this to the local community and my neighbors. Maybe one day people like this will develop a conscience and realize they can make an honest living without having to trick people into extensive, unnecessary repairs.

Best garage in Waynesboro! Franklin County for that matter! Arlin and his team are honest and professional, I never hesitate to drop off my vehicle if it is giving me trouble.

Prompt and very reliable with their work. Will not overcharge you or make any modifications without calling you to ensure you are alright with the changes. They will be my "go-to" garage in Waynesboro for quite a while.

Wont take my H2 Hummer to anyone else. They know their stuff and are honest and reliable. They back up their work and keep you up to date on your vehicle.
