I have had the best car-buying experience at Loughead Nissan and I cannot thank Denny enough. I started looking for new vehicles 2 months ago and have been to multiple car dealerships for test drives. This was by far the best experience. Denny was very knowledgeable and friendly. Denny and manager Pat were very transparent. I had all my questions answered and there were no curveballs with the deal. I never felt pressure to buy. The transaction was seamless, easy, and fair. Every person in the dealership was welcoming and friendly making the whole experience top-notch. I highly recommend Denny and Loughead Nissan to anyone in the market right now #dennydelivers

I have bought enough cars and trucks for personal and work use over the years to know there is a huge variation between dealers. Every one of them will be your best friend to seal the deal. It is rare to find one that is as reliable and supportive as these guys. I needed a couple of gently used (read Nissan certified Used) Frontiers because honestly, the kids drive them hard when they don't own them. This was a long distance out of state purchase, which can be risky, but not with these guys. My salesman Denny was spectacular. While the listing had a lot of great pictures, he went and got more of a couple of spots we wanted to see. His Manager Dennis handled the paperwork remotely by FedEx with ease. My drivers who picked up the trucks were treated very well. One truck has a slight pull to the right, and they jumped right on a repair without hesitation.This is a dealership that has honor, respect and honesty all throughout their interactions with us. We plan to always give them first shot at our business going forward. Maybe you can find a "deal" a few bucks lower on the internet, but that would be a very poor investment overall when you can deal with real professionals who clearly want your business long term and repeat.

Gil Kennedy was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process beginning with my initial web based inquiry. This Nissan dealership made my first car buying process super easy! They showed me a solid car and worked with me well in getting myself a good price! Dennis was a pleasure to work with and I can t wait to work with him in the future anytime I need regular maintenance done! When they say they ll be there for you they mean it! My wife & I had a fantastic experience at Loughead Nissan and highly recommend their services. We just recently purchased a Pathfinder and had Gil Kennedy as our rep. He was very professional, friendly, orderly, and worked with us in a timely manner. He was able to get us a car that we fell in love with and will be a great car for our family. On January 5 I bought a new carI had the best service and the shortest time ever in buying a car. Joel my salesman was great with being patient with me in answering all my questions. And I had a lot. Didn t have to haggle about price either. I will up date later when I need service for my car. And let you know how the mechanic does.

Denny was very attentive and listened to my needs and concerns. He was patient and helpful and didn t pressure me. Denny spent time walking be all the details of my new car and even their service center. I would buy from him again. The financing part was easy and much quicker than I expected thanks to Todd. Todd was thorough and explained every step through the process. I was very pleased!

I had a great experience buying a new 2023 Nissan Rogue at Loughead Nissan. My family have purchased several Nissans from this dealership over the years and always enjoy going back and working with them. I worked with Denny and Mike with this last purchase and they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me any way they could. A great experience from start to finish on the stressful process of buying a car! My Salesman Gil, was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and valued my time. Then the General Sales Manager Mike, was extremely helpful in getting the deal done fast. Also, the Finance Manager Todd, was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire Loughead team made this a great experience and I will definitely be referring my friends and family!

What a service department. I haven t been able to drive my car for about 6 weeks. New front/rear brakes , new tires, but my usual mechanic couldn t figure out the issue that kept on happening. Not only did Loughead figure it out, they fixed it 3-4 days before the original estimate. I ve never been so happy with service on my car as I was when I got the call that it was done and the noises were gone. It rides like a dream now and I am beyond grateful

Gil was very professional and no pressure from beginning to end on getting me into my new lease on my 2023 Rogue. He had all paperwork prepared and ready to go to get me in and out in an hour. I ve spent several hours at other dealerships in the past. I would recommend Gil to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Nissan.

I dread getting a new car..but this was the best experience I ever had. Our Salesman, Dennis Conneen was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this dealership. Denny was great! I told him what I wanted and he did all the hard work for me. Todd made the financing process so easy and comprehensive! This is my second Nissan purchase from a dealership, but I will be coming to Loughead from here on out! My 8 year old son has already made it clear that we will be purchasing his car there. Lol!
