Thanks again amazing people to deal with flew from Massachusetts they had a driver pick me up and it was love at first sight shout out to Matt Lamont and Chris great people one of the few dealership that care about their customers had a small issue with my jeep Chris helped me come to a conclusion now I can enjoy my gas guzzler but overall very satisfied

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Sisson Pre-Owned, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Matt, the salesman who assisted us was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. The dealership has a gorgeous inventory with very nice and clean cars! We love our Yukon! If you're in the market for another vehicle, I highly encourage you to visit Sisson Pre-Owned. You won't be disappointed!

I worked with Matt and purchased a used 21 Sonata. I live about 6 hours away in New York but they had the exact car I was looking for in my price range, and we were able to do the whole deal through phone text and email in a single day. They offer a free delivery service - wired the money Friday night and they had it sitting in my driveway Monday afternoon. Freaked me out the whole time, but I ve had the car inspected already and everything checks out!

I bought a 2014 Corvette from these guys and they were all Amazing. I worked with Joe and Thierry this morning at Sisson pre-owned and they were EXTREMELY helpful. They, along with the rest of the team, were able to help me find a great new vehicle, and I was in and out within a couple of hours, including time spent looking at vehicles and test drives. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a nice, new pre-owned vehicle.

I want to thank Sisson Pre- Owned for alerting me to potential thief, as a thief was attempting to use my identity to purchase a vehicle. Sisson pre-owned contacted me the rightful owner of the said I.D. therefore avoiding a potential fraudulent charge on my credit also possibly a loss of an automobile on their part, thank you for your professionalism, you've saved me from some serious headaches.Protect your credit contact your credit bureau and add fraud alerts, it's easy.

I Purchased my 48,000 2014 Chevrolet Corvette from Sisson Pre-Owned. From my first contact with salesperson Joe Baumel to final delivery of the Corvette, my experience was nothing short of great. Joe proved patent with all my inquires, making my purchase experience outstanding. A true professional that cares and values a customer.Everything from the figures, paperwork and the extremely accurate description of the Corvette was spot on. Purchase done from another state more than 500 miles away, the condition of the Corvette when it arrived was, if anything, even a tad better than the photos indicated and the description offered by Joe.In my 50 plus years of purchasing cars, this was the best ever.Buy from Sisson Pre-Owned, and ask for Joe for a great buying experience!

Hey my name is Max i recently bought a 2016 chevy 2500 diesel. These guys are awesome they got me a better rate than my military credit union could. They literally crawled on the ground in freezing temps to show me the underside of the truck so i could be sure it was in great condition. Once i arrived in Pittsburgh they arranged a driver for me who brought me to heinz field which was awesome after being a lifelong Steelers fan and never getting to see the field! After i bought it they stood behind their warranty to help me figure out a common problem these trucks have with the def system. These guys took great care of me and great care of our vets with their 22 a day project where they raised a great amount of money to help our vets. I really appreciate them and what they do!

Walter was great, Rick was great, Thierry was phenomenal, I got the car I wanted first and when that one had issues after I got it, they did everything they could to fix it and when it was too much to be fixed they got me into another car on their lot, all I had to do was come in sign papers, they worked out the interest rates and everything for me before I was there and it was overall a great experience! These guys really bend over backwards for you and I will come here again for my next car, If you come here no matter who you get as a salesman or on the phone they're all phenomenal!

We just had the privilege of purchasing a car from Sisson Pre-Owned. We are from Ohio and searched nationwide for a Civic Hatchback. From the moment I called, their customer service was such a refreshing breath of air and beyond exceptional. We purchased another pre-owned vehicle locally last week, and this transaction, by far, was completed more quickly, thoroughly, and painlessly AND, to top it off, FREE DELIVERY NEXT DAY?!?! Tracey was so great, and we have appreciated this easy car buying experience. Thank you all for offering the level of customer service we all hope to receive.

Best out of state purchase ever! We had been searching for about a month with other dealers, had dealers tell us they would not accept our lender, advertised pricing off by thousands, would not allow the vehicle to be inspected off site, take long to give basic information and then we found James. He answered every question, did not pressure us and randomly asked could he Face-time us the truck, actually this sold us. Rick in finance was just a pleasant and even spoke to the owner briefly, honestly felt like working with family. And almost forget we were within 300 miles so they delivered the truck at no cost, WOW. I tell you we have purchased 6 vehicles out of state and by far this was the best, no question will I start here for our next purchase.

