Oil change and inspection were done on this visit. Great, quality job done by the service team and friendly staff members. Never have I had an unpleasant experience with the organization.

Lowest quality tier work possible office staff is incompetent.Has grocery list of employees they have gotten over on. Waynesburo is not very large ask around about Buchanan And find out for yourself!

I went to Buchanan Auto Body as this was closest body shop Mopar referred me to. Somebody had swiped my left rear fender on my truck. The quality of their work was very poor. The first problem I noticed was a line where they had taped off the work area. One part was raised because it had a thicker layer of clear coat thanathan the rest of the truck. They had to bring it back in to buff down. Then I noticed that they missed chips in the feder that should have been fixed had they painted the whole fender as I paid for it. They had to redo the whole job again. After this I noticed a haze in the paint that another body shop described as sander marks. Their explanation was that this is normal as area needs polished. They offered to that, but in the mean time I also noticed the paint they used does not match the rest of the truck. My tuck has a coarse, brilliant metallic paint. They used a fine, flat metallic paint. Additionally, they broke and bent all the plastic trim pieces of the bed. I also had a nice black, Steele rear licence place cover that they just through out and replaced with a plastic one with Buchanan Auto insignia to advertise their shop. Also there are spray gun marks on my cab and some markings on the ram box cover lid. Finally, most important of all, the manger - Doug - was a real jerk. As I was showing him my concerns he was supposed to bring a light out to simulate sunlight, well apperantly theirs had just broken. As we were talking the sun hit the truck really good showing off the differences. He still refused to acknowledge the clear contrast in the paint from the rest of the truck. I asked him to pull the truck in the shop for better look. He refused. Generally Doug was argumentative and stand offish. I am going to have to have somebody else redoo their work and repair the damages they caused to the rest of the truck. ***9/14 Update: I finally had my truck repaired properly. Now you can't even tell there was an incident, which is the expectation out of auto body work.

Very friendly and helpful. They did my oil change very quickly and on top of that gave me a discount as well. Coming back for my next oil change for sure!

They lead you on making you think you have a job. Then when you call to check to see when your to start oh I'm sorry we can't hire you now. Worst job experience ever!
