Everyone is great there - and I want to support local as much as I can! However, their prices are not even competitive. $30 more for an oil change - apples to apples.. tires were $225 more - same exact tires. I know prices are going up everywhere, but they are taking advantage of it. I will pay a few buck to support local, but other local business s are good too.

I can t say enough good things about Chuck and his team. I live out of the area but visit Oakmont twice per year to stay with family and I bring my car to Chuck every time I m back. He always fits me in on short notice and takes care of absolutely any issue I have with my car. He takes time to take photos or show me on the car to see what s going on and explains really well the various repair or maintenance options. I feel so well taken care of every time. After many sub par experiences with other shops, they have my complete trust. The loaner car service is a HUGE perk as I m always trying to maximize my time visiting friends and family. I feel so lucky to have found Oakmont Automotive. Go see Chuck! You won t regret it !

Another great experience at Oakmont Automotive. Best run automotive service and tire business in the area. Everything thing about this place is top notch. Chuck and his crew do an amazing job of accommodating my needs, being honest with regard to what I need and charging me a more than fair price to get it all done. Keep up the great work! I have been going here for over 20 years now and will continue to rely on Chuck for all of my automotive needs.

Steve did my yearly emissions and state inspection and did a great job! I'm very pleased and will return again! He let me know that nothing was wrong with it and the car was in good shape. Thank you to Oakmont Automotive and your good employee Steve.

Fantastic job!! Fast, great customer service and great work. Pointed out issues with savings. Recommend to everyone!!!Chuck is so knowledgeable and nice. His entire team are fantastic. They are thorough and explain everything in detail and send you pictures too! The service they provide is awesome! They are trustworthy and do such a wonderful job. This is a very professional shop and they do excellent work taking care of both of my vehicles. And they are willing to drop you home after you leave your car to be serviced and will pick you up when it s ready. I have never experienced such excellent full service. I highly recommend Oakmont Automotive. They did my state inspection, repaired/ replaced rear brake shoes and pads, oil change, checked all fluids and more.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

New to the area, I needed a new set of all weather tires and I wanted to support a local business, not a big box chain store. I highly recommend the folks at Oakmont Automotive. Service was stellar. They answered my many questions until I was comfortable making the new tire purchase. After scheduling my appointment, I was in and out and on my way. Five stars.

My wife and I needed a new mechanic after moving to the area in 2018. Oakmont Automotive was the first place we went after talking to a neighbor for recommendations and remains the only place we go for tires and repairs.They have been fair and transparent in all interactions, have taken the time to provide detailed estimates and discuss what everything on the estimate entails.Our most recent repair was fairly extensive and expensive, but we got the vehicle back and their work led to it driving better than it ever had since we bought it years ago.As long as we live in the area, I see Chuck and crew being the only ones to turn wrenches on our vehicles.

In a visit at the end of December, the owner/manager, Chuck gave me verbal detailed information about my brake problem and the tentative repairs. But the he was able to send me on line the full assessment and repair cost needed. I was able to review and decide on my acceptance to start the work. Everyone in the garage is always informative and pleasant.

Excellent automotive care facility! The receptionist is so friendly, professional and great at communicating. The owner takes time to go over what was done and what is suggested for future care. He even went over how to apply a rebate coupon he supplied. 5 out of 5 stars....also, I believe they are military owned!

Chuck and the front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Chuck was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my car and what he did to fix it. Very appreciative of them all! Never been to an auto shop where they explained in detail each step.

We moved to Verona in 2021 and needed to find an automotive repair shop. Oakmont Automotive is 2 minutes from our house so we figured we'd start there so we could drop the cars off and walk home if needed. We've been using them ever since. Before they fix anything on the car they call and explain as to why they believe it needs to be fixed. They also send pictures for things like tire treads and brake depths. I don't see us going to any repair shop any time soon. They are very responsive and the price is fair.

This was my first time there as a new customer. I had a very pleasant experience. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. Informative and even gave me a Rebate coupon. The Owner was friendly as well and my Oil change was done very quickly and efficiently

After my regular auto mechanic took off and sold his business, I struggled to find a place to take my car that I trusted. Oakmont Automotive is now my go-to place for car repair. I trust them and trust is hard to find. I especially like that they are veteran owned.

My girlfriend went in to have a simple tire changed. The guy tried to oversell her. Long story short, he obviously tries to take advantage of people still that don't know any better.

Lauren GChuck and his team are by far the most fair we have seen. I moved and was reluctant on finding a good honest shop. I was referred to this place and they worked with me on all accords. Total honest work that unfortunately sometimes is hard to find. We will be back for new control arms for my little Nissan versa with the Aliens license plate. Wow! What a service experience. I called as a new customer for an inspection on Friday and was scheduled for Monday. Chuck sent me pictures of each problem that needed fixed so that I could actually see what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and did the work in less time than he anticipated! My husband and I have been taking our car/truck here for years, and Oakmont Automotive does not disappoint. Recently, I had my car in for rotors and brake pads replacement. When I picked my car up I asked Chuck, the owner, to explain the mechanics of braking, simply because I was interested. Not only did he explain it patiently and clearly, but he brought out a model rotor and pads to demonstrate the process. I learned a lot that day, and Chuck was not condescending at all. He appeared to be as interested in educating me as I was in learning. I cannot speak highly enough about Oakmont Automotive; everyone from the front desk to the garage has been terrific, kind, and trustworthy.

Oakmont automotive gave us a loaner car for the two weeks that our car was in the shop. They worked with the warranty company to cover the cost of the repair. I definitely will be returning.

Chuck did it again. He's the best!!! We had an out of town family member have a car situation and Chuck fit us in last minute. Not only did he fix the vehicle, but he got it done within a day and helped us out tremendously. I can't recommend this company enough. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. I've worked on vehicles with my father and know enough about them. Chuck is the real deal. He takes care of vehicles like his own. I can't say enough about this owner. I have been going to Oakmont Automotive for nine years. When I first started using them I had an Honda Civic with over 200,000 miles on it. They kept that car going and in good shape for four years before I finally got a newer car. Everyone at Oakmont Automotive has always been friendly and professional. Someone always takes the time to explain the repairs they feel are necessary and then walk me though what they did when the work has been completed. They are honest about what they feel has to get done and what they would recommend gets worked on. I never worry they are going to take advantage of my ignorance regarding vehicles and create issues that don t exist. the young man who did my inspection was informative and showed me possible concerns. they did not try to make up stuff just to drum up more buisness which is very professional and honest. ill use this shop again if its work i cant do on my own.

I got a flat and called when there was only about an hour remaining before they closed. They tried to repair the tire but, unfortunately, it was beyond repair. They tried to call local tire shops but no one had my size. They ended up putting my donut on for me and did not charge me. Amazing service and they made my nightmare situation much more manageable. Thank you!

I've been taking my cars to Oakmont Auto for years. They are incredibly honest and consistently do high quality work. Chuck recently went out of his way to help me when I made a poor used car purchase. I'm thankful for his kindess and for all of the excellent work that he and all of the Oakmont Auto folks have done for me.
