I called them to quote a VW timing chain repair and decided the price was reasonable. When I scheduled the service, I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix, also acceptable except they held it for an additional week to finish the repair. The final price was 40% more than they quoted and didn't ask me if I would like them to replace my serpentine belt since it squeaked (and only squeaked because I bought and installed an inexpensive one that still did the job). I brought the car home after the repair and had to bring it back the next day as a new inexplicable issue arose in their care. The second service from the technician was distracted by friends of his but was in the end figured out.

Do not take your here!!! My sister put my car inthe shop and while in the shop they were driving my vehicle for no apparent reason in the morning and got a $300 ticket for passing a school bus. My sister didn't have enough to get the vehicle out so they started charging $250 a day for storage. When I spoke with them they threatened that my vehicle must be removed by the following Thursday at this time 1500 in storage fees had been accumulated. Vehicle is not fixed properly would never bring a vehicle to them to repair

Zero, nope nandaI guess they needed money when I took mine in for overheating, I drove it in there, then call ne t day to say I needed a new engine $7,500. I owed less than $3,00 to the bank so I wasn't doing thar. He said I would need to get it towed back out " wait! What!" I drove it here. I get it home now it dint start I lifet the hood, they left it not put back together. Waste of time ...couldn't rip me off.glad I went somewhere else and gladly paid for the real issue. NOT THE ENGINE OR HEAD GASKET

I brought my car there for inspection. They kept it for 1 week and didn t look at it. They claimed they fixed all these things and then I took the car and had worse issues than when I brought it there. The car was no longer drivable. They also could not find a part to complete the inspection that I was able to find with ease. They are crooks. I paid over $2000 and my car is not functional. Do not bring your car to this shop. I spoke with the owner, Ken about getting new tires on my car, he took me in with no hesitation same day. He was very professional and kind. Ken and the guys worked diligently and was very fast. Any questions or concerns I had he answered and was kind enough to point me in the right direction on what exactly I needed to fix my car. I would recommend this shop to anyone! New in the area and needed to find a good mechanic to inspect my car. The service here is excellent. Great communication and very honest. One. Of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. My car needed a lot of work. Sesy last mechanic lets spme thongs slide.The owner took the time to really explain things. Got the work done faster than expected and the young lady in the office gave me plenty of updates as the work progressed. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

I asked for prices of a diagnostic when I dropped my car off and the lady said it was free. Then after he told me the price he charged to fix my car I declined and told him I knew someone cheaper so he charged me 210 for the diagnostic. If your in the area and looking for a mechanic Parrotta Auto Repair is a much better shop.

Went here for the first time for an inspection and they broke down exactly what was needed, even showed me on my vehicle, were honest about what could wait and what was needed right away. Staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help. Fair prices, excellent work, great overall value. These Saints came through in a BIG way.We got a flat up the road from them just as we were out doing deliveries for our business. Pulled in and they immediately came out to help us. Patched our tire up in less than ten minutes and were patient and thorough. Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional and just all round quality.

I needed a tire repaired at the last minute during closing time, it was 90� outside and the mechanic took my situation and corrected it less than 15 minutes. I was in a jam every other place was closed the tire was flat with a nail in it...they made my day! And I was off to the races a happy camper! Thumbs up to these guys quick and professional!.

Recently moved to the neighborhood, tried these guys out. They were quick to respond and fit me in for service. The truck was done in a matter of hours. I ve had nothing but poor experience in the past with pittsburgh mechanics, these guys were quick and right to the point. I inquired about some other issues with the truck and rather than being up sold on work that may not be necessary I was walked through a series of steps that would be significantly less expensive and potentially alleviate the issue. Will definitely be using this company for future workServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I wrote a premature review to soon, they were helpful my first time there but when I found out they screwed up my hood and I couldn't get into it, I called, went there and no remedy. It ended up costing me a couple hundred dollars to fix. But it sent me to a place where I am now comfortable to leave my car! Finks in Aspinwall check them out!

Staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and careless.I had a 9AM inspection scheduled for weeks. I showed up at 9AM the day of, and no one was there. I knocked on the door several times, called a few times, and no one answered. No one called me, texted me, or notified me in anyway. I went next door to the house immediately next to the garage and asked if they were the owners or knew them. The man that lived there was extremely helpful and tried to help me find them, but couldn t.Finally I went home, and scheduled for somewhere else, which is cheaper.I called at 9:53 (just now) and the man said we running a bit late . They open at 8AM and my appointment had been scheduled for weeks. He offered to get me in now, which I declined and said I would be taking my business elsewhere, but wanted to know why they missed my appointment. He hung up on me.

Great place to go if you in a rush and need fast and efficient work done. Bring my car there to get my inspection and emission done and I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Great job guys keep up the great work.

Last year i had my inspection done here, this year the same! Fair & honest. I give them full recommendation 2 weeks ago my both my head lamps where out, he put it on the rack finished in 20 mins

Very rude! Gave me a different price for diagnostic then they charged. They told me it was free, then said it's 210 when I called to get my the receipt says 220 plus tax

Never ever go to this place they WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND DESTROY YOUR CAR. I unfortunately decided to do business with them and it was a horrible experience. The level of unprofessionalism by this establishments employees is unfathomable. I took my car there to get the bumper replaced, while my car was in the possession of Kenvil he took out my battery and replaced it with a dud battery. Everyday they had my car they called me asking for more and more money to get my car back. If you are a single women they WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU JUST DONT DO IT., IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH GETTING MY CAR REPAIRED. These are people who are Jamaican and use their culture and language to intimidate young and single women. If they give you a estimate that it too good to be true it is because it is. At the end of it all you will end up paying more than you would at a decent establishment and your car will be DESTROYED.

These guys have good prices and are honest. I don't live in the area anymore but I still drive out there to have them do anything to my car.