My boyfriend traded in his paid off Toyota Tundra, and of course they at first gave him a low ball offer. They eventually came close to what he wanted for his trade. Purchased a vehicle. We believe the interest rate is different than what he was told his interest rate would be. The truck we purchased had no wiper fluid and maybe a half a tank of gas. After driving the car twice the plastic piece next to the wheel was missing a clip. So he had to fix that. Then noticed a huge chunk taken out of the tire and blue paint on the rim. Someone clearly hit something and it was not him or we would have noticed. We called the dealership and they gave us the run around and we were told someone would call us back on Monday. We are still waiting for that call. We traded a truck in with 4 brand new tires and now a week later we have to purchase another tire for this newly purchased vehicle! Not happy with this business at all!

I bought my car from this dealership a month ago.Even though my credit was not the best - James at Sisson Pre-owned was the only salesman and dealership in the tri-county area that listened to our needs had patience and never made us feel belittled or shamed us in our circumstances. They listened to us and helped us get the car we really wanted. My personal mechanic when he did a once over /system check car said this "2018 Kia Optima is the best car I've seen you with yer." And even though the sticker on car says "buy as is " they give you a 60 day warranty and stick by it to work out any kinks. They even took the car to get inspected for me the day I picked up the car. It was a pleasure working with them and would recommend James and Rick at this dealership to anybody who needs a newer used car especially if they are having a challenge in getting financing- was so nice they worked with us to give us a. Second chance to get the car we really wanted

Best car buying experience ever!! Grandson bought a 2020 GTI 4/7/22. Al Blevins went up and above helping him get the car he wanted. So helpful and gave him a super deal! We came at closing time and he stayed over 1 1/2 hours longer to make sure he got the car the same night! Al is very professional and I highly recommend him and the dealership if you are looking for a new car! Thanks Al for all your help!

Simply put, the smoothest car buying process I've ever encountered. Lumont was very courteous and professional and we got a deal with terms that made us question if the numbers we were seeing were real. Other dealers we had visited couldn't touch these guys. To top it off, the vehicle we were purchasing had a very minor issue that they not only resolved but they then delivered the vehicle to our driveway and took our trade back with them! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I've already recommended them to others and absolutely will go back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

This place is a gem to work with! The transmission on my car went out on a Friday. My sister sent me a picture of a Buick Enclave that they just got in. I sent the application and Thierry called me within 15 minutes. By the end of the day, he had me approved for a loan and the following Monday I drove to Uniontown to get the car! (I live in Pittsburgh but I'm originally from Uniontown) The following Friday, I was getting gas and my car wouldn't start. It so happened the dealership was calling me for an unrelated reason. They sent their mechanic with a tow truck to Pittsburgh after 5:00 to come get my car. The best part it they had it repaired and delivered back to me the very next day! Super high integrity, superb customer service, and nice cars to boot-you can't go wrong working with Sisson Pre-Owned!

Very nice people. Will try and rip you off tho. Tried to trade in my already paid off Chevy Suburban and was offered 4 grand less than I told them I was previously offered. The owner or manager told me he d come close to my asking price. After an hour of waiting they low balled me, big time. My trade in was on a car at the same value. They clearly just wanted to make an extra couple thousand off of me instead of helping me out. Friendly but not helpful. I found the exact car with less miles and currently trading it in for no additional money needed being that I am downsizing.

Had a great experience with Al Blevins - bought a car online and had it delivered to my brother's house in Pittsburgh as no charge - Al kept me informed throughout the process and I was able to come pick up soon after. Car was in excellent condition and all as advertised. I would surely buy from them again and recommend to friends.

Purchased a vehicle for my business, 5 months ago. It's been in the shop now 3 times... 1st time cost me 800.00 not covered on the warranty, 2nd time their mechanic couldn't find a problem, 3rd time TRANSMISSION out...Now I'm told it will be a minimum of 3 weeks to fix...So what am I to do to transport dogs to and from the veterinarian???Do not buy a vehicle from sisson
