One morning our daughter discovered she had a flat tire while visiting. She had to be to NYC and at work by noon - Mike's foiund the correct size tire, had it deilvered and installed in time for her to drive to work. Great service!

Have been using Mike for years. Recently the guys bailed me out again. Expeditious professional courteous service. I always appreciate Mike, Patrick and the quality work of the mechanics at Mikes Auto repair. The tire service is good too. Plugged and repaired while you wait with your size tires always available. Been keeping me inflated and on the road for years. Kudos. My one stop vehicle shop Thanks!

I was in an automobile accident not far from this shop. I had a piece of the other car stuck in my wheel and the wheel was wobbly. I was able to drive there afterwards and was hoping it would be an easy fix because I was an hour away from home. It was worse than I thought originally thought. They were so very kind to me and let me wait in their shop and kept an eye on me until my husband could pick me up. They kept my car safe and sound until my insurance companyarranged a tow. They were very caring and that s rare in todays world.

Just sharing about my 1st experience with Mikes Auto. I feel that Mike went out of his way to work with me for a timely resolution of my vehicle needs. I ll go back! Btw- I contacted the establishment a couple buildings away 1st and the crabby guy on the phone said there was no way they could work with my timeline- no options and that was that. Just a contrast of customer service. Thx Mikes Auto

I needed rotors and brake pads bad. Drove the pads all the way down. That s what I get for going to jiffy lube for the last four oil changes out of convenience/commuting. Mike s fit me in the next morning without an appointment. Excellent work. Fair and honest about what needed to be done. Will be taking our cars to their shop from now on.

We set up for a diagnostic test for our engine light. The repair shop was very good at communicating with us. We normally dont take are vehicles to a mechanic because we can't find an honest one. We recently purchased a 05 Subaru from Mike. He was selling it in front of his shop for his customer. Mike and his employees were very outgoing, trusting and honest from the first time we meet them. Throughout the whole buying process Mike has gone above and beyond to ensure we always left his shop happy and satisfied. He has tracked down the missing cargo cover that was left at the detail shop, without missing a beat. When purchasing the car, the emissions and inspection services were due and they were included in the purchase. Today we took the vehicle in for services and he replaced all four brake pads, they passed inspection but were close to the limit. He included them with the purchase of the car without a worry. Mike, thanks for your time and I appreciate the passion you have for your business.

My Father has been going here for at least 15 years. I have been going here since 2006 when I got my liscense. We have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone at Mikes or at 3J's. Great prices, great work, great time frames, and great people. I recommend this buisness to everyone who asks. Not to mention, all of there work is guaranteed with no questions asked. We bring 3 cars and 1 truck here every year for inspection. Love this place!!

I've been going to Mike's Auto Repair for over 20 years and I've never had a bad experience. Mike and his friendly staff and mechanics listen to your auto problems, they diagnosis them and then explain your repair solutions in clear terms that I can understand. A great auto repair resource.

I've always gotten my new tires at Mike's, and was impressed with the pricing and service. Now I've found out that they're the place to go if you need a new Tesla inspected. Tesla can't get licensed to do vehicle inspections because they are only set up for electric vehicles, or something to that effect. the state won't grant them a license.The man that answered the phone today was really nice, and said to bring the car by on Friday (tomorrow is the 4th of July). I'll update the experience after I go. I'm posting this before I go because of the recommendation I received from a man who has had 4 Teslas inspected there.

Honest and down to Earth guys. I discovered Mike and His team a few years ago and I am extremely happy. They work with you and do the right thing and when they do the work...IT IS DONE RIGHT !!!I had major work done and have been taking all my cars there for some time. Very honest and dependable. What they tell you is the truth and what they do is what they say.

Mike is like a HomeTown hero, anytime I'm in trouble with tires I go to him and he always makes sure I'm well taken care of... Very reasonable on price, friendly service, it gives you a reason to feel good about supporting a local small business.

I stopped by the other day because one of my tires the sensor was stating it was low I pulled in and asked one of the guys in the shop to look at it he checked the air for me no charge nicest people would definitely go back for a real service thank you so much for your kindness

Mechanic stripped the chrome off the lug nuts. Owner made me pay for a new set of lug nuts.
