Called and spoke to Tyler he made my appointment I walk in he was very welcoming and he had my car in and out in no time I would definitely come back and will definitely recommend everyone to come to this shop they have excellent service here.

Needed car service while traveling. Tyler was more than helpful. Hes professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Ive never been to midas before but felt secure in the work done to get me home 5 hours away and if I lived near by id return just based on my experience with Tyler. In just one visit it felt like a family owned business where they care about their customers!!! Thank you Tyler!!!!!

Quality service! Tyler figured out an issue with my suspension that two other shops could not. Also took it farther and identified my ac leak and repaired it same day. Also handling my warranty company with ease and efficiency was impressive!

Muffler was checked and welded where it was leaking. They were very Profesional and price was really good. They did the job in about 20 mins. Would recommend this place for anybody.

Great Midas Location. There was an error made at an oil change service. The folks at this Midas did everything possible in response to the error. Because of this I was more than happy to return for other services most recently being the wonderful job that was done during brake services. I highly recommend Midas and especially this location.

If I could give them ten stars I would. I came in without an appointment because I got a flat. They were very busy. I sat in the reception area for awhile and then I left because I m thinking there s no way they can accommodate me. I m sitting in my car outside and the manager comes and knocks on my window and asks me why I left. He tells me to please come back inside, that he can definitely accommodate me, and he told me that he can do buy 2 tires get 2 tires free. He also gave me a coupon for an oil change. The way he bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure I had a good experience was incredible. I will forever recommend this place now.

There s absolutely no way or reason an oil change should take damn near 2 hours if you were told 30-35 minutes. I can get that you may be busy but communicating that was not an option and appointment times are just numbers thrown out there I guess.

I was out of town for a funeral my alternator went! They were kind, I was towed in by AAA at exactly the time they close, they did their best to help me, Idk their names but they will know Who they are! Thanks for Getting me home

AJ was super friendly and told me what I needed to get changed when I was there for my oil change. A few days later I came back to replace 2 tires. As a young girl, I feel like I was finally NOT ripped off at an auto shop. Charged me exactly what the estimate was and he was very kind again for the second time around answering all my questions.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have been coming to Midas Stroudsburg for years now! They have never made me feel uncertain of what repairs needed to be done to my vehicle. The new manager AJ has been amazing to deal with! Coddy is normally the technician I deal with and he always assures me my vehicle is in tip top shape. Midas Stroudsburg has superb service. I will continue to return for years to come with all my vehicles! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We take our vehicles to MIDAS on Rt. 611 next to the Library for just about everything. Their customer service is exemplary, wait time is minimal, trust is a huge reason because I know if it needs it - it needs it and I ve also been told that it s ok. Once I couldn t open my trunk latch & it was fixed w/o charge. MIDAS has everything I need for my vehicle. 5 STARS!!!

My recent experience at Midas was real eye opening. Needless to say it would be to much for me to write and not worth anymore of my time. But whoever owns the place needs to be more careful who they hire. AJ, and one of your mechanics who thought it was alright to vape in front of me probably why my problem wasn't fixed right the first two times I was there need to be looked into more and I'll leave it that!!

I came in with car troubles and Greg and his team ensured my repair was quick and painless. The bill was a shock and they even offered to split the repairs up to make it more affordable but I figured to just get everything out of the way. I was surprised that they finished it so fast. I brought it in at about 2PM on Saturday and it was fixed around 3 PM yesterday! Greg answered every question I had. When I picked my car up, it felt like it was brand new and I felt a wave a relief. Very fast service and exceptional customer service! Thank you so much!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Replaced catalytic converters $$$$ told me cylinder 4 needed a new fuel injector. When I drove away my engine was spewing fuel profusely. When I brought it back they replaced a shrader valve in the fuel system with a part from a bicycle valve and told me if that didn't work I would need another costly repair. The fuel stopped leaking but now cylinder 4 was misfiring again. One year and $3500.00 later I am still plagued by the check engine light and misfiring cylinder 4. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop of incompetents.Service: Engine repair
