The phone representative was rude but I love the guys who work in store. They're respectful, kind, always thoughtful of my time, and always make sure that I get a great value. I will not rent a car from any other place.

We used Enterprise in Verona Pa. They were efficient and professional. We were met at the auto body shop where we were leaving our car. The driver they sent to pick us up was friendly and polite.

These people will rent you a car and hope you're own insurance. So the can rent you a car that they know shouldn't be rented. But rent it to you anyway. When you return it, they blame you and your insurance company for the damages you did not do. Renters beware. This company is a money grab

Overall, Happy! 5 Stars! Needed to rent a car on short notice for a Second unexpected time, to attend a funeral! Service was quick, overall satisfaction provided! Reliable Nice Vehicle Provided at short notice! Thank You Eliminated additional stress!! The Rep that day was so busy yet managed to meet each customers Needs! Thank You Again!

Had a mess of an experience with an repair that took over three months. Didn't have any issues with my rental, even though insurance they kept extending the return date last minute. They were very accommodating

On Nov. 28th The guy who assisted me was cocky and arrogant. He was not a good listener and stated a phone statement wasn't accepted even though the website clearly states it. I most likely will not go to this location next time.

The Verona enterprise was supposed to pick me up at Crash Champion where I brought a car for body work. Because I have an additional Enterprise vehicle currently rented to ferry our work crew to a job site, I couldn t take possession of a second rental to get home from the body shop and for the duration of the repair.I was left without a ride home from the body shop by the Verona branch. They wouldn t resolve it. Don t use them. They ll leave you stranded.

I returned the vehicle and a staff member drove me to the mechanics place to get my vehicle. Staff was informative and friendly. I've rented off Enterprise many times before, luckily my insurance company is the rental. I always recommend Enterprise to my friends and family. 12/6/22.

It's expensive but the customer service is excellent. They are quick, efficient, and even sell nice affordable cars at competitive prices. I use them every time I travel. Better than dollar and thrifty. Similar to Avis. My best friend did weekly car rentals for 2 months and they were very accommodating to her needs. The cars were clean and parking was easy.

Horrible servicelate with a car 45 minutes and gave me a scheduled appointment for 11:30. They did not want to compromise and upgrade the vehicle that our insurance was paying for we had to pay out off pocket the difference. After explaining their disinfecting process of the vehicle s (which was very impressive and extensive) The car was not ready they wanted us to wait another 10 minutes while they cleaned out a vehicle that someone just pulled int the parking lot. There was no way I was going to take that car and I ll never go back

Took forever to get the car and had poor choices, all while it was freezing rain (which is worse than snow). They give ya an puny ice scraper, Avis game a full size ice scraper and snow brush.

The customer service team was wonderful and very helpful. Pick up service was on time. Transaction was fairly quick. The only downside was with the selection of cars, many of the cars I liked were damaged 4 or 5 of them actually so I had to get something else, absolutely not a big deal. I have used this location twice and will continue to do so. Definitely recommend!

I hit a deer Sunday night and needed a rental car to get to to work. I called probably 6-7 enterprises around the area on Monday. This location was the only one that offered to call me back if they got anything sooner. A couple hours they called back and said that I could come and get a car. I was in and out within minutes.

We have recently had to use the Verona location to rent vehicles several times over the last month. I want to thank Andrew and Frank at the Verona location! They were OUTSTANDING! They were soooo helpful, professional, courteous and more! I can't say enough good things about these gentlemen and this location!!!

I needed a vehicle with adaptive left foot gas pedal...Zach and Andrew were extremely efficient in getting this vehicle for me. Very professional and considerate of my needs. Recommend this Enterprise highly!

Fast and efficient when their credit card machine works. On several different occasions, I had to go to the post office next door and buy a money order to pay because their machine wouldn't process debits or credits correctly. On a few other occasions they didn't have the right size car I reserved but they upgraded me for free. The staff is friendly.

This is the second time I've had to come to them absolutely wonderful customer service on top of the game best prices in town cars are very clean well-kept I also had to bring my mother this week and ithey took great care of her also...above n beyond...thank you guys

I reserved a car here online 24 hours prior through the corporate line. Got a confirmation. Reservation was for a pick up. Dude calls me up at 4pm when other places close to say they can't pick me up because of 'geographical service areas' and that he's alone in the store. That's a huge red flag right there. Who is watching/servicing the lot if there's one person on duty? No one.This is a systemic problem in Enterprise. They do the bare minimum even though other people are depending on customer service.

So I reserved a car in Monroeville pa. They called me at probably 12 and told me due to unfortunate unfortunate circumstances their offices are closed and would have to send me to a different branch. Get all the way to the one on Allegheny river BLVD and he tells me that he can t take a pre paid debit card because they will not put the $200 refund back on the card. I just got a rental car from this same place last year and used the same EXACT CARD and didn t have a problem. And the customer service was horrible.

These guys are simply great. All young, well dressed and presented. They are professional and well spoken and look at you when they speak. Very accommodating and clearly explain all aspects. They even called to let me know that my insurance rental coverage was expiring to keep me informed and not to incur costs.Great guys, well chosen.Tks

I have never had an issue with a car from Enterprise...Although I was a bit disappointed this time. Had to have a rental for about 3 weeks and the car they brought me was terrible...it was dirty, needed an oil change from day 1, had half peeled off stickers on the windshield and I am pretty sure the transmission was not in great shape. I would have asked for a different car, but my work schedule and area didn't allow for that to happen. The service was great as always, just a crappy small , unkept car this time.

The vehicle was clean. I was surprised that it only had a quarter tank of gas. I needed the car for an extra day and was charge immediately. I am still waiting for my deposit to be reimbursed. I got a call that everything checked out so what is the hold up?

I have been using this location for years. It is right within walking distance of my home. I've always gotten great service. I had a special offer from another company once and had such a horrible experience. I'll never go anywhere else. Both Nicks, Justin, even James (who keeps the cars clean) thank you guys for everything you do !

I have edited. This Enterprise is fine. I was with a friend. She used your service. The one I had problems with was in Pittsburgh a year before. Google keeps throwing me places to review which are outdated confusing. Right now have a place for review that was 3 years ago. These reviews should be auto dismissed after a few months.

I use rental cars for business travel, and my store of choice is the Wilkinsburg branch of Enterprise. I receive consistently great service. I generally have my choice of cars, and I find these cars to be in good working order, comfortable, and with good fuel efficiency. Their "we'll pick you up" service works well, and they show up when they say they'll be there.

This was the worse experience I ever had with a car rental. The agent Dustin did not do a walk around with me and I was charged $50 to fix a chip in the windshield the size of a gnat! Enterprise says they do a thorough inspection after each return, but my point is that Dustin could have gotten the chip while picking me up and driving the car for an hour. I'm working to get my money back!!!
