Terrible experience with this place! DO NOT GET TIRES DELIVERED HERE FOR INSTALL on Allegheny River. Had tires delivered here and called to confirm that they had arrived- spoke to Shawn who seemed to be confused what to do with the tires i had delivers but then understanding what needed to be done which was install the tires. Shawn explained that he usually gets an email from the distributor or a text but he hadn't gotten one for this order but he was glad I called to explain and set the appt. Arrived for the appt and when I got there and this is where it all went bad...it was like playing where's Waldo when I get there.All he kept explaining was that he was waiting for a call back from the tire place to see what needed done but mind you my wife had already spoke to him and set the appt so it was clear the week before what needed done but now that I was in person it was clear that he did not want to install my tires on my truck. I wasn't stating that the install was previously paid . I clearly stated that I needed him to install the tires and was willing to pay whatever he charged to install. Then he preceded to tell me that the tires were off brand and he could've gotten them cheaper , that all he does is inspected tires and warranties or blah blah blah blah. What does that have to do with the fact that I had them delivered to you because you were a recommended installer by the tire distributor that I bought the tires from and I was willing to pay to have them installed by Mitchells. Which I had completely explained when setting the appt. Got the complete run around and ultimately loaded my tires in my truck and got my tires installed from another provider but boy what a waste of time from this place. Oh by the way had no appt with the other provider and he got me in and out... Thank you to HediSwifty Tires on Frankstown Rd. Thanks

I had a nice experience here. A friend of mine recommended this shop and I'm glad she did. The prices were great. I didn't leave broke. The owner had a great sense of humor. I was so happy he took time to explain things in detail for me. I have zero complaints and I've recommended this shop and mechanic to friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Shawn, from Mitchell s Auto on ARB.I had the misfortune to get a flat tire on my way home tonight (Sunday around 7:30 P), and by the grace of God, ended up pulling into the lot of Mitchell s Auto by complete happenstance. I parked my vehicle and started my trek home that is nearby to facilitate a plan for retrieval and tire replacement. Shawn stopped what he was in the middle of doing to ask me if I needed help and what kind of problem I had run into. He kindly said he could take a look for me instantaneously, without a second thought.He removed my shredded tire and put my spare on in 5 seconds flat and also proffered his services when I was ready to purchase a new tire. I will ABSOLUTELY return during normal business hours to follow through with replacement.He truly was my guardian angel today.Shawn, your kindness will not go not unnoticed. I took my car there to be worked on after getting an outrageous estimate from another garage. The owner was able to show me exactly what i needed for inspection and advise me repairs that will be needed in the near future. Saved a ton of money and appreciated an honest opinion. I feel an obligation to tell people to not go to this place. The first issue was my F-350 got really loose in the steering so I took it in. After a couple days he said everything looked really good and he couldn't find anything wrong. I proceeded to take my truck somewhere else only to find that nearly every piece of my front end needed replaced: both shocks, u joints, ball joints etc. Needless to say I don't take my cars there anymore.Fast forward several months. I took an older atv to get serviced. The machine ran and idled fine when I took it in, after having it for a month I went to pick it up because I was done waiting such a long time. He claimed he changed the fuel line, spark plug, and oil. Funny thing is I can't even get the thing to start now. I believe in good honest work, and you will not get that here. Would not recommend for anything above a simple oil change, and even then I think you're best bet is going somewhere else.

Litterally just went here to get my tires changed. 2 weeks later I m in the car with my 1 yr old daughter and my tire flew off my car from the owner either puttin it on too loose or too tight. AAA even said it was whosever fault put the tire on. NEVER GO HERE!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Talk to Shawn. He put a water pump in my jeep and a temp gauge in. Did it in no time. Just start using him as my mechanic and i will go back.
