Campanella s of Swathmore has a very friendly staff & a very clean facility! The service done on my car was not only very efficient but the tech was extremely thorough when he had my truck on the lift. I was amazed by their shuttle service that they offer, which allowed me to get a ride home while waiting for my car to be done. I highly recommend Campanella s Auto to anyone in the area for any car service needs!

The customer service at Paul Campanella s Auto is top tier. Very professional! Each time my car was service it was explained to me what needed to be done. I appreciate the honesty. I always have a good experience when I arrive.Every staff member is professional & friendly.I love it there!

We called them with an issue with flat tire. We were so thrilled with the service and the friendly staff - provided us with the drop off service AND didn't charge us for a plug for flat tire. Highly recommend them

One of the cleanest and friendliest Auto repair shops I ve ever been to. There health report of my vehicle was top notch and there attention to detail is incredible. Paul Campanella's hits a home run with me, I've had both of my cars inspected here and with each one they were thorough, fair and honest. They helped educate me on what needed to be done to my vehicle and what would be coming up as I continue to drive it. Their courtesy inspection lets you see your vehicle from top to bottom in an easy to understand format. I can't say enough how friendly the workers are and how clean and tidy the shop is kept. This is my go to for all of my vehicle needs from here on out.

Needed a same day Brake repair on my work van, since I needed to drive home 6 hours later that day. They took care of my van and got it back to me very quickly and got me back on the road in no time!

One of my tail lights went out and I needed to find someone who could replace it since it is not easy on my car. I had a bulb, took it to Paul Campanella's and within 10 minutes it was replaced. I asked if I should pay inside and was told there was no charge. Exceptional customer service, courteous...just a great facility.

Excellent, professional experience from start to finish. My Check Engine Light was diagnosed quickly and thoroughly. Rich, the service manager kept me informed at every stage of the process. Can't speak too highly of Rich. Professional, friendly, and courteous throughout. Stayed late to accommodate my schedule. Will be taking my vehicles there for service from now on.

Nick and Rich took great care of me! My RAM 1500 had a check engine light on, they diagnosed it quickly, were very thorough and honest. My spark plugs were replaced quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Awesome customer service! Shop closes at 5:00 took my car there this evening around 445 for a slow leak due to a nail in of my tires. They were very busy but in the midst of it they went above and beyond. They immediately took my car into bay fixed the tire and was out at 5pm

This place had really friendly staff and the service was super efficient and thorough too. They even offered to drive me home instead of waiting for my car service to be done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area for any car service needs!

PCA is the best garage I have taken my car to. I have been to numerous locations and their staff is always personable and professional. PCA also makes the process painless with their shuttle services to get you to and from the shop on busy days.

I m new to the area and needed an automotive place to take a quick look at my coolant levels. I did not have an appointment, ran into this brand new facility-they were so accommodating, kind and very helpful. Nick immediately opened my hood and checked things. He added coolant and added air to my tires, as my tire pressure light was on as well.I offered to pay, he refused. I highly recommend Paul Capanella s Auto and Tire Center.Thank you Nick.

I can't give too many compliments to this shop. Efficient, clean, pleasant waiting area. Prompt and really counter service (Nick). Did an oil change and wiper replacement for me. My car was really clean when I got it back. I think they washed it!!!I will continue to use this service and highly recommend the shop to everyone.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

A couple of weeks ago, I ran over a raised pole sticking from a median, and it damaged my left front wheel area. I brought it in here, and they showed me the issue within 3 minutes. They were able to fix the damaged areas within a couple of days. They are closed on the weekend, so that did add an extra two days' wait. They also gave a free inspection and recommended I replace a few filters. I waited these couple of weeks to be sure nothing failed, and I am totally happy with the repair alignment. Customer service was great. They offer shuttling, and they even have coupons on their website.

I have never used this vendor before, however, searching the Internet. I read the reviews and I m so glad I did. They were fantastic. They did a beautiful job with my car, and I certainly plan to be a return customer.

Poor service from the Nissan dealership across the street lead me here for a repaired tire. I was in and out in less than an hr. Very helpful and kind sales associate named Kay helped me.

They always are so friendly and supportive of your needs. If you ever need a ride home or to get there they always accommodate. A great place to get your car done is this place!!

Charged over $500 to change a $35 part. Had to bring my vehicle back less than 100 miles later with same problem. At the second visit we were told that the computer needed to be reset. Had to bring back a third time with the same problem, except this time I was told a different part needed to be replaced. Quoted over $800 to change a $200 part. We ll never know whether that first repair was necessary.

As a resident of Swarthmorewood, it's great to have a place that is in the neighborhood and walkable.The service is top notch. They are open early for drop off which is HUGE for me.They also provide a service report electronically. This is big help because it gives you time to process what is needed.The price is reasonable, not cheap but also not expensive.If you live in the area, check them out!

Rich and team are great to work with. They are warm and welcoming. They explain everything in detail and provide an easy to understand report, with pictures and video. They are honest, reputable and I have never felt pressured.

Rich is an amazing guy! He offered to check our car after I called him from NH on his busy Friday. He called and assured me the tow truck had dropped off my college son s car safely, he figured out the issue quickly and enabled my husband drove the car back to NH at the same day. We really appreciate his willingness to help under an emergency situation without our family on site. He is a person can be trust without doubt! Thanks Rich!

Took my Tacoma to get inspected here and this is obviously an organized and clean operation. Mechanics are very professional and listen to the customer and inform any concerns before doing the job. I could have taken my Tacoma to a local Toyota dealer for Free Inspection since I bought my truck there. After lying to me I won t be going back to any of the 3 Toyota Dealers who shafted me. When going to this shop ask for Brian D. , he will take care of you and your vehicle. I ll be back !!Service: Vehicle safety inspection
