This shop is horrible. I took my car in for an inspection and the mechanic failed it saying that i need 2 new control arms all 4 rotors all new brake pads 2 new tires and a caliper. They quoted me $2600 for repair to pass. I had told them that I will do the work and bring it back. After I had said I would do the work myself it all of sudden went down to just needing the brake pads and 2 new tires. I took it to another shop and they passed it with just needing new brake pads. This garage will do whatever they can to get more money out of you. If you don't know anything about cars at all. Do not take it here.

Jericho and Brian were amazing!!! When I say they went above and beyond not only in their work, but also in customer service, they did that!!! Honest and hard-working guys, you can feel confident that your vehicle is in great hands!

A friend had car trouble late afternoon on a Friday. Contacted 2 repair shops that did not have a mechanic on hand. Stopped at Stevens car Care center and their service was fantastic. Had a part ordered and delivered within an hour, made the repair and my friend was on the road again.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Wonderful customer service and amazing work. Everyone is super cool. I ve gotten my Audi s custom dual exit exhaust there as well as a single exit Mazdaspeed. Amazing craftsmanship and work. Also got my transmission and motor mounts done and many other jobs. Absolutely the worst mechanics ever. I wouldn't let these guys put air in my tires. They'd probably get that wrong. There are much more trustworthy shops right up the street that won't overcharge you or try to tell you that you need work done that you don't need done. This is one of those places they should take a car in with a hidden camera so you can see these clowns in action. Actually clowns would probably do a better job. Get your car fixed right the first time by avoiding this disaster of a shop. Thought I had a bad experience but actually talked to someone who had an even worse experience. Save yourself the headache, frustration and tons of money. Take your car to someone that knows what they are doing, not someone who is gonna Youtube your issue and try and follow a video and then tell you everything is good to go. Worst. Place. Ever.

These guys are awesome. They call you back in a timely manner, they listen when you explain your issue and give you options when you ask for help. They are fair with their pricing and honest. Will continue to keep bringing my car here. What more can you ask for? When the garage I took my vehicles to for 20 years closed I decided on Steven's Car Care Center to support local business . They are very knowledgeable and completed the maintenance on my vehicles in a timely matter. The owner is nice as well as are his employees. Prices are fair and they are my new to go to garage now. Keep up the great work as well as the customer care and you'll have me as a repeated customer !

If I could give zero stars I would.Basically had my car for the month of Jan. Got my head gasket done. Got it back days later clutch locked up, got it back days later stalled, brought in got it changed plugs, days later stalled. Finally fed up, said no more putting money in. They act like bring a vehicle every other week is normal. This is what you do for a living, this is your craft, if I keep bringing it in, it shows me you re incompetent and you want me to pay you for your incompetence? WHAT!?

Highly recommendAwesome place to take your car he's very and gets the job done quickly. We were stranded there after our car broke down and he was the only one that would help us. Everything he said he did to my truck, he actually did and the price was beyond fair. Kinda glad I broke down in this little town and not somewhere else

My car radiator cracked while I was on vacation. They got me in and replaced the radiator and got me back on the road. Great job

These guys do a great job. I had my daughter's car inspected here last month & they replaced my rear brakes this week. I find them to be reliable, friendly & trustworthy.

My car's motor blew up literally right as I was driving past their shop. The guys at the shop were both hilarious and so considerate in helping me. They seem like a solid garage with honest and hardworking people there.

CROOKS!!! Do NOT bring your car here. These criminals overcharged me twice for the two vehicles I brought here for inspection, failed them both on safety which was fraudulent and then after I made the "necessary repairs" and brought one of the vehicles back they charged me for another state inspection. I am filing a formal complaint against their i inspection station and a fraudulent charge dispute wity my bank. God willing justice prevails. Avoid this place entirely!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend. It's tough to find an honest and fair shop these days, but Steven's Car Care Center are both! Will definitely return.

both the guys i dealt with were very nice and clearly know what they r doing, although I couldnt get reception to send an email, the man was patient and I was able to go down the street to do it, and come back, great service

John and his guys are very honest. They never charge for anything that doesn't need done. They show you the parts and explain why they need to be fixed.
