Skip and Jason were amazing to work with. We participated in the Days Inn Online Auction last week. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to communicate the entire bidding process and were accessible when we had questions regarding pick up times and available excess bid items.

I can see a lot of great comments here from sellers of estates and buyer of smaller items. These are good. They helped me to make a decision about buying real estate on auction from True Blue. Generally I found Skip to be very pleasant and responsive. Overall easy to work with. When I submitted my bid for a home for auction, I did so hesitantly. It seemed like such a good deal, and I asked myself if it was too good to be true. I clearly did not look at the terms of the auction closely enough (my fault) to understand that as the buyer I would be paying a "buyer premium". This is a 15% cost on top of the price you initially bid for. This did not seem to come to my attention until I was signing the terms of sale after the bid was accepted. Again this is not the fault of the auctioneer looking back it was communicated in the bidding process. I think however this language should be put front and center with bold text on the ad on the website and on realtor.com. Fortunately this fee did not preclude us from the purchase and the home appraised appropriately even with those fees included. This is really a testament to how Skip prices things very reasonably on market value. Now to put this in perspective if you were buying with two realtors involved the seller (not the buyer) would be paying 12%. So I understand the necessity of the fee for Skips work, I just did not anticipate it all being on me to pay. Ultimately after a few other snafus that were with the bank, we got a lovely place through closing and are making it a lovely home. I thank Skip for being so helpful and representing the house and its seller so well and with kindness. I also really appreciated his being so reasonable when closing took a bit longer than expected. So Id tell any buyer with the knowledge that you will pay the buyer premium to feel comfortable with working with True Blue.

I had my first experience with Skip, Jason, and True Blue Auction at the Mad Mex/Days Inn auction....They were AMAZING! How they pulled off such a HUGE event is mind blowing but to do it in person and virtual was even more.impressive!Sadly there was no way they could control the evil people that took things that didnt belong to them! But even that they managed very professionally! I am now a True Bluefan!.

True Blue Auctions is a blessing. This was an overwhelming task for anyone to handle but Skip handled all the legwork and details of my parents auction thoroughly from start to finish. He went out of his way to extensively explain everything and answered all questions we had so everything was understood. His team is great and caring and took care of all of the contents, clean up and sale of the house which was a very large job. We could not be more happier with their services and would highly recommend to anyone looking for auction services. 5 stars! Thanks Skip!

True Blue Auctions helped myself and our family through a very difficult time . we had to move my mom with dementia into assisted living . then we were faced with having to clean out the house and auction it and all the belongings. Skip and his crew were phenomenal . we couldn t have done it without them . His honest & fair work ethics made me trust them. I live out of state from where my mom and siblings live, I was not able to physically be a part of this process and knew my sister was in good hands. I had many conversations over those months with Skip. He was a help in letting me know the progress. His entire crew took a personal interest in getting to know my sister who was handling most of the responsibilities up there in PA. I truly recommend True Blue Auctions to anyone . True Blue Auctions are very honest to deal with and always seem to be successful at selling real estate. The auctions are well organized. He has a good hard working crew Rich, Joe, Johnny, Meredith, Steve and many others, they are always ready to lend a helping hand and keep the auction moving.

***** and a +. Professional staff, excellent service and support for their online live streaming auctions. I recently participated in a True Blue Auction and had a great experience from beginning to end. In todays world of not believing until seeing, especially being located across the country, I have to say Skip and his team are a breath of fresh air. No hidden fees or extra charges that many other auction houses ring up after the auction is completed. The auction ended on Saturday and the 1st shipment was on its way on Monday less than 48 hours from the actual auction. Heck many times an invoice to start the closing of the purchase takes a week and shipping sometimes takes 30 days.I seldom give 2 thumbs up or 5 stars - but in this case I would give them a 5 Star with a +. Thanks

Where do I began, these have been the best experiences I have had at an auction. Skip was So friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Very organized and pleasant experience- highly recommend true blue auctions!

Wonderful group of runners and auctioneers. I am able to hear the auctioneer! Yeah for ears that are aging. I really liked that Skip opened the auction in prayer.

i liked it i got to meet everybody i would go to another auction of theirs good prices got some good quality tools and a flat screen good prices and good quality i would differently recommend that if u like good quality and cheap prices go to there auctions thak you john
