I recently purchased a new super duty from Springfield Ford. My salesman John made everything very easy from the start, and went above and beyond on any questions I had or anything I needed taken care of. I was in and out of the dealership in two hours. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Ford.

Over the past 15 years or so I have purchased 1 used vehicle (Navigator), leaved 1 new vehicle (Escape), and purchased 3 new vehicles all Broncos. Every transaction was better than the previous.My last 2 Broncos were purchased from Bill Williams, one was on behalf of my daughter and one was for me. This last time I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes; it may be a new Springfield Ford record. Bill initially processed the special order on the Heritage back in September, he kept me informed of the build process, and called me promptly when it was ready. He emailed me the total, and the documents required in advance so I was all set when I got down there. All my paperwork was on the desk ready to go, bill got the vehicle added to the app, verified my Ford Points, walked me back to show me the service department, and got my payment info processed by the friendly cashier.If you want a good vehicle at a good price, with a friendly chill no pressure buying process, Bill Williams at Springfield Ford is your guy!

UPDATE - 2/2024: John helped us trade in our car and upgrade us to the Ford Explorer! John helped us out and made the process super simple. Quick, easy, excellent service! Thank you!! Highly recommend.We had a great experience at Springfield Ford. Our salesperson, John S., was super helpful and made the car buying process, which can be stressful, super easy and smooth. We came into the dealership wanting a specific car with specific features and he was able to help us make it happen. He was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. Extremely satisfied with our purchase and experience and highly recommend Springfield Ford and John to anyone looking to buy a car!

I had a great experience working with Bob Salerno. From communication over the phone to in person meeting, he was a pleasure to work with. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and was detailed in ensuring I knew my options. His timely communication was greatly appreciated. Bob took the time to explain areas of the car buying process that I needed more familiarity with and things never felt rushed or forced just to make a sale. Being a customer of his, I valued working with him and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. He was mindful of treating me as a person and I never felt like just a customer . Go visit Bob and feel at ease with knowing he has your back with your Ford experience.

Had a great experience with your associate Bob Salerno. He was very friendly and professional. He made us feel at ease!!! Bob went above and beyond to make sure that all parties involved with the transition from us having our car totaled out to assisting us with selecting a car needed and we wanted. He is a top dog with management on price, finances, and perks we requested. My husband & I are extremely pleased and will refer Bob to others who are looking for quality service and the best bang for your buck!!! Bob Salute!!!

Just purchased a 24 Ford Bronco Sport with Yuri & Sales Staff. The ease of my experience was not something I have encountered purchasing a vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in pursuit of the best price. Yuri not only provided the best price but also answered every question I had prior to arriving. When I did arrive Yuri had my Bronco Sport pulled up and ready to go. The delivery process was also easy. Great job Yuri!!

We purchased a 2021 F-150 through Springfield Ford today for our construction company. This was one of the cleanest, used F-150's I've seen and the price point was perfect. Bill Williams took care of us and made the process one of the best I've experienced while buying a car.

I had a decent experience with Springfield Ford. Bill was my salesman, he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Ford line of vehicles. He worked with me on the out-the-door price of my vehicle and I believe I got a good price when it was all said and done.The reason I didn t give 5 stars is because I was getting pressure to make some silly and unneccesary financial decisions, and I thought I got low-balled on my trade-in.I was told the vehicle I ended up purchasing would not be available a week later (the timeframe i gave them that I could get my down payment money together, after i decided i wanted to buy the vehicle) due to high demand, and the fact that the managers wanted to get my sale done before the end of the month so it would be counted for the sales numbers for the month of March. But hey, it s a car dealership, stuff like that comes with the territory.Overall it was a good experience, I would shop for a car with Springfield Ford again.

We recently had our 2022 Maverick in the Springfield Ford Body Shop after my son was in an accident. He was unhurt, thankfully, but the truck was damaged, and we had some unusual circumstances in that the other party wanted to pay for the repairs out of pocket versus filing for insurance.Needless to say, this was a stressful time for our family. In addition, my son lives away at his university in Lancaster, and he needed to head back to school before the work was complete. We planned to have him take my vehicle while his was in the shop; this meant that for the duration it was gone, I was down a vehicle.From the very beginning, Sarah was extraordinary. She was a calm, knowledgeable guiding hand and helped us through every step. She understood how hard it was going to be for us to be down a vehicle and she got us into the shop quickly as well as getting the work done in just a few days. From getting the payment from the other party to updating us frequently on the progress, she was an excellent facilitator, and I felt that our best interests were very well represented. Her communication skills are superior.Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot thank her and the body shop team enough. You are lucky to have such a strong employee, and your customers certainly benefit from it.

I have bought many vehicles in my life. Likely over 20. I purchased a Ford Transit van from Rita Feehery at Springfield Ford today and it was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. It was friendly, easy and, most importantly, fast. They honored the discounted internet price without any contingencies, helped me through the business financing process and delivered the van as soon as I needed it so I could get back work. I will be using Rita and team for all of my future work vans and would highly recommend the same to others.
