This may start out sounding as a negative review but I assure you it is anything but that. Took my daughter to Honeybee to purchase her first car-in 2020. She bought a nice Honda CRV. Had no problems with it at all. This last October she decided to trade it in on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that Honeybee had. 24 hours after she purchased the Jeep I had to have it towed back. Once in the Garage they found that it had a blown head gasket. Took some time for the mechanic to work it in but it was repaired and Honeybee covered the expense 100%. Since we live in Maryland it needed to be inspected in our state in order to get it tagged. During the time it was in the garage getting inspected my daughter delivered her first child. Once she was able to return to driving she picked it up from the inspection station and took it home. 2 days later the transmission started to act up. When she purchased the Jeep, Honeybee had included a warranty with her vehicle. After some discussion with Dave at Honeybee we took it to the garage that they suggested which was Scott s Automotive and Transmission. They diagnosed it and found the transmission to be bad. It was replaced and covered by the warranty. As I Told my daughter, this could have happened even if the car had been brand new. Buying used is always a toss of the dice. Fact is, Honeybee went above and beyond in my opinion. I first took her there because of their good reputation and the fact that the have in house financing with 0% interest. Even as aggravating as this started out, Honeybee stood behind the vehicle during the entire time. They even deferred the payments unit the issues were resolved. I would not hesitate to send my daughter back there again to purchase a vehicle and i myself would even buy from them. This business is certainly all about serving their customers to the best of their ability.Note: When we found out that the head gasket was blown, Honeybee gave my daughter the choice to back out of the deal and take her Honda back. What other dealership would even consider that. These guys are good people. Don t hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them.

I have been dealing with Honeybee for several years now. I have been real happy so far with my vehicles. I have had to put a little money into them but nothing major. This is expected when you go to a buy here pay here. The owner is awesome and David and Andrew are super awesome to deal with. I wouldn't buy from any other used car dealer!! for Honeybee Automotive!!

I have to say my experience has always been GREAT at Honey Bee. I have bought several vehicles from them over the years. I can tell you they really work with you. I had an issue with one just recently and they made it RIGHT. Chris and his staff are A #1. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I have been buying vehicles from Honey Bees for years, just paid off my Rav 4 and Honda accord, very good vehicles haven't had no problems.i love those guys, Chris..David..Andrew..there very nice n pleasant always worked with me and gave me great deals , if I had a problem they were there for me n took care of me as well as my vehicles. thanks, " Honey Bees " highly recommended. If I could I would have put negative stars. My daughter bought a car from here and was a mistake. Car had issues from day1 . Was never informed that they put a used engine in car before they sold it to my daughter. They were selling car with around 127k miles when actually no one knows true miles on engine of car. When my wife and I confronted the car lot oafter finding out the car had a different engine put in then original I was kicked out of office. Long story short NEVER buy a car from here

Don't buy here unless you're desperate. You'll end up paying 3-5 times the value of a car that might not even work 2 months after purchase. They might give you a warranty but it will cost less money to not use it.

Not friendly people we walked around looking at vehicles for 20 minutes no one ever came out to talk to us, went in n ask about a couple vehicles they had for cash, was told 2 different stories about it,

Love the vehicle ive gotten from honey bee auto sales the staff is great to deal with i may later down the road buy another vehicle i understand about used vehicles and know how to fix some things. Keep up the great work im very pleased with my vehicle i know and its very common Knowledge if the check engine light is on there may or is something wrong thats what happens with used vehicles as some dont understand that. as i was reading some of the reviews some made me laugh. Again i say great work

Great place to find a car and the salesman is a very kind and amazing person. I love Chris! I know that if you swing on by, even if you don't find a car, you'll love your time with Chris. Highly recommend.

Bought a car, and a van from here. Both paid off, minor issues but nothing major and if it was major I m sure they would ve worked with me!David is great! Always worked with me on payments or if I had any questions, everyone there has been friendly and always answered questions or concerns. Next car will likely come from here also, way better than a regular dealership, no interest is great and makes it a lot easier to pay off!!! Hands down, my favorite dealership. Thanks guys!!!

Came to browse some cars, but just out of curiosity. I was helped by a young man named Ben who was friendly and super knowledgeable about cars. The cars were reasonably priced for what they are, and they had better selection than some of the other dealerships I've been to.

I purchased a GMC Yukon from them and I absolutely love it. They told me from the start they are not mechanics and to please take it to get an oil change and have it checked out. With any used vehicle you will have some issues but so far I have had none. The guys that work there are awesome and Chris is a fabulous owner and will do whatever it takes to make your purchase safe for the road if it needs something. They warranted it for the first the first three months and then I had the option to continue the coverage. They are more then willing to work with you as far as payment and if I am in the market in the future I will check out what they have before I go somewhere else. I give them two thumbs up!

Sales people are very helpful and I didn't get any pressure to buy anything. Most vehicles are in good shape and are very solid. Low down payments no interest on the loan. Low weekly payments.

Wouldn t buy a car there at all. I would walk first at least my shoes won t fall apart. They sell you a car that the headlights fall apart. Then when the car is paid off they say the tracker is disarmed. Who knows if it is or not? That s the question. They could be following you wherever you go and you don t even know it. Creepers!!!!!!!

We bought a car here and the transmission blew a month afterwards. Cost $2300 to put in a new one....they did nothing to help us. Then when we took it to get a MD inspection it needed another $1400 in repairs to pass. Never again!!

More than fair! I was unable to purchase a vehicle but that was on my end not theirs. They have wonderful prices, wonderful service, and the lot is full of good stuff! Check them out!

Absolutely a great place to buy a car. I bought my jeep from there a year ago and they have never failed to help me out. The owner and staff are very friendly and they helped me find a car that I loved and could afford. I would definitely buy a car from here again and recommend you do the same.

I bought a car from here earlier this year. They gave me a great deal and the car has been awesome. They are great guys with your best interest in mind. If you need a good car and don't have the credit for a loan, this is your best option!

We have purchased 2 cars from Honey bee. Our first 5 years ago, we still own it and it runs beautifully, and is a great van for our family. We also got s fantastic deal and warranty as well.We then purchased another can for our growing family. They were nice enough to even hold the van for us for a bit. We were given an extended warranty, and after that ran out we had a few issues. The owner, Chris, actually took care of the issues on his dime. We've had this van for 3 years and it runs great.You cannot beat the customer service at Joney bee. All of their employees are wonderful and nice and have integrity. I will happily buy another vehicle from Honey bee.

The cars are old and they charge large down payments for the nicer looking cars. Like up to 2k. I can go to a real dealership and get a 2020 with 2k down. Takes advantage of people in a tight spot of you ask me. If you have an out of state License they won't even deal with you.

They were really nice at first when you are in the process of purchasing a car from them. But afterwards they become not so nice, especially if you miss a payment. You start getting letters of repossession. Come on for being one week late! One thing I have to say is this place is good if you don't have very good credit, and you need a car in a hurry.

They were very nice and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Very comfortable and pleasant experience. Got a decent car and they worked with us on the payments. Couldn't ask for more.

Just went to check them out for 1st time today. Corey was a man of few words but nice guy. Buy here pay here, still weighing options of which car we are most interested in. May have to go back to test a few more. Short trip, pretty drive, from Hagerstown.Update: Went back a couple more times and wasn't able to find anything worth worth buying that would pass Maryland inspection. They buy trade-ins, do nothing to them and sell to unsuspecting customers. Also at 2000 down and 280/month for 1.5 - 2 years that's highway robbery not helping out those in need.
