I am extremely happy of the bang-up (excellent) job they did on my bang-upUpon getting the car back it looked (and was) better than it had ever been in the years I've had it. Of course, the repair was perfect, that's what body shops do, but the extras !! I didn't expect that, cleaned thoroughly top to bottom with attention to extra detail.They even repaired my broken console between the front seats. That had nothing to do with either the estimate or the initial damage but they just did it for customer service !I definitely noticed and would "wreck-o-mend" them highly. Don't get in an accident just so you can visit, but if you do get in a bang-up - give them a shot.Nate

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. After fooling around with these people for over 3 months and listening to their lies, I now have to start all over with another shop. 0 out of 5 for them. Would not return my phone calls and when I did reach them, all I got was excuses.Their response is a bunch of hog wash, they never even completed the estimate let alone order any parts. And how could I talk to the owner when they don't answer their phone and do not return calls.

I have used this shop twice in the last last couple months for deer hits. I was super impressed by the service the shop offered and the work that was done. Rich went above and beyond by getting me OEM parts even when the insurance company demanded aftermarket. They also had my rental delivered to the shop and ready to pick up both times. My car was also fully detailed inside and out for pickup.

Rich and his team did work on my vehicle and went above and beyond working with the insurance company. Communication was solid throughout the process keeping us updated on what was going on with vehicle. Parts aren't the easiest thing to come by in the current economy and Rich was on top of working with us.

So far so good I'm waiting on an estimate as we speak there was a hail storm in F-150 and my Chevy Blazer 4 badly dented my Ford 150 broke the windshield and put gigantic dents in it my roof sunroof is leaking so bad I had to put silicone on it
