Becky and her staff of mechanics are top notch. They do great work in a timely manner. We have been customers of EQ for many years and are greatly satisfied! They are so friendly too!!!

E150 Van started acting up traveling through area. Check engine light and engine power failing. Called EQ and they got us in and pulled code, misfire on cylinder 5. Replaced plug and got us back on the road in no time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Really appreciate them breaking into their day to get us fixed up. Exactly the experience we needed to save the day.

Needed repairs while I was out of town for a funeral. Becky was able to receive my vehicle on short notice, repair it properly and return it to me before I made it home. She was incredibly friendly and had the courtesy to follow up a few days later to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend.

We are from out of town and as we left the Nemacolin resort, we realized we had a screw stuck in our tire, and it was near flat. We were heading to a Ford Dealership but upon realizing how far it was, we exited and just happened to see EQ. We stopped in and they fixed our tire on the spot! So accommodating and polite. In and out in 15 minutes which was awesome since we had a 6 hour drive ahead. Saved us a huge headache. Thank you!! If we lived in the area, I d be a customer for sure!

We don t usually use a mechanic... husband is pretty good with vehicles, but in case of emergencies.... this is my trusted spot.Second time I have taken a vehicle here, both times were great. I have complete trust in these folks and most definitely will not be going anywhere else.I took my vehicle to get the front end looked at before vacation, they literally could ve told me 8 different parts were bad and I would ve paid hundreds to get it done at this moment, for safety reasons. They had an opportunity to take advantage of me (which most local garages will absolutely do) but they literally took the day, out it up on the lift, went over every part thoroughly and told me I had no issues and was good to go, and charged me pennies for the complete look over AMAZING!Again... this is the second time, both wonderful experiences. Service like this is very hard to find anymore.Thanks so much guys!!!

My wife and I lived near this shop and after using it once, we never even thought of looking for another mechanic.The whole staff here was knowledgable about the jobs they were doing.I had a few times where the cost of the job was less than their estimate too. On vacation and the exhaust broke open. These guys were super competent and accommodating. Agreed to take a look on the spot. Ordered the parts and booked us in for 2 hours later. Were waiting for us when we returned. Straight onto the ramp and all done in 45 minutes or so. . Including welding. Showed and explained what he was doing and why. Receptionist Becky friendly and efficient. All time best car repair experience.

The staff are really nice and well oriented. Instead of just aligning my car, they did a thorough inspection. Although they couldn t align it because my rear springs were broken, they explained to me and even took the time to show me the problem. Definitely will be taking my car back soon.

Had some exhaust work done there, and they did an amazing job. Their work looks stock. Their customer service is also top-notch. I won't hesitate to go back if I need any future repairs or exhaust work. A+

I scheduled an oil change for my diesel pickup. I requested oil conditioner be added. Becky and Lenny are personable and knowledgeable. The tech was good, but don't remember his name. My appointment was for 0900. I arrived at 0845. They were prompt in starting. Getting the conditioner was more of a problem as they couldn't find a local supplier. I was ok with skipping it, but Becky persisted and did find it for me. Highly recommend EQ MUFFLER for service

EQ has been the garage I used for my cars for over 15 years. They know what they are doing, do great work, no BS or 'imaginary' issues and at a fair price. I would recommend to anyone in the area who needs competent and expedient help with their vehicle.

Besides the nice receptionist, I would never refer anyone to this place. After the appraisal of my car (which cost $21), I was told it would cost $1000 to replace the entire exhaust system. I was smart enough to get a second opinion......I got it fixed for $75!!! No, the whole exhaust was not fixed for 75, but only what really needed fixed (flex pipe). While the rest of the exhaust is not perfect, the other mechanic was honest enough with me to tell me that it will last another couple of years (which is all I plan on keeping the car anyway). My car drives (and sounds) like new again. EQ should be ashamed of trying to get someone to fix what really wasn't broken at $1000! I was even considering trading in my car for what turned out to be a $75 fix! Thank you Jim West Auto!
