Horrible service! Well no service at all. I called about seats for my son s truck. They told me to come and they would have someone take me out in the yard and show me them. I drive 45 minutes and when I walked in I was told it would be a minute. I waited a hour! During that hour the same gentleman named Shawn that helped me when I got there asked me 3 different times can I help you? Umm really!? The gal working had to remind him why we were there. His customer service and personality was equivalent to a damn rock! Also while I waited someone else came in to pick up parts that were already pulled. They then asked about sensors that did not come with their parts. The gal informed them the parts vehicle was all the way up on the hill. Well guess what, she sent a guy to go pull the parts! The guy that was supposed to show us the seats. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I don t recommend going there. There plenty of better parts yards around. I know I won t be back.

Called to purchase a part. I live out of town. They would not ship the part I needed. Get with the times. I made my purchase with another recycler and they were happy to ship it to me. Lost business

I do not have the wrong business I tried calling you guys and the garage that worked on my car tried calling you guys and talking to you guys and you guys said no we are not going to reimburse me or give me another motor he even told you guys the motor was filled with sludge and everything you guys basically said oh well not your problem gace me two month warranty and I was well in my warranty and still wasn't covered you guys are liars and scammers no I am not changing my comment

You lie I bought it this past spring summer have the recite the garage that put it in even tried calling you guys and he said that the motor went and it's covered u guys said no it's not covered and you guys couldn't do nothing about it I ha e the recite and everything you guys said it didn't matter so there for I was screwed paid 650 for a 2013 dodge dart 2.0 it had like 60 thousand miles on it now you your lying saying that you did not sell it do I have to upload it cause I will you guys screwed me over even have the garage to back me up and proof

I've been coming to Newcomer's for years. The scrap prices are always competitive and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They are even open on Saturdays! Just get there early as Saturdays can get busy because they close at noon. I've also had a good experience with the parts department both, new and salvaged. It feels good to support a local business who takes pride in what they do!

Great local place to scrap or to find old, hard to find car/truck parts. They've had what I need and the prices are reasonable. I've made a lot of trips there recently because I'm helping my son get his Bronco back in shape. No way I could ever get it done without them. The ladies at the desk are always helpful and the the guys in the yard know right where to take you. They're all great , especially Shannon.

Always enjoy going to Newcomers. They have anything and everything for your vehicle and if they don't have it they will find it for you. We take all our scrap metal there. There prices are very good and sometimes better than others. Staff is very good at what they do and also kind.

Quality parts and spectacular customer service. They consistently give great prices and go out of their way to take care of customers. Gladys and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable about vehicles and parts. Helpful, fast and they stand behind their word and their parts. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Do not buy transmissions or engines from this establishment, bought a transmission that came with a very loud whining noise. After calling and letting Gladdis know about the issue she stated there is nothing she can do and that I am out of luck, even after stating there is a 60 day warranty on transmissions. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend to anyone... I called hours in advance before they closed, the lady said the part I was waiting on would be pulled today and she'd call me back. A couple hours went by and I called again, she gave me the same answer. Finally, I decided to go in for the part because they were closing soon, and the part still wasn't pulled and she said wouldn't be until tomorrow.

I like saving aluminum soda cans for money. Earlier today, I got $8 for a big bag of cans, which is not bad. So I would recommend coming here to recycle any scrap metal you have. It could make you some good money.

Worse place to go for scrap metal...the entire staff is so rude and not helpful at all. It seems women are not welcome there. I went to Conservit today and was treated like Royality!!! For only .25 cents less per 100 it was well worth the shorter drive and being treated like a human being.

Scrapping is a dirty business.Still it is a supply and demand business.When customers are yelled at we take our business elsewhere.Went to this establishment on a Saturday morning. It was busy. I waited my turn. The man at the aluminium more precious metals scales yelled at me not to block his door with such a small amount of scrap. Next tractor trailer load I have will go to the local competition.

We haul scrap metal to Newcomers often. The people who work there are very helpful and informative about the process. What l like most is that, when we haul there we are always in and out of there with cash in hand quickly.

Sold me a ac compressor that failed right outside the 30 day warranty they give you so now I'm out of refrigerant money labor and still have to buy another part

I save up to take my scrap to Newcomers from VA. Best prices and Service. Showed me how to seperate material get alot more $. Also bought used battery for $30 vs 100 new.

I drove 4 and a half hours for a part that I was assured was basically brand new and in great condition. It was in worse shape than my broken one

There main office is Very Clean and impressive for an auto salvage Yard. Their salvage yard is also very impressively huge. I highly recommend them

Staff is very friendly anything that you need for your truck they basically have it if not they can get it within a couple of days or a couple hours I will continue to do business with them
