Incredibly fast service of outstanding quality!Not only did they repair my badly torn front bumper till it looks better than new, they also shined my foggy headlights, vacuumed the inside of the car and replaced the floor mats!All for less than $100, and within 24hrs!10/10 would recommend, will be returning!

I've had to take my car here a few times and each time the work they do is amazing. My car always comes back looking brand new, great detail work and the customer service they give you is exceptional; they are so easy to work with and do what they can to get you fixed up. I won't take my car to any other body shop.

Dave is absolutely fantastic. He goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced at any other shop. There is not a question in my mind about where I will take my car if I ever have further issues. In short, if you have car problems, take your car to Dave!

I had a great experience having my car towed by Dave Shockey yesterday. I had to get my car to a mechanic because I was unable to start or jumpstart it. I called, paid over the phone, and within 30 minutes my car was on the rollback heading to the mechanic. It was so easy, and affordable in town.

I needed a jump start for a battery. The mechanic was here quickly using a portable charger. Very grateful for their help. I would highly recommend them.

Dave did an excellent repair job. They gave me a loaner car while the work was being done. The thing that I love the most was they vacuumed my car and I'm almost certain the cleaned my headlights. Im stoked my car hasn't been this clean in a long time !!

This is the BEST auto body shop I have ever been to. Dave and his staff went above and beyond to help me and answered all my questions. I am now a lifetime customer and will refer any/every one there! THANK YOU Dave!!!

This place is awesome! My car broke down and was towed to the wrong place. Dave had his guys pick it up and bring it back to his shop (at no charge) he then looked over the car and advised he couldn t fix it. (And again, didn t charge to look at the car). He then pointed me in the right direction as to who he thought would be a reasonable mechanic to look it over. He asked how I wanted to get the car there. I asked him how much it would be to tow it over. He only charged me $45.00. This kindness is unheard of. If I ever need body work done, there is no question in my mind as to where I will be going! Thank you Dave for being an honest person and going out of your way!

11/10 service. Had a hood, bumper, fender and two doors replaced after a deer strike. Very pleased with the quality of the repair and I was surprised to find my interior fully detailed when I picked my car up. Don't overlook this shop.

We are from Hagerstown. Our car broke down in Waynesboro. AAA sent Shockey Towing. What a wonderful experience! They arrived exacting when AAA said they would and the gentleman was so efficient and friendly. He got us to the repair shop and we were on our way in what seemed like a record time. I highly recommend this company!

I was in an accident awhile ago and Dave Shockey has worked with me through everything to get my car fixed in a timely manner! I dropped it off on Tuesday got my loaner and Friday my car was ready! I go to pick it up and immediately I knew it was washed so shiny and beautiful then I saw the inside and I was speechless my car was fully detailed and smelt so good! They really care about their customers! I will forever go there whenever I need any body work done!

They take their time and fix it right. Great attention to detail. For example: I took it in to get a dent fixed, it was an older car and it took a while to get just the right paint but they got it right. When I went to pick it up it was cleaned up nice on the inside and I was tickled purple that they found me a new shift pattern disk to replace the one that a mechanic had lost the year before. Very pleased.

Needed a tow in the evening after most places had closed for the day. Dave had a very nice guy out to me in under an hour and charged a great price. Will definitely be using this place If I ever need a tow again.

We keep "bumping" into other cars and Dave is our go-to guy. Not only does he fix everything perfectly but the inside and outside both look like they were detailed! Thank you, Dave! We really appreciate the great jobs you've done for us!

My daughter goes to Penn State was coming home to Virginia and went to start her car..battery was dead. Just had it checked at Advance and they said it was good..so we called Dave Shockey and had it towed..super price and had it picked up before she went back to lock it up half hour later. unreal!!

My wife , she got into a accident in Hagerstown at the pnc bank on Virginia Avenue. In a panic a friend told us to call Dave Shockey. I was nervous n skeptical because everyone knows how macanics can get. Dave Shockey him self answered the phone, I gave information about the accident and explained our situation. This man took our van, found parts and fixed it for us helping us in away that filled me with a level of appreciation that I've never had for anyone, this man is God sent and we can't thank him enough . His staff and office staff are wonderful and Wonda is very patient and awesome to talk too.

They are working on replacing parts we needed for our Alero. Dave had patience whenever my husband asked questions, even when he has already asked the question before, LOL. Dave helped us get some parts & we got other parts. Dave was very polite.
