So very pleased with this place. Super friendly family owned service. Brought in a few old Hoffman condensate pumps. Rebuilt them, saved me thousands in new pump costs, and the new pumps function efficiently as possible. I've not used a single gallon of make-up water on the boiler loop since putting one of these pumps on.

They are not honest in their dealings with out of state customers. I paid for 3 day shipping and the item was delivered over a week later. They refused to communicate with me when I asked multiple times about a refund for the extra shipping charges I paid for. If it was the fault of UPS, they would've been able to easily get me my refund. It's hard to find honest people and honest companies.

I brought a beautiful old Eskimo table fan to Witmer Motor Service that had been in my family since the 1950's. The wiring looked a bit sketchy as well as the cord & receptacle plug. Also I didn't know about the condition of the motor, but I wanted to have it repaired/rebuilt for my use. The employee at the counter projected an attitude that this fan was not worth my trouble to even look at but because of the good reputation of the company I decided to leave the fan with them for repair anyway.Months later I received a call that the fan was ready for pickup and when I went to pick it up I immediately noticed the old cord which was cracked and plug had not been replaced. When I asked about this I didn't receive any intelligent answer just a shrug of the shoulders.I brought the fan home and plugged it into a receptacle in my basement and was rewarded with a loud pop from a grounded circuit from frayed wires sticking out of the bottom of the plug. A little dismayed I decided to replace the cord and plug myself and finished up some cosmetic restoration of the fan.I plugged the fan in & let it run while I was working on some paperwork in the office & after about 10 minutes or so I noticed that the fan speed was slowing and was close to stopping. I took the protective cover off of the back of the fan & found that all that was done was a couple wires to the motor were reconnected to the cord.This was my experience with Witmer Motor Service."UPDATE"The owner of Witmer Motor Service responded in the next paragraph that I didn't bring this fan there for repair and also said that they don't work on fans and tried to discredit my statement above. Unfortunately for him I still have the receipt.

I am a landscaper that order a new electric Leeson motor for my old hugeelectric Ihmer cement mixer. Called Doran for advice and in less than 10 mintues he correctly determined I embarrasingly confused the T2 with P2 wire. All good now. Nice to have pro support.Thanks!!!

Our motor on our silage unloader died so it was imperative to get it turned around. Done within 5 hours. The cows are happy. Thanks!
